!Tropes
* DramaticGunCock: Dean points a gun at Kaia's head to force her to use her powers to help them. Sam looks justifiably appalled.
* GroinAttack: Kaia kicks Jack in the nuts so that he'll let her go. He does release her, but he just looks startled, not in pain.
* MissingWhiteWomanSyndrome: Kaia doesn't believe anyone will look for her because she's not rich or white.
* MomentKiller: Derek is having a romantic moment with his wife when Jack knocks on the door.
* RedHerring: The last we see of Jack with Derek is Derek being overwhelmed by visions of the Apocalypse world. When Mrs. Swan returns her husband is dead, making it look like Jack is the beneficiary of a VillainyDiscretionShot. As it turns out, Derek was killed by the angels pursuing Jack.
* VaguenessIsComing: Patience drives all the way to Jody's house to say that something bad is coming, but she doesn't know quite what it is.
