* ''Franchise/TheElderScrolls'': All of the playable races, and some of the others that exist in lore, have at least ''some'' indication they are sexually compatible with one another (reproductive compatibility has only been shown between the Man and Mer races), though in the case of the Argonians this is mainly limited to euphemistic fiction that may not be accurate, while there is an additional pain factor with male Khajiit (like cats, they have barbs on their penises).

Added DiffLines:

* In Rob Grant's solo ''Literature/RedDwarf'' novel ''Backwards'', The Cat has sex with a human woman (or rather un-has sex with her, since it happens in a universe where time runs backwards) and it's noted that his penis is equipped with hooks to stimulate ovulation.

Added DiffLines:

* In ''VideoGame/StarControl'', it's noted that humans and syreen are closely compatible enough to produce viable offspring. It's implied that the Arilou might have had something to do with this.

** The ''Literature/GaeaTrilogy'' has the Titanides, an alien species of centaurs who are sexually compatible with humans because they were deliberately engineered to be sexually compatible with humans.

** The ''Literature/GaeaTrilogy'' has the Titanides, an alien species of centaurs who are sexually compatible with humans, to the point of humans being able to sire Titanide children with them, because they were deliberately engineered to be sexually compatible with humans.humans. Titanides do have (human scale) genitals at their forelegs and (horse scale) genitals at their back legs and consider 'rear sex' to be casual but 'front sex' to be much more fraught, which makes interspecies relationships a bit trickier.

* A lampshade is hung on this in ''Condomnauts'', a book about institutionalized BoldlyComing. Aliens can be quite far removed from humans, but most of them have quite recognizable genitals, if sometimes more, or larger, or differently placed than their human counterparts.

** G'Kar ([[spoiler:before his [[CharacterDevelopment spiritual transformation]]]] (and after: remember the removable eye on the wedding night]]) is seen as being also a bit of a pervert, being into Human women as well as at least one Centauri female. His species, although looking reptilian, are marsupials, including keeping their young in a pouch. As Na'Toth said in her first appearance, "It is not my place to speculate on how ''anything'' finds its way into your bed..."
*** He also propositions to Lyta, but only in order to re-introduce the telepathic trait into the Narn gene pool, implying that not only is it possible for a human and a Narn to have sex, but that viable offspring may result from it.

* Explicitly averted in ''videogame/HighOnLife''. Tweeg and Lizzie were unable to have sex because of differences in their genitalia. Tweeg says he had no idea what to do.

** The series unexpectedly describes Centauri genitalia quite explicitly and as being mostly (if not entirely, barring near-perverse levels of creativity) incompatible with comparable human anatomy. Although looking like they should be just simple RubberForeheadAliens (they look like sharp-toothed humans with strange hairdos), genetically they have nothing in common with us. To the point they have 6 tentacles (which are their penises) on the male and 6 vaginas on the female's backs. Their equivalent of kissing is penetration with just 1. Oh, and the tentacles are prehensile and Londo gets caught using one to cheat at poker...
