** Once again, same episode. Specifically, during Isabella's song ("[[IWantSong In the City of Love]]"), there's a shot where Isabella has her and Phineas' portrait painted. * The show's gotten multiple drug and alcohol references past censors:
** "Crack That Whip" had Doofenshmirtz [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RLyR-uCxXE&t=4m16s clearly hung over]].
--->'''Doofenshmirtz:''' Will you cool it with the noise, Perry the Platypus? I've got a splitting headache! I was at this evil mixer until late last night, it was crazy...
** And in "The Lake Nose Monster", Doof acts suspiciously as though he's high on marijuana, pigging out on chicken wings and rambling about stuff like genies and the word "quadrant". This may be Doof just being Doof, but it could go either way.
** Similarly to the above example, Phineas being forced NOT to invent things in "Bully Bromance Breakup" is played out a LOT like a drug addict going through withdrawals.
* The evil scientist/secret agent (animal) relationship has been played out as if it were a romantic relationship. This becomes most obvious in allusions to affairs, where "thwarting" becomes a sexual euphemism. Examples include:
** Doofenshmirtz "cheating" on Perry with Peter the Panda in "It's About Time.
** In " Perry Laid an Egg" Doof says "Thwart me Perry the Platypus" in a rather sexual way.
** In "Lost in Danville", Peter's nemesis kidnaps Doofenshmirtz as if a jealous wife. Examples include Doof not wanting to be "the other scientist", and Dr. Mysterious bragging about how Peter is thwarting him.
** And ''then'' Doof further angers Dr. Mysterious by saying that he doesn't even see Peter as a nemesis; he's more like a "thwarty call."
* The LegionOfDoom Doofenshmirtz assembles is called "L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N". The term "love muffin" refers to a woman's personal area.

*** Becaomes HilariousInHindsight as of 2018, with the debut of Netta Barzilai's Eurovision single Toy. Like Madonna and Lindana, Netta has a pretty offbeat style.
* In the episode "Raging Bully", Buford challenges Phineas to a fight after Phineas' ice cream drops off its cone onto Buford's pants. And no, it wasn't on the leg or anything like that. It was right on the ''crotch''. Buford even ''stood up to show it''.
* In "[[http://youtu.be/gWtnBB6jxY0?t=1m12s The Magnificent Few]]", Isabella explains how easy it is to get your Cow Milking patch, complete with matching hand movements.
-->'''Isabella:''' All you do is squeeze and pull and squeeze and pull and squeeze and pull and squeeze and pull and...
** In the same episode, a group of cows form a tower in a fountain, with one cow's ''udder'' becoming the spout that sprays the milk.
* In "Toy to the World," Candace is working at a toy store and [[ItMakesSenseInContext dresses up like a platypus.]] Her boss says she "looks like number one!" Her response: [[ToiletHumour "I feel like number two."]]

** Also in this episode, when Candace frenziedly explains to Linda how her brothers are "doing something to this chair thing," Her first quick hand gesture looks [[http://s7.postimg.org/gom952qbf/image.jpg suggestive]].
** "It's About Time!" is infamous for the FoeRomanceSubtext between Perry and Dr. Doofenshmirtz. In short, Perry is heartbroken when he accidentally walks in on Doofenshmirtz fighting with someone else instead of him, which is blatantly portrayed as Doof having an extramarital affair, and the entire B-plot of the episode revolves around Perry and Doof reassessing the nature of their, erm, "[[FoeYay hatred]]".

* In "The Ballad of Badbeard," Phineas' grandfather tells the kids, "Left is right, and right is wrong." He's talking about moss, but in real life that saying comes from homosexuals' practice of wearing an earring on their right ear to indicate their orientation. As if to drive the point home, Baljeet dons an earring on his right ear when he and the other kids dress as pirates a couple scenes later.
** In fact, Candace's entire subplot in this episode of hallucinating after touching the moss is played akin to a drug trip. [[spoiler:Subverted when it turns out the moss she touched doesn't have hallucinogenic properties after all - it was all in her head. But she then touches the moss that does induce a trip and sees similar imagery]].

* Another gem from Phineas' grandfather, In "The Flying Fishmonger" he pulls out a scrapbook from behind Ferb's ear he explains it as doing it by 'a bit of how's your father'. How's Your Father is British slang for having sex.
* In "Bowl-R-Ama Drama", when the gyroscope is turned off in the giant bowling ball, the red ball that was used to control the giant bowling ball flies around the cockpit, and for a few scenes, Candace has it in her mouth like a ball gag.
* In "Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?", Perry (in Candace's body) attempting to attack Doofenshmirtz with his "[[AssKicksYou tail]]". In just enough {{slow motion}} to make every single viewer feel uncomfortable, especially if they watch Doof's eyes. There's also something distinctly disturbing about a grown man trapping a teenage girl in a ''very'' small cage. To be fair, however, Dr. Doofenshmirtz had no idea that Perry would have been in the body of a teen.

* In "Hail Doofania!", when Candace is trying to explain her new unwanted "Goth" look to Jeremy, she mentions she could take her clothes off, but quickly corrects herself.
-->'''Candace:''' Uh, uh, I'm not wearing this. I mean, I'm wearing it in that it's actually on my body right now, but I'm not attached to it. Not to say that I'm attached to my other clothes. She rattles off each photo: "Driftwood, log, elephant, driftwood, driftwood, [[TakeOurWordForIt you aren't old enough to know what that is...]], driftwood..." Keep in mind that Nosey is your stereotypical, long-necked sea serpent.

* "Gaming the System": Candace spends the entire episode wearing nothing but a towel. Also:
--> "Guess they should call this game Jump, Duck, and Blow!"

* "That Sinking Feeling": When Baljeet sees Mishti (his best friend from India) after many years, he notices that she has developed into a girl. The camera pans up Mishti's body, and Baljeet's stunned reaction is accompanied by heavy breathing and a "BOING!" sound effect.
** There's also this exchange between Baljeet and his mother:

'''Baljeet:''' I climbed out the window.\\
'''Baljeet's Mother:''' [[ADateWithRosiePalms Ohh, I thought it was a cover]]\\

** A later shot has Ferb looking away from the camera to stare at her, so it's definitely not just an unfortunate camera angle.
* "Isabella and the Temple of Sap": There's Isabella's ecstasy-esque timbre of voice when she's lost in "Phineasland", but the kicker is her elaborate fantasy of riding centaur!Phineas. Any horseback rider can tell you [[GRatedSex what this feels like.]]
* In "Undercover Carl", there's a montage of Carl in different disguises, including a ShoutOut to the Music/VillagePeople, [[{{Leatherman}} Glenn Hughes]]'s famous outfit and [[WholesomeCrossdresser a couple of dresses]].
* "Hip Hip Parade" has one of the "surprisingly dark" variety: Buford inadvertently delivers a spectacular grand finale to the Tristate Area Unification Day Parade. Buford declares he now has to do something decidedly less nice to balance out the universe and he walks offscreen. We hear audio of Baljeet ''pleading'' with Buford not to do something, then he suddenly groans and [[BlackComedyBurst a dark red substance]] splatters onto Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella. Cut back to Buford and Baljeet to reveal Buford simply [[ABloodyMess destroyed all of Baljeet's jelly doughnuts.]]
* In "The Beak", the villain's name is Khaka Peü Peü. Need we say more?
* In "She's the Mayor", Candace is busting Phineas and Ferb when she is, well, [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin the mayor.]] However, the sign for the event of busting them says "The Big Bust". DoubleEntendre much?
* On multiple occasions in "Wizard Of Odd", they show a bear -- makes sense, right? It ''is'' a ''Film/TheWizardOfOz'' parody, after all. However, this bear happens to be sitting behind a tree, reading a newspaper. In TheStinger, he says [[StealthPun "Yes, Yes I do."]] Wow. If you don't get it, the bear is referring to the classic rhetorical question, 'Does a bear shit in the woods?' %%Please don't reword the profanity as the profaneness of the referenced retort is why this is an example of getting crap past the radar. Previous instances of rewording this have led to people not getting why it's an example and removing it.
** Buford tells Candace that even if she doesn't join Phineas and Ferb, she should still put on waterproof underpants.
** Near the end of Candace's dream, Jeremy strips down to his underwear. Her dream has {{Fanservice}}.
* In "Split Personality":
--> '''Busting Candace:''' OMG! (pulls out her cell phone) Mom, Phineas & Ferb made me!
--> '''Linda:''' I'm pretty sure I have stretch marks that say otherwise.
* In "Rollercoaster: The Musical", during the song "Rollercoaster" Phineas and Ferb look at the camera, with half-closed eyes, one eyebrow raised each, while Phineas sings, "Scream if you want more!"
** The dancing in Isabella's song "What'cha Doin'". She and four Fireside Girls (Katie, Milly, Gretchen, and Holly) are all quite visibly ''humping the air''. While she's singing about her catchphrase and her affections towards Phineas. Her stalker-crush gets slightly cuter and creepier every episode.
** Near the end of [[http://youtu.be/4b0uyVq3R_U?t=1m31s this video,]] taken from the previews for "Rollercoaster: The Musical." And, unlike the dancers in the "Summer Belongs To You" ads, this shot remains in the episode.

* In "Split Personality":
** Not only is there the [[MaleGaze look on Ferb's face]], but Phineas seems to ''hit his head'' on the... arches.
outfit.

** Later, in one of the more blatant examples, Doof spins the wheel of unpleasant locations on his Go-Away-Inator. The location it lands on is "My Pants".
* In "Make Play", Princess Baldegunde's accent makes her sound like she is saying "penis" when she is really saying "Phineas."
* In "Candace Gets Busted", Candace's party gets transported to Doofenshmirtz's pants, making a literal "There's a party in my pants" joke.
** Even weirder was the party got zapped by an -inator that was built specifically to send its targets to an "undesirable location". So apparently nobody would want to [[DoubleEntendre end up in Doof's pants.]]

** Speaking of that episode, in the end [[spoiler: when Jeremy is about to tell Candace what he likes about her, it gets cut by a soccer match. Overlaps with BilingualBonus if you pay attention to the words the announcer says just after Jeremy's dialog: ''Viene le pega, gol!'' which translates to ''He [[DoubleEntendre comes!]] He [[DoubleEntendre hits it]]! goal!'']]

** Also from "Canderemy", Candace and Jeremy are literally joined at the hip.
* In "Run, Candace, Run", the building agent mispronounces Doofenshmirtz's name and it sounds like douche. There is no way this is unintentional.
* In "Moon Farm", the song "Lunar Taste Sensation" sounds like a reference to getting high. Plus Baljeet could hear the [[GRatedDrug disembodied space reggae voice]]. The latter (Baljeet hearing the voice) also doubles as BreakingTheFourthWall.

* In "Skiddley Whiffers", Candace at one point yells "Here comes the BIIIIG FINISH!" followed by "[[TheImmodestOrgasm Ohhh that feels good!]]"
* In "Lotsa Latkes", Phineas and Ferb keep a running list of words that begin with the letter "S" rarely used by kids. Granted, the list consists of "simultaneously" and "septuagenarian", but that's hardly the first thought that crosses the audience's mind.
* In "Ferb Latin", we discover that Lawrence is inside Linda's sensory-deprivation chamber along with her. It's a small, narrow box with a door. Apparently, they're in there a lot...
* In "Remains of a Platypus", we get this from Doofenshmirtz. Keep in mind he's only wearing underwear, and talking about ''Perry''.
-->'''Doofenshmirtz:''' Ugh. It's so hard to get good help these days, even when you ride them like a bicycle.
** And in the same episode at one point, Perry is shaving Doof as his butler. He jumps down to his lower half and Doof gets a shocked look on his face, and then it backs up to show he's shaving Doof's legs.
** Carl likes to dress up as a squirrel and goes to Squirrel-Con, talking about people's "baleful looks of judgement". [[UsefulNotes/FurryFandom Sound like anything we know?]]
* In "Bully Bromance Breakup":
-->'''Baljeet''': (to Buford) I can put up with wedgies, noogies, wet willies, and even the fact that you apparently have placed a G.P.S. tracking device ''on, or inside, my person''.
* In "Quietest Day Ever":
-->'''Doofenshmirtz''': [[ItMakesSenseInContext No, I don't want your baby.]]
* In "The Doonkelberry Imperative", after Isabella tells Phineas that her first Fireside Girl patch was the Medieval Siege Engine Patch, an audible ding can be heard.
* And this exchange from the episode "Buford Confidential":
-->'''Baljeet''': Buford, what are you doing?\\
'''Buford''': The forest is filled with patch-crazed Europeans and I'm a bear in the woods. ''What do you think I'm doing?'' [[note]]See under the "Wizard of Odd" example in the Season 2 folder for what this is referring to.[[/note]]\\
'''Phineas''': Ooh! Ooh! I know!\\
'''Buford''': Am I on speaker phone? '''Get me off speaker phone!'''
* In "Minor Monogram", Vanessa has this exchange with Rodrigo:
-->'''Rodrigo:''' Join me, Vanessa, and together we will take over the world. I'll let you get a tattoo. I think boots should come in pairs, like people.\\
'''Vanessa:''' Join you? I don't work for him. That's my father, you dweeb.\\
'''Rodrigo:''' Well, yeah, I just thought we had a moment.\\
'''Vanessa:''' (''scoffs'') A moment?\\
(''Perry chatters'')\\
'''Vanessa:''' Yeah, I know. What a dip, right?
** When Vanessa says "dip" it sounds very similar to another word a girl would call a guy being a jerk.
* In the episode "When Worlds Collide" Candace stays up past 12:00 at night and then busts into her parents' room to tell her mom about what Phineas and Ferb did. When she first walks into her parents' bedroom, it is not seen what they are doing, but Candace is seen looking at them with an overly shocked face and asks them, expressing great disgust "Mom! Mom! What are you guys doing!?" leading us on to believe that she walked in on them doing something totally inappropriate for a kid's show, but then the screen then reveals that her parents are sitting on the floor and listening to some record tapes. Now, we can't possibly argue that the directors of that scene knew what they were doing there. It's impossible for that to have been on accident, so we know that they did that on purpose.
* In "What'd I Miss?", Baljeet claims to have beaten Buford at ''Rochambeau''. When asked what Rochambeau is, Phineas calmly replies, "It's another name for Rock-Paper-Scissors." While it ''is'' an archaic term for Rock-Paper-Scissors, in more recent years it's taken on a [[GroinAttack much different meaning]] thanks to ''WesternAnimation/SouthPark''.
** Also, there's the [[VisualInnuendo diagram]] of an acorn that Baljeet is pointing at during the [[MakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext ''Be a Squirrel'' song]], that talks about [[AccidentalInnuendo nut-eating tips]] and the "creamy filling" contained inside the nut.

legs.

* In the winter-themed episode "For Your Ice Only", Ginger and Stacy argue over whose turn it is for use of the computer, Ginger tells her older sister that she'll "open a can of whipped cream on [her]. Or however that goes." No doubt, [[Wrestling/StoneColdSteveAustin Stone Cold Steve Austin]] would be proud.
* During "Happy New Year!", we have Stacy and Jeremy both claming that Candace is having "relapses" with her busting habits.
** In that same story, Isabella tells Phineas about how a New Year's tradition of kissing someone at midnight. Phineas says, in a suggestive sort of way, "I know what we're doing tonight..."
-->'''Phineas:''' Yeah! We're gonna make our own New Year's ball and drop it from outer space!
-->'''Vivian:''' Your mother is right, Phineas. You have such an active imagination!
-->'''Isabella:''' ''(muttering)'' Not active enough.
* In "Der Kinderlumper," Doofenshmirtz accidentally moons Perry; the latter comes in while the former is building an -inator while wearing ski underwear that unbutton at exactly the wrong time.
* In "Bee Day", Phineas says he needs some kind of collateral if Isabella wanted to "borrow" Ferb.

* In "Happy Birthday, Isabella", Baljeet says he hopes Isabella's birthday cake doesn't have a male dancer popping out of it. Buford responds with "They asked, but they couldn't afford me." [[DontExplainTheJoke The obvious implication is that Buford's a stripper.]]
* "Thanks But No Thanks" gives us this exchange:

--> '''Monty:''' Carl...
--> '''Carl:''' Let me finish. K-I-S-S-I-N-G.
--> '''Monty:''' ...Go ahead.
--> '''Carl:''' [[DidTheyOrDidntThey You mean there's more?]]
* A scene in "Druselsteinoween" has Buford tell Irving that his [[ItMakesSenseInContext "drawbridge"]] is down, with the drawbridge being positioned in front of the area and all.
* In the same episode, Lawrence is wearing a gorilla suit and Linda is wearing a [[HospitalHottie nurse uniform]]. Something that looks suspiciously like the beginning of a sexual roleplaying game immediately ensues.

* In "Knot My Problem", during the song as the kids work at untying a giant Gordian Knot, Ferb, Phineas, and Isabella are crawling back through it. And Isabella is very clearly checking out [[FemaleGaze Phineas' backside]].
* In "Just Our Luck" after Candace gets hit with a good luck ray and gets her hair perfect in one brush, Candace says she finally got her PHD (perfect hair day). Lawrence overhears and mentions his PHD. Candace explains she wasn't talking about a degree and Lawrence says he wasn't either. We find out shortly after that he meant [[ItMakesSenseInContext pillow hurling dexterity]], but PHD can also stand for pretty huge dick.
* In "Imperfect Storm", while singing the line "It's a straight-up bust", Candace is gesturing with her arms right around her chest area.

** A man tells Isabella he's her from the future, as if wants her to believe she got a sex change operation.
* In "The Inator Method", in a brilliant way of doing something new with the usual UranusIsShowing joke, Buford races in the planet Uranus and uses its other name, "Ouranos".
--> '''Buford:''' Uranus (Ouranos) is ready to go.
--> '''Baljeet:''' That is not how it is pronounced, Buford.
--> '''Buford:''' [[ThinkOfTheCensors It is on this channel.]]
* In "Doof 101", Principal Lang sees that the school bell has fallen off the tower and angrily quotes "What in the bell!?"
* In "Act Your Age" during "What Might Have Been", we see a montage of Isabella coming by to help out on the project du jour, and her heart breaks as Phineas remains oblivious for years. By the time they're in high school and Phineas has developed feelings for her, Isabella no longer visits the backyard. Teenage Phineas turns to where Isabella would usually stand, then frowns when she isn't there. A sad moment, until you notice the machine he's tinkering with -- a giant eggplant.

* In ''[[ChristmasSpecial "Phineas and Ferb's Christmas Vacation!"]]'', Doof's Naughty-inator shoots "Naughty Nectar." It's white. And the animation is pretty suggestive.

* Blink and you'll miss it: In ''Phineas and Ferb Save Summer'', the cave where Lawrence and Linda go spelunking is called Donkey Caverns. Yes, they went down an ''ass hole''.

** Speaking of Twi'lek, [[MsFanservice Vanessa]] is one here. Moreover, a Twi'lek lounge singer with a CleavageWindow.
** "Star Wars" also gave us lines like "Darth Vader can kiss my bantha", "bantha droppings" and "let's make some Sith happen".
** The ''In The Empire'' song in the ''Star Wars'' parody is basically an ad for a fascist government that gets real close to how they actually function and view the world, with Candance even calling the rebels "sub-human".
* In the Halloween special "Night of the Living Pharmacists", Phineas tells the other boys "Let's get back to the backyard and re-rubberize!" and after their invention is dismantled by the Doofen-Zombies asks "Hey, Ferb, do we have any rubber lying around?"
** We also got this:

** Later, Stacy, oblivious to the events outside and watching a movie marathon that is interrupted by a power failure, delivers "Talk about ''Grievance interruptus''."
** Both Buford and Doofenshmirtz strip down to their underwear after losing a loved one. Yes, it's because exposed flesh makes them vulnerable and is lampshaded as excessive, but it's still odd for a kid's show.

** "It's About Time!" is infamous for the FoeRomanceSubtext between Perry and Dr. Doofenshmirtz. In short, Perry is heartbroken when he accidentally walks in on Doofenshmirtz fighting with someone else instead of him, which is blatantly portrayed as Doof having an [[YourCheatingHeart extramarital affair]], and the entire B-plot of the episode revolves around Perry and Doof reassessing the nature of their, erm, "[[FoeYay hatred]]".
