Story One: A Hero is Unleashed
Enter officer Knight and Police Dog Greg. They are killed by a bomb by the evil cat Petey. They are then resurrected via a surgery which connects Greg’s head to Officer Knight’s body.
Petey learns that they survived and are now called Dog Man. He creates a vacuum machine which can suck up almost anything. Petey [[{{Pun}} unleashes]] this vacuum, which scares Dog Man. However, Dog Man went to the beach and Petey goes chasing him. The vacuum cleaner starts to suck up water and swallowed Dog Man. However, the bag gets really big, making Petey try to jump off the bag and pop it with his claws.
Dog Man then saves Petey on a surfboard to put Petey into Cat Jail.
Story Two: Robo-Chief
Chief is tripped over by Dog Man, simply because he isn't watching where he was going. When Dog Man sees Chief, he jumps and prances on him like he always does, which makes Chief angry.
Lots of anger and drama for Chief later, [[PresidentEvil the Mayor]] enters his office, which gives him the bad news. Chief has become lazy and is not taking care of crime, such as letting Petey escape and is also considered the most hated person, according to a poll. He either has to straighten up or be replaced.
Dog Man follows the Mayor to a factory. The Mayor converses with a man named Dr. Scum about the robot that Chief is being replaced with. Dog Man records this.
She then sends a package to Petey, which contains invisible spray, causing him to escape. Chief is then promptly fired, causing him to be replaced by [[RottenRoboticReplacement Robo!Chief]].
Soon, Dr. Scum and his crew build a bunch of stores related to robbery, grand theft auto, and black market products. Crime thrives in Ohio and because of Robo!Chief.
However, Invisible!Petey is pissed and destroys all the stores because [[ThereCanOnlyBeOne there can only be one]] and destroys the stores. The Mayor gives Robo!Chief the task of killing Invisible!Petey. [[{{Invisibility}} It fails, obviously]], and Robo!Chief is destroyed.
Dr. Scum informs the Mayor about the incident. The Mayor becomes MORE furious and and drives to the police station, asking Dog Man to stop Invisible!Petey. He runs around, trying to find him. [[{{Invisibility}} Again, it fails]].
Petey then teases Dog Man about the fact that he will never find him because he's never washing off the spray. Dog Man then gets a good idea. He jumps in a nearby baby pool and shanks his body to fling the water everywhere. It washes off the spray, allowing Dog Man to arrest him.
Dog Man gets rewarded for arresting Petey again. The other officers ask Dog Man to give a speech, but due Dog Man's lack of speaking English, he decides to show a video of the Mayor talking with Dr. Scum. The Mayor is then arrested and taken to Mayor Jail with a life sentence.
A week later Chief receives his old job back, and everything turns out normal.

Petey sat in his cell sad, contemplating how Dog Man always gets the best of him. So Petey [[GreatEscape escaped]] by sending Big Jim onto the seesaw, which flung Petey out of jail.
Then he had to find out how Dog Man is smart enough to capture him. He sneaked to his house, to find Dog Man reading a book. [[ReadingIsCoolAesop Petey grabbed his smart-o-meter to check, reading 'Smart']]. Petey came with a plan to make people stupid.
Soon, Petey finished his invention: The Word-B-Gone 2000. He tests it on a book, and it erases all the words in it. So Petey attached his invention to [[a jet]] and erases all the words in every book in the world.
Soon, everyone didn't read and, just like Petey predicts, they become stupid. Later, according to the smartometer, the world became 'Supa Dumb'. Petey had trouble too, as everyone was stupid.
Meanwhile, the police were doing stupid things. A police officer ran to Chief saying someone pooped in his office. Chief calls Dog Man who goes to solve the mystery. But he couldn't solve the crime.
Petey read his books back at his lab, which were the only informative books left on Earth. The world got even stupider. 2 weeks later, Petey became a slob. His toenails were long, his room was messy and he was unhygienic. Whereas Dog Man was still solving the case. Suddenly, Dog Man smelled the mess in Petey's lab. He found the books and read all of them, gaining more knowledge. He then passes them out to everyone. people read the books and became smart. Petey returned, only to find a trail of books leading to the school. The bells rung to signal recess for the children.
After the effort to try and collect books scattered near the playground furniture, Petey was arrested.
Soon after, the cops found out Dog Man pooed in Chief's office. After seeing Dog Man in the security footage, Chief screamed and chased Dog Man.
Story Four: Weenie Wars: The Franks Awaken
The chapter starts in Cat Jail, where the guard is passing out mail to the cats.
Petey gets a package from Mad Scientists-R-Us with a can of living spray inside. (Warning: Contents under pressure and flammable.) When it's lunch time, Petey decides to use the spray on his hot dog, causing the hot dog to grow arms, legs and a face, bringing him to life. Petey makes it bring the keys to his jail cell, setting him free. The hot dog suggests to Petey if they can be friends, followed by him making fun of him for wanting to be friends. The hotdog finds the living spray can on the floor, and laughs a sinister way.
Meanwhile, Dog Man's ears heard a noise, leading him outside.
Petey, holding a dog whistle and a megaphone, rounds up all the dogs in town including Dog Man himself. He brings them all to a cage with a spiky roof.
In the cat jail, the dog thinks of how he can revenge on Petey. He goes into the kitchen, only to find a lot of hot dogs, bringing them all to life with the Living Spray. They follow their leader outside, to start a revoloution.
Sarah Hattoff, the news reporter, is at the place where Petey rounds up all dogs. Petey pushes a button, causing the spiky roof to come down. Sarah says that Dog Man will save them, only to be informed that Dog Man is IN the cage as well. Chief, watching the news from his computer starts crying, with the other cops trying to cheer him up.
The hot dogs are still trying to start a revolution, except that the humans find them cute and aren't afraid of them. The Leader Hot Dog decides that he needs some more strength, only to find Philly, a giant cheesesteak restaurant mascot. The hot dog sprays living spray on it, giving him life.
Philly and the hot dogs burst into the news, only to be called cute ANOTHER time by Sarah. The hotdog, now mad asks about what he needs to do to get respect. "Do I have to destroy everything?" When Dog Man heard that, he gets an idea. He pulls out a bone and throws it at Philly. He keeps throwing bones. When the last bone hits Philly, the hot dog sees that the bones are coming from the cage and orders Philly to destroy the cage, setting all of the dogs free.
Except for one.
Philly lifts up Dog Man into the air. The Leader Hot Dog talks with him about revenge, only to get munched on by Dog Man, also making the living spray can drop near the campfires the hot dogs made. Petey tries to get it only making the can get even more near to the fire. Then,....
The can explodes, making Philly explode, and Petey and Dog Man fly into different direction The remaining hot dogs find themselves surrounded by dogs and are eaten.
