* ''[[VideoGame/GihrensGreed Gihren's Ambition: The Menace of Axis V]]'' (UpdatedRerelease of ''Gihren's Greed: The Menace of Axis''): [[InsaneAdmiral Bask Om]], the [[Characters/MobileSuitZetaGundamTitans Titans]]' second-in-command, is revealed in the Titans campaign to be behind all of the [[StateSec Titans]]' atrocities during the Gryps Conflict. In response to an anti-Federation protest on Side 1's Colony 30, Bask would deploy [[DeadlyGas G-3 gas]] against the protesters, killing all 10 million of them; the backlash from this massacre would lead to the formation of the [[Characters/MobileSuitZetaGundamAEUG AEUG]]. During the Titans campaign, when the AEUG launches an attack on Jaburo, Bask would demand to be placed in charge in commanding Jaburo. If allowed to, then Bask would [[NukeEm place a nuke below Jaburo]] without telling any Titans soldiers there of the nuke, ensuring that many of them die in the resulting explosion. When Blex Forer and [[Characters/GundamCharAznable Quattro Bajeena]] arrive in Dakar to protest a bill that would give the Titans absolute control over the Federation Armed Forces, Bask would propose the assassination of Blex to ensure the bill passes securely. If not deposed at the end of the campaign in favor of [[Characters/MobileSuitZetaGundamPaptimusScirocco Paptimus Scirocco]], Bask would [[TheStarscream instigate a civil war against Jamitov]] when the latter seeks to undermine the Earth Supremacist ideology of the Titans from within, destroying human civilization in the process.

Seeking to reduce humanity to less than one billion to be ruled over by a Spacenoid MasterRace, Gihren gasses multiple colonies and drops them onto Earth, killing off half of the human population. Learning of both the Black History and his eventual death at the hands of Kycilia Zabi after killing his own father from [[Anime/TurnAGundam Moonrace]] scouts sent to the past, Gihren would fake his death and go into hiding. Infecting Neo Japan with DG cells, Azrael would use both the Devil Gundam and the Death Army as a instrument of revenge against both the Coordinators and the Three Ships alliance. When Lady Un], a major supporter of his project, reveals that she likes the automated Mobile Dolls because they will cut down on human casualties, Tsubarov turns on her, as [[WarForFunAndProfit he wants his Dolls to have the chance to kill people]], and plenty of them. When the White Fang rebellion reaches the colonies, Tsubarov betrays Une, seizes control of the colonies, attempts to murder the captive Gundam pilots by cutting off their oxygen, and guns Une down when she tries to interfere. He proceeds to improve his Dolls, and begins construction of the KillSat ''Libra'' for his boss. When the rebels come for him, Tsubarov finally snaps, undergoes a huge VillainousBreakdown, and turns his Dolls loose on the civilian population, ranting like a madman the entire time about how, through them, he will achieve invincibility.

** [[CorruptPolitician Wong Yunfat]] is the prime minister of Neo Hong Kong. Wanting to prolong his rule over the world, Wong altered the rules of Gundam Fight into allowing the Gundam Fighters to aim for each other's cockpits. Wong also collaborated with Master Asia to obtain the Devil Gundam, which he brought to Neo Hong Kong, not caring when one of the Gundam Heads escaped to the city area. Taking an interest in Neo Sweden's Gundam Fighter, Allenby Beardsley, Wong had the scientist of Neo Sweden kidnapped and tortured to obtain information of the Berserker System, which caused great mental pain to Allenby. After that, Wong had Allenby kidnapped and injected DG cells into her, reducing her into a slave of the Devil Gundam. As Master Asia's age started to catch up to him, Wong sent some Gundam Heads as an attempt to kill him. Later, as his plans start to fall apart, Wong even has no problems with having the Devil Gundam destroy Neo Hong Kong.
** [[InsaneAdmiral Colonel Ulube Ishikawa]] is a former Gundam Fighter who [[FallenHero reveals himself as a servitor of the Devil Gundam]] towards the end of the series. Having [[ManipulativeBastard manipulated]] the control of the Ultimate Gundam, betrayed Domon Kasshu's father, and delivered Rain to become the Devil Gundam's Core, Ulube intends to use it to devour Japan, annihilating large swaths of land and attempting to even destroy the world so that he may rule.

Vexed when Domon saves a group of children from his thugs, Michelo kidnaps and threatens to murder one of them unless Domon fights his entire gang barehanded. When Domon unexpectedly wins, Michelo kills his right-hand man for showing fear and engages in, and loses, a Gundam fight with Domon. Though seemingly disqualified and arrested, Michelo is granted amnesty by Wong in exchange for serving as one of his [[PsychoForHire enforcers]], and throughout the finals performs underhanded maneuvers such as mailing a bomb to an accomplice that got cold feet and attempting to force George to forfeit their fight lest Michelo blow up the entire audience.

Opening fire against the Junk Guild's ship, Ash gladly mocks Lowe's optimistic beliefs regarding the human nature, confessing to killing people simply because he enjoys it. Left in command of a KillSat, the Genesis Alpha, Ash can only think to himself how much damage he will be able to inflict with it. Falling directly into Earth Alliance territory, Ash is assimilated into the Extended program and returns as one of their scouts, using a computer virus to alter the Genesis Alpha's targeting data, nearly causing it to fire at Earth. Breaking free of the brainwashing, Ash causes the Genesis Alpha to destroy an Earth Alliance base before committing suicide.

* ''[[Anime/AfterWarGundamX Gundam X]]'': [[FantasticRacism Seidel Rasso]] is the leader of the Space Revolutionary Army. In the aftermath of a war that nearly wiped out humanity, Rasso became the leader of the twelve million people living on the colony of Cloud 9. Turning it into a PoliceState, Rasso suppressed all dissent, and preached a philosophy founded on the notion that since Newtypes could only be born in space, the colonists, rather than the people of Earth—called Oldtypes--should control the destiny of the human race. Knowing this to be false, Rasso also kept all information about Newtypes on Earth quiet, while gearing up for another war. Destroying the rebellious colony of Satelicon, including its largely civilian population, with photon torpedoes in order to consolidate his power, Rasso had his [[TheDragon right-hand man]], Nichola, [[BadBoss arrested and summarily executed]] for [[EvilIsNotPacifist suggesting peace talks]] with the New Earth Federation, and tried to use a KillSat to exterminate those humans remaining on Earth. When the supercomputer DOME revealed that Newtypes were really no different from the rest of humanity, Rasso [[IgnoredEpiphany refused to accept it]], even as his ArchEnemy, and ardent Newtype hater, Fixx Bloodman of the NEF reconsidered his own position. Pushing his own lies to the end, Rasso's last act was to violate a ceasefire between himself and Bloodman, ranting about how Oldtypes like the NEF president were all scum who deserved to die.

** [[MayorPain Mayor Nomoa Long]], previously [[MadScientist Professor Dorat]], is a former scientist for the Space Revolutionary Army who took part in the destructive war, trying to execute "Operation Lilac", a plan, that would [[FinalSolution wipe out the entire population of Earth]]. He was dumped on Earth by his superiors following the devastating aftermath of the war and began plotting revenge against the United Nations Earth for destroying the colonies. The extremes he goes to in his pursuit of vengeance are downright depraved--his plan was to use the Fort Severn laboratories to create a strong enough Artificial Newtype in order to power up the Patulia, a nightmarish Mobile Armor that is literally PoweredByAForsakenChild: This horror needed a Newtype, who ended up being Artificial Newtype Carris Nautilus, to be used as its power source, and it would slowly and painfully erase the victim's mind, turning him or her into nothing more than one of the Patulia's own components. Willing to destroy all those who have wronged him somehow and all people on earth, Nomoa Long would sacrifice anyone to achieve his vengeance.
