The scenario involves Trunks taking on Zamasu and Goku Black, except now both sides are joined by Tapion and Jiren, respectively. If you help Fu change history, you fight alongside Trunks and Tapion, which results in Tapion sealing Zamasu away like he did with Hirudegarn. Because of this, Fused Zamasu can never form and the saga's SuddenDownerEnding [[ForWantOfANail never comes to pass]]. Working ''against'' Fu, on the other hand, has you taking both Tapion and Jiren out of the picture, ensuring that [[FailureIsTheOnlyOption the timeline goes on like normal]]. While the outcome doesn't matter due to [[ResetButton how Fu's rifts work]], it's just a taste of the DLC to come.

And for all we know, this could force you to come to odds with Trunks.
