Worse, he's a PsychopathicManchild of a bully who ''loves'' torturing children, and gives off an unnerving AxCrazy vibe. His chillingly realistic EvilLaugh when he twists Eddy's leg is reminiscent of those of [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Mephiles the Dark]], The [[VideoGame/{{Thief}} Hammer Haunts]] and [[WesternAnimation/{{Pinocchio}} The Coachman]]). Even the music that plays during the scene is pretty freaky too, as it is a sinister tune mixed with an electric guitar. ** [[SugarWiki/TheyReallyCanAct The voice acting throughout the chase scene]]--all of the kids (even ''[[GirlNextDoor Nazz]] and [[NiceGuy Rolf]]'') [[UnstoppableRage truly sound like they're out for the Eds' BLOOD]] while the poor Eds are very believably terrified for their lives. Special mention goes to the absolutely vicious way Kevin delivers this line when Edd's quick thinking flings him off the car...

** The kids all react in absolute horror, to the point that Kevin, of all people, gets over his fear of Eddy's Brother and tells him to lay off. Even the Kankers are utterly [[EveryoneHasStandards appalled]] by his cruelty.

** The worst part? Eddy's Brother's entire reasoning (at least from what we saw) of why he torments Eddy is horrifyingly realistic; after all, [[TruthInTelevision some abusers don't even need a reason for harming others]].
