* BigBrotherInstinct: Turned UpToEleven With Yakko. Yakko, being the eldest and most combat savvy, will usually put himself between any threat and his siblings.

* BatmanColdOpen: Zig-zagged Frequently. For Example, Banjo from [[{{VideoGame/BanjoKazooie}} Banjo-Kazooie]] is seen in a 23-year-old form, disabling a nest of sentries of a enemy force, using a Sniper Rifle. It has no bearing on the plot of the episode whatsoever. However, three episodes later, the same nest is shown decimated and Raven from the original Teen Titans walking up the castle steps. She is completely unfettered by sentry gunfire.

* CharacterCheck: Terra from the Original Teen Titans. While she remembers the events of the series, is friendly with the Titans, and still has her powers. Also with characters like [[{{Anime/DigimonAdventure}} Sora Takenouchi from Digimon]] and [[WesternAnimation/TheLittleMermaid1989 Ariel from the Little Mermaid]] with their {{Used To Be A Tomboy}} and [[{{WesternAnimation/Animaniacs}} the Animaniacs]] with their {{Flanderization}}. Sora and Ariel display tomboyish behavior, and the Animaniacs are more {{Karmic Trickster}}s and are reluctant to prank people without reason.

* MrFixit: Downplayed: Logan has great engineering and repair potential, but his BrilliantButLazy gets in the way. For example, Logan was able to reverse engineer [[{{WesternAnimation/TheJetsons}} Rosie from the Jetsons]] to create an army of maid and butler robots. However, he was reluctant to fix a circuit board because "I just don't feel like it,".
