Finally, Frank manages to throw him out a window, impaling him on an iron fence, Frank ''lands on him'', and Pitsy manages to rip the whole fence segment lose and goes after him again. Frank blasts him in the face with a shotgun, and the mutilated, almost certainly brain-dead thing that used to be Pitsy '''keeps going for a few steps!'''

* Two words: '''Tiberiu Bulat'''. Much like Barracuda after him, he's an utterly psychopathic man who enjoys killing and torturing. Even Viorica compares him to the Devil! Especially notable as Cristu, Tiberiu's son, is just as guilty as he is, but Viorica doesn't see him the same way; he doesn't actually ''enjoy'' the brutality, murder and rape that is a fundamental part of the SexSlave trade. In fact, he doesn't seem to feel much of anything, being TheSociopath through and through, to him it's a part of doing business. Tiberiu however, enjoys every bit of it, and it's all but stated he'd probably do it all for free.

* Barracuda may as well be this trope personified at least for ''Punisher MAX''. He's basically the African-American version of ComicBook/{{Bullseye|MarvelComics}}.

* Near the end of the arc we finally get a glimpse of Barracuda's childhood, and the scenes are...''unsettling'', to say the least.

** Pittsy is walking Nightmare Fuel, it even gets to the point that Frank himself is unsettled by him when he refuses to drop dead after everything he goes through, and even manages to keep walking a few steps after a shotgun blast to the face.

** It's notable that Maginty forces him to do it while Tommy is still ''ALIVE'', which even the sadistic old Nesbit had never done, since Napper's specialty was body disposal, not torture and murder. Napper is even somewhat at a loss since he's never had to do it to a living person before.

** From the same arc, we finally get a glimpse at Nicky Cavella's backstory...and it's every bit as sick and horrific as you would expect for a monster like Cavella.
