* ''WebComic/ExterminatusNow'' ends with Morth succeeding in his goal of becoming a DemonOfHumanOrigin. (Well, Mobian Origin, but close enough.) After ascending, Morth tries his best to tear apart the main characters. Morth's inflated ego allows Eastwood to easily outwit him by distracting Morth after he goes OneWingedAngel. Virus changes the sigils on a summoning circle in order to mess up the ritual to summon a Patternari daemon, making it summon a greater daemon of the Hound instead, which proceeds to rip Morth apart offscreen. However, it's mentioned that [[AndIMustScream since Morth ascended, this pain is going to last for a while]]. By relishing in the powers of darkness and black magic, Morth ended up [[MeaninglessVillainVictory getting what he wanted in a way that rendered not only made his victory worthless]], but [[HoistByHisOwnPetard actively caused him far more agony by the forces he sought to control]].

* In the ''{{Franchise/Pokemon}}'' fan-comic ''[[https://fyeahpokemoncreepypasta.tumblr.com/post/167419057107/yamasks-revenge-twitter-patreon-relevant-dex Yamask's Revenge]]'', two archaeologists investigate a temple, but one kills the other so he can claim the sole credit for the discovery. The dead archaeologist comes back to life as a Yamask and eventually evolves into a Cofagrigus. Some time later, the murderer is investigating another temple and notices [[SchmuckBait a trail of gold nuggets, which he follows]], only to be caught by the Cofagrigus, who traps him inside her coffin-shaped body and seals his fate.

* In ''Webcomic/SamAndFuzzy'', this trope is double subverted. Mr. Blank looks like he'll be setting it up when he is dangling from the side of a flying skyscraper and proclaims that [[NiceGuy Sam]] [[SaveTheVillain doesn't have it in him to let him fall]] -- only to be proven wrong when Sam steps aside and lets [[HeroicComedicSociopath Fuzzy]] unceremoniously kick him off. As it turns out, this didn't take and Blank is later seen climbing up the side of the skyscraper -- only to be hit by the corpse of a man he murdered in cold blood earlier on in the arc, lose his footing, and fall off the building to his death together with the corpse.

* In the space arc of ''Webcomic/ArthurKingOfTimeAndSpace'' the False Guenevere's mysterious illness is clone degradation. The karmic bit is that it is exacerbated by the spells she casts to prevent Arthur realising she's not the real Guenevere.

* In ''Webcomic/TheGreatestGift'', Neptune, the father of Venus (Jupiter) and Astra (the ''real'' Venus), was Venus' PredecessorVillain and absolutely ruthless mob boss of Las Haygas. In the end, he ends up short-changing an assassin he hired to kill a rival mob boss, who kills him in revenge.

Aranea Serket kills Jade Harley and Jane Crocker, who are both God Tiers, and both of their deaths are ruled Just; however, since they were being brainwashed by the Condesce into working for her and carrying out her plans, this was a form of CartesianKarma, and we see that at least in Jade's case, Aranea manipul8ed the God Tier clock into ruling her death Just, and so this probably carried over to Jane as well. Aranea herself, however, is the true example, as she is killed via a NeckSnap from the Condesce, then thrown into a fire; due to Aranea's aforementioned killing of Jade and Jane, also killing Jake and mortally wounding Terezi, and dooming an entire timeline, her death, too, is ruled Just.

** This is also one of two ways a player that has reached Godtier can be permanently killed (the other being a HeroicSacrifice), as Vriska finds out. If she'd gone through with her plan to fight Jack Noir, it would have led to the deaths of all the other trolls, and thus, Terezi killing her was ruled a Just death.
