A former outcast turned popular student, Mandy realized she could get others to do anything for her, witnessing a student accidentally kill himself to impress her. Viewing her new friends as beneath her, Mandy plots a killing spree with her troubled friend Emmett as part of a SuicidePact; having Emmett butcher her friends for her, Mandy [[BaitTheDog acts caring and compassionate to them]], before gutting a distressed Chloe and leaving her to bleed out. Backing out on her pact with Emmett, Mandy has him take the fall after killing him, presenting herself as an innocent victim and heroic survivor, before manipulating and sparing Garth to back up her cover story.

* ''Film/{{Bhakshak}}'' (2024): [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Bansi Sahu]] is the owner and self-proclaimed master of the girls' shelter home in Munawwarpur, whose [[FauxAffablyEvil friendly charisma]] hides a sadistic pervert. [[WouldHurtAChild Bansi]] has the 40 girls in his shelter drugged, stripped, abused, and raped by himself and his workers, killing several of them when they fight back or get pregnant, laughing while planning to have one girl kill another for her freedom, [[KickTheDog only to deny it to her]]. [[ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections Using his extensive connections]] up to the Minister of India to suppress any police and get rid of potential threats, Bansi hosts parties where girls are forced to dance for him and his connections, with Sudha almost being a victim herself. When [[IntrepidReporter Vaishali Singh]] investigates the rumors around the shelter home, Bansi intimidates her and threatens her family, beating her brother-in-law when suspecting the latter to have taken legal action against him.

* ''Film/TheBlackRoom'': [[AristocratsAreEvil Baron Gregor de Berghman]] holds cruel reign over his Tyrolean estate years after a prophecy predicted he would die at the hands of his younger twin Anton. [[SerialKiller Habitually murdering]] the wives of the peasants he lords over to amuse himself, Gregor invites Anton back to his home with the intent to murder his benevolent brother and impersonate him. Gregor kills his servant Mashka after she expresses jealousy over Gregor's own lust over the beautiful Thea, and succeeds in tossing his own brother to his death into the titular Black Room, taking his place to marry Thea and rule unopposed. Gregor murders Colonel Hassel after he sees through his deception, and arranges for Thea's love Lussan to take the blame for the murder and be sentenced to death. Utterly bereft of his twin brother's decency, Gregor was willing to murder even his own blood to retain the power he so cruelly maintained.

* ''Film/TheBodySnatcher'': The sinister [[FauxAffablyEvil John Gray]], "evil himself," is a man of depraved obsessions centered around his associate Dr. "Toddy" [=MacFarlane=]. A cabman by day and [[GraveRobbing grave robber]] by night, Gray establishes his cruelty by [[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals killing a dog]] who announces his presence in the grave, thieving from the graveyard to supply [=MacFarlane=] with specimens for his research. Gray eventually turns to the murder of a blind street singer to sate [=MacFarlane=], and strangles his assistant Joseph to death, presenting his body to [=MacFarlane=] as a twisted gift and gradually driving [=MacFarlane=] deeper and deeper into the threshold of insanity until Gray finally admits he torments [=MacFarlane=] solely [[ForTheEvulz for the pleasure of having a rich man bent to his whims]]. Gray vows he will never stop tormenting [=MacFarlane=], and his words ring true as [=MacFarlane=]'s insanity claims him soon after he's driven to kill Gray. Hauntingly mad in his crusade to torment [=MacFarlane=], Gray still remains among the most chilling performances of horror legend Creator/BorisKarloff.

* ''Film/BulletInTheHead'': Paul is part of a trio of delinquent SwornBrothers who go to [[UsefulNotes/TheVietnamWar war-torn Vietnam]] to escape arrest. Witnessing the brutality of the war, Paul decides that those with the best guns control the world, immediately robbing and pistol whipping a store clerk upon getting his first gun. Over the course of the film, Paul is consumed by GoldFever, gunning down anybody who stands in the way of him and his gold, including threatening his supposed friends. After the trio are captured by the Viet Cong, Paul immediately sells out the CIA agents he got the gold from before leaving his allies to be tortured to death in the prison camp. In his escape, Paul personally shoots Frankie in the head, permanently brain damaging him to the point of needing a MercyKill, and massacres a bunch of villagers to steal a boat. Years later, when Ben confronts Paul for revenge, he tries to force his nemesis to destroy Frankie's skull just to psychologically torment him.

* ''Film/BlackChristmas2019'': Professor Gelson is a [[HeManWomanHater misogynist]] who, upon discovering the bust of Calvin Hawthorn contains Hawthorn's malevolent will, uses it to brainwash frat pledges and sends them out to murder "unruly" women. Killing several women across campus, Gelson intends to have the frat dominate political institutions with any women who resist the new way of things to be disposed of. Trying to have the heroines murdered, Gelson promptly has a sorority collaborator killed despite her attempts to be "good" for them.

* ''Film/{{AKA}}'' (2023): [[TheHeavy Kruger]] is a mysterious figure [[DragonInChief working for]] the French government who recruited a teenage Adam Franco as his [[ProfessionalKiller assassin]]. For the next 20 years, Kruger sends Adam to assassinate whoever Kruger wants, with one target being an innocent journalist. Kruger also suggests that Moktar Al Tayeb and his family be brought to Paris to have them all killed, and when Al Tayeb escapes with his critically injured daughter, Kruger assigns Adam to kill Al Tayeb. Kruger has Adam infiltrate a gang with ties to Al Tayeb by holding a teenager hostage to force his gangster father to let Adam take his place before imprisoning and eventually killing the father and son. Kruger also sends two commando teams to kill Adam, Al Tayeb, and all of their associates before attempting to kill Adam and Victor Pastore's [[WouldHurtAChild stepchildren]] himself.

* ''Film/{{Blitz}}'': [[SerialKiller Barry Weiss]] was [[FromNobodyToNightmare once a common street thug]] with a knack for getting himself thrown in jail. After attacking two men in a billiard hall and getting beaten up by Detective Sergeant Tom Brant, Weiss decided to become a CopKiller and, known as "[[AntagonistTitle Blitz]]", murder all of the police officers responsible for his arrests. He guns down two police constables and [[DropTheHammer beats an inspector to death with a hammer]], and later on drowns Brant's informant, Radnor. He attacks another police constable, and kills her teenage friend when he comes to her rescue. After being detained by police and released due to lack of evidence, he disguises himself as a police officer and tries to kill Brant.

* ''Film/TheBloodOnSatansClaw'': Angela [[IronicNickname "Angel"]] Blake started out as a mischievous and rebellious [[TeensAreMonsters teenager]] in her village, before she and her friends discover pieces of the devil, Behemoth's bones. Quickly becoming an enthusiastic demon worshipper, Angel would lure the other children into join her cult. Seeking to restore Behemoth to the world, Angel would [[FlayingAlive flay]] patches of his skin growing among the villagers, murdering those she can't convert, such as her supposed friend Mark, and his younger sister Cathy, who is raped as part of her sacrifice. Failing to [[HotForPreacher seduce Reverend Fallowfield]], Angel would [[FalseRapeAccusation accuse him of rape]] to try and get him killed. When her follower Margaret escapes witch hunters, Angel would whip her under the suspicion she betrayed them; finding out Margaret lost her piece of Behemoth's skin, Angel would abandon her to the hunters, expecting and wishing that their dogs rip her apart.

** Original film: Mark [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast Dark]] operates the [[EvilPhone titular phone line]] to let his demonic masters [[DemonicPossession possess]] callers. Damning those who try to break away from him, Dark [[TheCorrupter seduces]] the teenager Hoax Wilmox into becoming a demonic vessel, allowing him to slaughter multiple people and simply preparing to move on to his next project after Hoax is stopped.

** ''[[Film/NineSevenSixEvil2TheAstralFactor The Astral Factor]]'': [[StalkerWithACrush Stephen Grubeck]] is a crazy, serial-killing college dean already on death row before he uses the eponymous phone to tap into AstralProjection to keep murdering. Among his many kills, Grubeck causes multiple car accidents when he kills a lawyer; forces a janitor to stand in front of an incoming truck; and tries to make the object of his desire, Robin, [[SadisticChoice choose between him or her life]], after having literally trapped her friend in ''Film/NightOfTheLivingDead'' and [[FrameUp framed her]] for the murder.
