Added DiffLines:

Connie stays over with the Hills for vacation, when she gets her first period, resulting in her snapping at Bobby and Hank having to help her out.
* AgeAppropriateAngst: The episode deals with Connie having to adjust to womanhood while having her period and Bobby's reaction to it, leaving him scared since he's still hasn't reached puberty yet and still sees him as a kid, while feeling hurt Connie snapping at him.
* AllMenArePerverts: Discussed by Minh when she's talking to Connie about how boys only want one thing, even Bobby. Then later when Connie and Bobby make up, she's confused about how he wants one thing and Bobby wants to know what the one thing is.
* AllPeriodsArePMS: Connie's first period has her getting incredibly moody, especially towards Bobby. Or as Hank describes it, a time of the month where woman get angry at everything and men are the everything. How they're like a tire fire; trying to put it out will make it worse and the best thing to do is let it burn.
* AlohaHawaii: Kahn and Minh go to Hawaii for Kahn to make a speech at the computer convention and enjoy the atmosphere, while leaving Connie to stay with the Hills.
* BaitAndSwitchComment: Hank when he talks to Bobby (in his own way) about Connie's time of the month, starting off the sentence with saying "Bobby, every woman has a period...", then hastily adds on "...of time, every month".
* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: With Dale's new premium trash can, he eagerly awaits garbage day. And then it comes where the trash truck grabs it with its mechanical arm and empties it before driving away with the trash can still latched on, depressing Bill and Dale, while Boomhauer vainly chases after it.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: With Joseph and Bobby. Joseph puts it as Connie's Aunt Flo is in town, and Bobby responds it's probably because of her first period.
* ComicalOverreacting: Hank's ways of trying to help Connie out, with him draping a towel over her and taking her to the hospital when he learns of her period and later on, he has the police escort Peggy out of the school to bring her to the house after Connie asks how to change her tampons.
* ConfessionDeferred: After his first day with Connie where he got too scared to get close to Connie, Bobby talks with Joseph, where the latter asks if they made out, while the former says "A gentleman does not kiss and tell". Joseph then said that he chickened out and Bobby confirms his, causing doubt in his relationship with Connie and deciding he's going to make the move tonight. But then for him, things go FromBadToWorse.
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment: Hank tries to call Peggy to help with Connie while she's in the middle of class and ends up getting her voice-mail:
--> '''Female Voiceover:''' The person you have reached-
--> '''Peggy:''' Hello, this is Peggy Hill. I am so sorry I cannot take your call. Please leave a message.
--> '''Female Voiceover:''' is not available. To leave a message- (Hank hangs up)
* DisneyDeath: PlayedForLaughs after Peggy accidentally runs over Dale's new trash can, touted to be indestructible, and left a big dent in it. Dale and Bill cry over it before reforming back to normal, to the excitement of the guys.
* EmbarrassingPyjamas: With Bobby looking through his pajamas before his sleepover with Connie, where he looks through less-than-ideal ones for his time for Connie. He sees ones that have Choo-Choo Trains and a onesie saying "Mommy's Little Man" (which is especially worse for him) before he settles on the ''Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles'' PJs. Gets subverted later on after another fight with Connie where he goes into his room and lovingly embraces his "Mommy's Little Man" PJs.
* FirstPeriodPanic: Connie's first period is quite the trying time for everyone, with Hank's extreme methods to help Connie get through this. He even has to go down to Aisle 8A, with the feminine products, something he abhorred to do in the past.
* HeroicBSOD:
** Throughout the episode, Bobby ends up depressed, due to Connie constantly snapping at him, he thinks Connie wants to break up with him. Though they end up making up in the end.
** Then Connie when she goes down Aisle 8A to try and find some tampons, but her overwhelming emotions make her break down and Hank, who's incredibly uneasy to go down the aisle, does so and helps her out and pays for everything.
* IdiotBall: Hank is quite ill-prepared to deal with Connie's first period. He tells Connie he took a required OSHA course, asks her if she's ever tied a tourniquet and even takes her to the hospital. And while at the hospital, was told he had to buy Connie her supplies. While Hank is incredibly squeamish about feminine issues, you would at least expect him to have some common sense throughout this ordeal.
* ItsAllMyFault: Bobby has a brief moment of this, blaming himself for Connie's period due to his hormones being too close to her hormones.
* JerkassBall: Due to PMS making her irritable, Connie gets pretty moody, especially with Bobby, who easily got the worst of it.
* JerkassRealization: Connie after back at home with Kahn and Minh, and feels bad for being rude to Bobby and not knowing why.
* LesserOfTwoEvils: Played with, when Kahn and Minh decided which of the neighbors should Connie stay with and asking which is the lesser evil, while witnessing Hank refusing to go into the new trash can, while Bill, Dale and Boomhauer pile in there.
* MomentKiller: During their first night together, Bobby hints to Connie about cuddling and she seems interested to do so, but he chickens out at the last moment. Then the next day when he finally builds up courage to make his moves, Connie rebuffs him, due to her beginning her period.
* NoodleIncident: Peggy waits for Bobby after school to take him to [[{{Product Placement}} Whataburger]] to tell him about what's going on with Connie. Bobby then fears this as the last time Peggy waited for him like this, she told him about goldfish heaven and he freaks out when he doesn't see Ladybird.
* OhCrap:
** Hank's startled scream after Connie writes her note telling him she's just had her first period.
** Hank's startled face when Connie asks him how to change a tampon. Leading him to have Peggy escorted home by the police.
** Then Kahn during his speech in Hawaii when he gets his note telling him what happened and rushes for him.
* OverprotectiveDad: Kahn wants to make sure Connie is in a safe environment before leaving her with Hank. He checks to see the smoke detectors are working, as Hank assure him they work, along with having a clamped-down toilet seat and non-slip daisies in each tub. He even goes as far as giving the Hills an entire book about guidelines on how to raise Connie, such as diet, recipes and appropriate reading material. And Kahn even leaves Connie anti-bacterial hand gel and tells her to have it on her at all times.
* TitleDrop: Aisle 8A is where Hank and Connie go to get their Connie's tampons, which is an area Hank was previously too squeamish to go into.
* UngratefulBastard: Kahn is upset at Hank for Connie's period problems instead of helping her out, threatening to sue him and saying Hank ruined his life.
