After he leaves Neroon appears and confronts Delenn. He thinks Delenn is doing some sort of power play, and feels the Rangers would be better served with one of the Warrior Caste in charge, most likely him. He gives her one chance to step aside or he has sworn to use any and all means to stop her. As Lennier comes up, she turns for a second, and Neroon vanishes.
