* In ''ComicBook/TalesOfTheJedi'', Nomi becomes the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order following their costly victory in the Sith Wars. She spends the next ten years running here and there across the galaxy to try and rebuild the Jedi, which comes at the cost of her daughter Vima's upbringing. By the time Vima is fourteen, Nomi's hard work has helped the Order recover. Meanwhile, Vima is resentful of constantly having her training put on the back burner, leading her to act out and eventually run off to the ex-Jedi, ex-Sith, Force-blinded Ulic to become a Jedi.
