removed a Hilarity Ensues wick

One day a character decides that he's going to set a world record. [[HilarityEnsues Oh, the hijinks]]! Unfortunately, something goes horribly wrong, and he or she does not actually achieve the record. Not to worry, though - in the process of trying for World Record A, the character actually set World Record B, without even trying!
