* The horrific way Jack kills Nick; by first breaking all of his fingers and then boiling him from the inside. Even if Nick was an AssholeVictim who deserved it after what he's done over the course of the season, the way Jack kills him proves the suspicions the Winchesters already had about Jack having become TheSoulless.

to:

* Jack smiling while he does the aforementioned killing and when he turns the atheist into a pillar of salt. And not the evil kind of smiling either, but innocent smile of a child. The childlike innocence (and the genuine lack of any real malice) he shows while committing horrific acts of violence is rather unsettling to say the least.

* Soulless Sam in Season 6. Imagine having a brother/sister who's been dead for about a year, then suddenly comes back and their behavior is just off. They keep pretending to be fine and assuring you nothing's wrong, but it just doesn't seem right, their behavior is cold and careless, it looks like the person you knew and were close to but it just isn't them and you FEEL it. That must be how Dean felt about his brother coming back soulless from Hell. For some people, this might be ParanoiaFuel or generally just creepy.

** Worse, Chuck/God behaves exactly like Lucifer, his once-favored son. * The titular Bad Place: it's Place. It's an alternate dimension populated by monsters, similar to Purgatory...except it's worse. * If anyone thought the Leviathans were the only Eldritch Abominations in the Supernatural universe, then this episode proves them wrong, as Sandy, the woman the Winchesters were trying to help, turns out to be possessed by Yokoth, self-proclaimed "Star of Madness," "Ravager of Galaxies," and "Mother of Faceless Hordes." Worse, she wants to summon her mate, Glythur, to the main universe and have him possess Dean.

* Lucifer's VillainousBreakdown after Jack declares he is not his father on learning that Lucifer cut a deal with Michael to return to the main universe and leave with Jack while Michael gets to raze Earth is terrifying. It's actually very similar to how Ego treats Star-Lord in Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol2. He screams in his son's face, pretty much IHaveNoSon disowns the boy himself, then uses his blade to cut Jack's neck and siphon his power.

* In order to defeat Lucifer, Dean says "yes" to Michael on the condition that it's a one-time deal and that he remains in control of his body. Following a HopeSpot after Lucifer bites it, Michael clearly starts to fight from the inside, with Dean groaning "We had a deal!" Finally, Michael takes him over completely, says "Thanks for the suit," and disappears.
