* SeriesContinuityError: Babs' little brother Mortimer is seen in this short, but instead of being the young orange rabbit he was in "Prom-ise Her Anything", he is a baby rabbit with blue fur (similar to what Buster looked like when he was a baby). Either Babs has two brothers named Mortimer, or the animators weren't paying attention to what they were doing.

Added DiffLines:

The first episode of the second season of ''WesternAnimation/TinyToonAdventures'', and the sixty-sixth overall.

The Tiny Toons have their first telethon, but have a hard time raising any money.

'''Short One:''' "It's All Relatives"

Babs' date with Buster is cancelled by a visit from her grandmother. Mrs. Bunny wants Babs to do "That funny thing that she does" for her, so Babs spends the entire day doing impressions, but none of them are the one Mrs. Bunny wants.

'''Short Two:''' "Lifeguard Lunacy"

Calamity gets a job as the junior lifeguard of the Acme pool, with Arnold's intimidation and Elmyra trying to help him interfering.

'''Short Three:''' "The Kite"

As Hamton flies a kite at the beach, a moth mistakes the kite for a giant butterfly.

!! This episode provides examples of:

''Overall:''

* AffectionateParody: Of Creator/{{PBS}}' telethons. In the second wraparound, Babs even advertises ''[[Series/MisterRogersNeighborhood Mr. Ruegger's Neighborhood]]'', with an unenthusiastic Tom Ruegger.
* CreditsGag: Quick Question: Those Babes around Arnold - [[CartoonCreature What kind of animals were they]]?
* PrankCall: Elmyra keeps getting phone calls from a prank caller, asking for "Bill Loney" (Bologna), Pepi Roni (Pepperoni) and Ima Yutz (I'm a Yutz).
* {{Telethon}}: Throughout the episode, the Tiny Toons host a telethon, but nobody pledges any money, and the only person who calls is a prank caller. In the third wraparound, after telling the viewers the wonderful stuff they could get if they pledged (including the actual Plucky), the toons manage to raise $0.07.
* ThreeShorts

''It's All Relatives:''

* DrivenToSuicide: At the end of the short, after finally doing the "Funny thing that you do" that Mrs. Bunny wanted, Babs brings in Elmer Fudd and says, "Shoot me! Shoot me now!". As the screen irises out, the sound of a gunshot can be heard.
* TheFaceless: Both Babs' Mother and Grandmother.
* NoodleIncident: Mrs. Bunny tells Babs' Grandmother about Babs' first day of preschool, wherein she came out of her room with no clothes on and said, "I'm ready for school!"
* ShoutOut:
** Babs' impressions include Homey the Clown from ''Series/InLivingColor'', Music/{{Madonna}}, WesternAnimation/YogiBear, [[ComicStrip/{{Peanuts}} Charlie Brown]], ComicStrip/{{Popeye}}, [[Film/WhoFramedRogerRabbit Roger Rabbit]], and [[WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons Marge, Bart, and Maggie Simpson]].
** The "Funny thing that Babs does" is revealed to be the infamous "I've fallen and I can't get up!" line from the [=LifeCall=] commercials.

''Lifeguard Lunacy:''

* TheAhnold: Arnold.
* ButtMonkey: Calamity.
* CartoonCreature: The three pool girls. The CreditsGag for this episode implies that they are animals of an indeteriminate species.
* ContinuityNod: Drooley Davey from the "The Wide World of Elmyra" episode segment of the same name makes a cameo appearance in this short, as well as Babs' little brother, Mortimer, from the previous segment.
* DontEatAndSwim: At one point, Arnold tells Calamity not to let Hamton, who has just eaten, into the pool. Calamity warns him (with a sign) to wait 30 minutes, but Hamton shrugs it off, and as soon as he dips his toe in the pool, he gets cramps all over and falls in.
* EmptySwimmingPoolDive: At one point in the short, Arnold assigns Calamity to keep little children off the high dive. He suddenly sees that Li'l Sneezer has climbed to the top of the high dive (which is revealed to be in space), and is allergic to heights, so naturally, Sneezer sneezes and falls off the board. [[FromBadToWorse To make matters worse]], Elmyra presses the button that unplugs the drain plug and drains the pool of its water. Calamity saves Sneezer by using an inner tube as a trampoline, but since it is taken away from him, he lands in the drain.
* FromBadToWorse: Elmyra's every attempt to help Calamity only makes things worse.
* SneezeOfDoom: Sneezer is allergic to heights, and when he sneezes, he falls off the diving board.
* ThrowTheDogABone: At the end of the short, the three pool girls that wooed Arnold throughout the short turn their attention to Calamity for saving him from drowning.

''The Kite:''

* DisneyDeath: Done with an inanimate object. The kite is heavily damaged from the storm, causing the Moth, to think it killed it. Buster repairs the kite the next day, and when the moth awakens, he thinks the kite has been brought back to life.
* NoDialogueEpisode: The only spoken dialogue in this short is from Buster after he finds the kite and repairs it.
* ShoutOut: The toy store that Hamton buys his kite from, F.A.T. Katz, is a spoof of the (now-defunct) New York toy store, FAO Schwarz.
* ThrowTheDogABone: Buster repairs the kite after the storm, which cheers up the moth.
