Added DiffLines:

* Mikey is prone to a lot of these, due to being more sensitive than the rest of the gang. Particularly in "Bonky Fever" where he's panicking about growing up and "Rumor Mill" when everyone in the playground is afraid of him though in this case, he started the rumor to change his own image.
* The Recess Gang in "The Biggest Trouble Ever" and "Lawson and His Crew".
* T.J. in "The Legend of Big Kid", "The Box", "The Break-up", "Nobody Doesn't Like T.J." "Lost Leader" and Recess: School's Out (At least in the beginning).
! YMMV/RecessSchoolsOut: T.J. at the beginning of the film after his friends go to camp.
Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life sure is one. He lives in a world where even his own friends would neglect him, or simply use him for their own ends, and everyone is out to trample him for just being so short.
* Jerkass Woobie: Depending on the Writer, Ed Bighead could be considered this. Particularly in episodes like "Teed Off", where he suffers ins spite of not really deserving it.
* The Woobie:
** Rocko, especially during the first season.
** Also Spunky.
** Heffer in "Who's For Dinner", when he finds out he's been adopted.

* Scaredy from Scaredy Squirrel seems to be a mix of this and The Polly Anna, considering the way Nestor treats him. He rarely breaks down crying but when he does....
* TheWoobie: Scaredy is one of these. Also Dave has his woobie-ish moments.
* The Spectacular Spider-Man: True to the comics, the sheer amount of crap poor Spidey gets put through over the course of this show is unbelievable.
! YMMV/TheSpectacularSpiderMan:
* Jerkass Woobie: Just like in the comics, Harry is this. He may have ditched his friends when he was In with the In Crowd and manipulated Gwen into staying with him, but given how his home life is and how he's treated in general, you do feel sorry for him while.
* The Woobie:
** True to the comics, the sheer amount of crap poor Peter Parker and Spider-Man get put through over the course of this show is unbelievable.
** Both Liz Allan and Gwen Stacy by the end of the series. Liz is left brokenhearted, having recently lost her brother and then losing Peter as a boyfriend. And Gwen really wants to be with Peter but is emotionally manipulated and guilt-tripped into staying in a relationship with Harry Osborn.
* The titular character of Spongebob Squarepants is a child-like, naive Fragile Flower with No Social Skills, doesn't realize that everyone thinks he's annoying, and is so sensitive that he'll cry at the drop of a hat.
* Squidward is something of a Jerkass Woobie, as somehow he gets the worst of almost any situation, though many times it's also due to his own arrogance and self-aggrandizement.
Gary, especially in episodes like "Have you seen this snail?" and "Pet Sitter Pat".
* Poor Mrs. Puff never gets a break, in dealing with her most devoted pupil.
! YMMV/SpongeBobSquarePants:
* JerkassWoobie:
** [=SpongeBob=] himself have traits of this in the SeasonalRot episodes. Particulary in episodes "Gone" and "What Ever Happened to [=SpongeBob=]". In the former, ''everybody'' in Bikini Bottom, '''''even his own friends''''', abandoned him and celebrated "No [=SpongeBob=] Day" and flat-out told him that they were tired of him and in the latter, his friends drive him out of town by calling him "idiot boy" in cruel ways and after that he also loses his memory. While he was {{Flanderiz|ation}}ed, he was still good-natured and cruelty towards him is unnecessary. [[AlternateCharacterInterpretation It is also possible that [=SpongeBob=] became dumber and slightly meaner due to how everyone treats him, both in pre-movie and post-movie episodes.]]
** Squidward may be a cranky next door neighbor to [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick, but it's hard not to feel sorry for him when he is bothered rather unnecessarily, especially when his misery isn't bought upon himself.
** Plankton can also count as this, because his evil plans came off as ineffectual, and sometimes was unnecessarily harassed by Mr. Krabs, his rival.
** Mrs. Puff. Her husband was killed and turned into a lamp by fishermen, she was forced to skip town to Bikini Bottom at some point, her run-ins with [=SpongeBob=] repeatedly lead to her being put in jail, getting fired or put in the hospital because of his inability to drive... she might have gone off the deep end but it's not hard to see why.
** Pearl. You have to really feel sorry for her when she has to put up with her [[MoneyFetish father's cheapness.]] Mr. Krabs tends to neglect her in favor for money, and when he has to buy something for her, it is usually something cheap like combat boots. Pearl also tends to feel self-conscious for being a HugeSchoolGirl, teased by her peers because of Mr. Krabs' antics, and only wants to have friends (she loses her friends and has new ones every episode because no one wants to be her friend, and whenever she does have friends, they are usually very critical of her).
* TheWoobie:
** [=SpongeBob=] has traits of this, (particularly in his season one era personality,) because of his FragileFlower nature and the fact that he ''just doesn't understand'' that Squidward, and a lot of other people despise him just for existing and being his eager, peppy self.
** Mrs. Puff as well, due to facing the looming prospect of being endangered by [=SpongeBob=]'s reckless driving, going to jail for his offenses, and still not being able to get over the death of her husband.
** Plankton used to be a JerkassWoobie, but devolves into one after SeasonalRot.
** Squidward comes across as this in the episodes which revolve around abusing him when he does absolutely nothing wrong. For example, [[KafkaComedy "The Thing"]]. In the episodes in which he gets abused but it's his own fault for being a {{Jerkass}} in some way, he can still come off as a JerkassWoobie.
** Patrick if you think about it. He's unemployed, everyone except for [=SpongeBob=] regards him as being a total moron, he's disrespected constantly, and can't seem to be good at anything. The latter depresses him so much in one episode he vows to be good at something. Even his ''own parents'' think he's stupid! (They're right, but his feelings are still hurt by their bluntness.) In the later episodes "Sing a Song of Patrick" and "No Hat for Pat," this is explored in a bit more detail.
** Gary, due to being the only sane person in the show and being abused in several episodes, notably "A Pal for Gary" and "Pet Sitter Pat".
* Super Noobs: Memnock and Zenblock. Both of them could be seen as a couple of the unluckiest characters in the show. They constantly have to deal with having to train a bunch of selfish children who they accidentally recruit to be virus warriors because they didn't know anything about Earth and they constantly have to satisfy the many petty demands of such children. They also get put into a lot of life threatening situations "License To Noob" featured both Memnock and Zenblock going through a really bad day as both of them get a bad case of swink eye and when they task the Noobs with getting the needed medicine for their condition and lend the Noobs their ship to get the medicine, they end up getting framed for galactic traffic violations and ticketed severely and their ship also gets wrecked. " A Noob Divided Cannot Noob" also had Memnock and Zenblock move out of the house they were forced to live in as the house was too uncomfortable and small for both of them and the stress from all that also caused their vitriolic friendship to easily shatter to pieces although it is restored in the end.
