* InternetSafetyAesop: The whole episode is about Butters being a victim of bullying and Stan trying to help by making a viral video against bullying. However, Butters really didn't want to be part of the video and it was Butters's own grandmother who was bullying him. Kyle asks Stan if he did care about stopping bullying, why didn't he upload it online so everyone can see it for free but Stan avoids the question and continues with the campaign to feed his own ego. This entire episode was a parody of viral anti-bullying videos and how impractical they actually are. It also shows a lesson about how online support isn't as noble as it appears and the victim of bullying may never have asked to be part of the campaign in the first place.
