** In ''Film/CasinoRoyale2006'', Bond's first kill (of two needed to earn 00 status) takes place in a bathroom. After much smashing of mirrors and porcelain, he drowns the guy in the sink. The {{mook}} was PlayingPossum, however, and when Bond turns his back to retrieve his gun, the man leaps back up - and also ''cries out'', giving Bond enough warning to spin around and shoot him. Cue opening credits.
** ''Film/GoldenEye'' has Bond knocking out his first mook this way. "Beg your pardon. Forgot to knock."
* In the film version of ''Film/JurassicPark'', [[DirtyCoward Donald Gennaro]] abandons Tim and Lex and hides in an outdoor restroom during the initial T-rex attack. However, the dinosaur knocks the building down, revealing poor Gennaro sitting on the still intact toilet. She promptly eats him off the crapper.

* In ''Film/AustinPowersInternationalManOfMystery'', an assassin tries to kill Austin while he's on the toilet. Austin turns the tables on him and kills him with a swirlie. In the second film, Scott tells Dr. Evil that if he has a time machine, [[WhyDontYaJustShootHim he should just kill Austin while he's in the crapper and be done with it]]. Likely a homage to a similar scene in the '60s spy-spoof ''Film/OurManFlint''.

* Catherine from ''Film/BlackCat'' is stalked by an assassin in a toilet. She managed to get ahead of her captor by sneaking out from underneath a stall and as the assassin fires into an empty cubicle, Catherine then smashes his brain into a pulp from behind using a ceramic toilet cover.
* At the start of ''Film/BlownAway'', the MadBomber played by Creator/TommyLeeJones uses the toilet bowl in his cell to create an improvised shaped charge, which blows a hole through the prison wall.
* ''Film/TheBoondockSaints'', wherein Connor [=McManus=] is handcuffed to a toilet as two Russian mobsters take his brother Murphy out to the alley to shoot him in the head. Connor, in a fit of UnstoppableRage, tears the toilet right out of the floor, carries up to the apartment building roof and proceeds to send the toilet crashing down upon the head of the guy about to kill his brother as he jumps down himself onto the back of the second goon.
* ''Film/TheBourneSeries'': Jason Bourne once killed an enemy agent with a bathroom. Not just in, ''[[ImprovisedWeapon with]]''.
* Justified in ''Film/{{Brannigan}}'' (1975). Creator/JohnWayne is targeted by a hit-man who rigs up a SawnOffShotgun behind his hotel room door. In case he dodges the first BoobyTrap, the hit-man plants a bomb in the toilet, knowing that a near-death experience would lead to a BringMyBrownPants moment. Fortunately, the Duke is smart enough to dodge both traps.
* ''Film/BulletInTheHead'' have Luke's introduction with his first onscreen kill, a target taking a leak in a urinal. Said target falls into the puddle of piss.

* In ''VideoGame/SleepingDogs'' Wei Shen can drown enemies in toilets and urinals when fighting in a bathroom.

A bit of {{Bathos}} occurs when he slumps over, as the automatic flush activates as his body falls to the ground.

* ''Film/BlownAway''. Tommy Lee Jones uses the toilet bowl in his cell to create a shaped charge, which blows a hole through the prison wall.

** There's an episode where a woman dies after getting locked in a high tech prototype public toilet. Water fills it and drowns her.
** Another has a guy get kicked by two cans in quick succession. He's a construction worker whose co-workers pull the OverturnedOuthouse gag on him while he's in a porta-potty. Immediately upon getting out of that situation, he's walking across the yard, which is very close to an airport, when a block of "blue ice" from the lavatory of a jet that's coming in for a landing dislodges and conks him on the head, killing him.
** Later in the series, a popular high-school girl is killed by a classmate who bashes her head against a sink in the girl's restroom.

** In Episode 71, when the characters are playing Cluedo, one of Stumpy's guesses as to how Lady Carrot (Pretty) was murdered is that she had a toilet dropped on her head in the library.

** In ''Film/{{Phantoms}}'', Harold Ordnay and his wife try and escape the Ancient Enemy by hiding in the hotel bathroom. It gets them anyway (although Ordnary has enough time to scrawl a cryptic warning on the mirror). Other characters throughout the book are also found to be missing from locked bathrooms.
