* Semblance: War Cry - she can [[MakeMeWannaShout unleash a destructive scream]]. The more damage her screams do, the more they deplete her Aura. Unfortunately, she can't control the damage and it doesn't discriminate between ally, architecture and adversary - all are damaged. For much less cost to her Aura, she can throw her voice and enhance her echolocation. She's reluctant to use the destructive scream and prefers to use the latter functions.

** Personality: Marina Callandra is a GenkiGirl who enjoys swimming, and can hold her breath for long periods of time. She feels lucky that her Faunus trait isn't visually obvious on land, so she can pass for human. Marina does everything she can to avoid using her Semblance's [[MakeMeWannaShout destructive screaming]] when allies or innocent bystanders are within earshot, reasoning that if she can't stop her scream from damaging her surroundings, she can't stop her scream from sapping her allies' Auras, or worse, deafening or killing anyone who has no Aura or has depleted Aura.

** Biography: After he was nearly killed in the line of duty, Atlesian soldier Stein Veridis was shipped out of one of the kingdom’s finest hospitals to have special cybernetic implants installed by Pietro Polendina that would increase his strength and durability. However, the experiment was a near failure and left Stein a rampaging monster who vowed revenge on Pietro and James Ironwood for turning him into a beast that only the Ace Ops could subdue. Afterward, Stein’s cybernetics were deemed a failure, and he was honorably discharged from service to walk the earth, now a seemingly simple-minded hulk of a man. It wasn’t until Stein was discovered by a kindly group of nomads that he would slowly regain his humanity, at least until they were all wiped out by a pack of Grimm. Angered that his new family was killed so senselessly, Stein took up arms and killed all the Grimm, which caught the attention of Vlad Grey, who recruited Stein into a team he was putting together after recognizing his heroism in the Fall of Beacon.

A charming and polite fellow despite his introverted nature, Vlad began noticing a pattern to some of the recent events surrounding Beacon Academy and some of its students, most notably Team RWBY. However, the experiment was a near failure and left Stein a rampaging monster who vowed revenge on Pietro and James Ironwood for turning him into a beast that only the Ace Ops could subdue. * [[{{Mummy}} Cleo Tanner]] (color scheme: tan, white, and gold)
** Species: Human
** Semblance: Sandstorm (Cleo can create powerful sandstorms from thin air and make all kinds of shapes with them)
** Weapon: Preservation (bandage whips wrapped around her wrists)
** Biography: A recent graduate of Shade Academy who, much like Vlad, was born into a well-off family whose primary source of trade came from frequent Dust exchange with the Schnee family. Compared to most students of Shade, Cleo was a bit more willing to accept help from people from other kingdoms when her family allowed students from [[Literature/RWBYAfterTheFall Beacon]] and [[Literature/RWBYBeforeTheDawn Haven]] to live with them, which caused her to strike up a friendship with Sun Wukong. However, Cleo was also becoming suspicious about how Sun’s friends found themselves at the center of conflict and showed concern for Sun’s wellbeing as he insisted on reuniting with his wayward fellow Faunus Blake Belladonna. Upon discovering the fight between Yang Xiao Long and Mercury Black that would play a role in the Fall of Beacon, Cleo was outraged that Sun would associate with the four girls who caused the event and left home to protect Remnant from RWBY. Eventually, Cleo met Vlad Grey on her travels and readily accepted his invitation into the budding Team VCST [[TheDragon and became his second in command]].
** Voice Actor: Creator/AnnaAkana

* [[WolfMan Taupe Cheney]] (color scheme: taupe and black)

** Weapon: Full Moon (chakrams)
** Biography: An infamous Faunus SerialKiller from Vale, Taupe started her criminal life at a young age when her Semblance activated for the first time, shredding a group of racist humans to bits and consuming their flesh. Her parents were horrified that their daughter would do such a thing, even to humans, and they tried having Taupe receive proper treatment to control her violent tendencies, but they all ended in tragedy. Eventually, Taupe would [[SelfMadeOrphan murder her parents before vanishing from Vale]], becoming known and feared across Sanus as the [[RedBaron Wolf-Claw Killer]]. Taupe became so infamous she even once received an invitation from Adam Taurus to join the White Fang, which she rejected because to her, the only thing humans and Faunus had in common was that they were nothing more than her prey. She would eventually return to Vale after the Fall of Beacon, which provided ample opportunity to master her Semblance by murdering Grimm. Taupe’s crimes would catch the attention of Vlad Grey, who offered to help her [[HuntingTheMostDangerousGame find the greatest prey of all]]: a girl named Ruby Rose.

* Shamrock Hart by GhidorahUltima
** Kingdom association: Atlas.
** Color scheme: Predominantly silver and white, but with a touch of green
** Species: Human
** Semblance: Clues. Shamrock can glean massive amounts of information from a mere glance at what would seem to be minor details. It occasionally even provides him with visions of the past or even the near future, enabling Shamrock to predict his foes' moves before they make them or evade strokes of bad luck. However, it is not infallible and Shamrock has to put the pieces from the clues together himself.
** Weapon: Accusation, a riding-crop which can use Gravity Dust to either enhance its impact power or push foes away. He mostly fights using boxing moves, bringing out Accusation for a finishing blow.
** Description: Having worked with Arthur Watts and Pietro Polendina on Penny, he formed a rivalry with the latter and a friendship with James Ironwood. After Watts faked his death, he and Ironwood became closer than ever. The general gave Shamrock training as a Huntsman, and after the Fall of Beacon, brought Shamrock aboard his council alongside Winter Schnee, Penny Polendina, and the Ace Operatives. He became Ironwood's man in Mantle, working to maintain Atlesian control over the city. After Ironwood's descent into insanity, Shamrock was forced to decide where his loyalties lie.

Baskerville by Thorn11945
*Baskerville is the perfected form of Salem's Hound. It commonly takes the form of its predecessor, but it can transform itself as it please, able to replicate traits from any type of Grimm with little difficulty.
*Baskerville can alter the composition of its body to equip itself with weapons and armor made of white bone plating and its own flesh. It favors a sword and shield, a spear, and a rifle over other weapons.
*When it perceives itself to be in danger, Baskerville will morph its weapons into a broadsword, a heater shield, and a scythe. Perhaps it thinks these armaments will protect it better than the others. Oddly enough, in this state, it will also form a loose membrane which covers its back and head. This cape-like structure appears to have no combat purpose, suggesting that Baskerville simply prefers it this way.
*Baskerville, unlike any other Grimm, has dull grey eyes, appearing close to tarnished silver. Using what seems to be a mockery of the Silver Eyes' power, Baskerville is able to withstand and even counter Silver-Eyed warriors.

So, not fanservice then. The trope is only for fanservice, not for anyone who just happens to wear short shorts.

** Appearance: Dandelion Euxanth is the biggest and [[AmazonianBeauty brawniest]] of the team, standing [[StatuesqueStunner six feet and two inches tall]], with an armspan exactly six feet wide, and weighing two hundred pounds of mostly muscle. She wears her fluffy blond hair in a short bob, [[InvokedTrope making]] it [[AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance look like a lion's mane]]. She [[WhoWearsShortShorts wears short shorts]] and a [[BareYourMidriff shirt that shows off her abs]], as well as the spiked over-the-knee boots that are part of her weaponry. No longer a trope

* Description: Ain is a famed bounty hunter who fights with an unorthodox street fighting style. He has ash-grey hair, wears an all leather outfit that is decorated with elements similar to the American flag, He also wears a pair of weighted FingerlessGloves with metal studs on each knuckle. Not only is his fighting style unorthodox but his combat style in general, as said above his style fighting style is incredibly unrefined, pragmatic and brutal but very effective. Another thing about him is that he also has very low aura, and doesn't seem to have a semblance. But he makes it up with incredible strength that can even knock out the toughest grim, and being incredibly tough enough to tank hits and soldiering on.

* Vermilion Caelum[[note]]translates to 'heaven' in Latin[[/note]] by @/{{GameCinnamon412}}
** Kingdom Association: Huntsman student from Mistral(later moved to Vale to study at Beacon Academy)
** Colour scheme: Vermilion and grey
** Species: Chameleon Faunus (freckle-like markings on the face)
** Semblance:Perpetual Motion. He can redirect up to 75% of the momentum from an impact into himself(to allow for faster movement or powerful blows: with enough power, Vermilion can even run as fast as a speed Semblance user or glide along air currents) or the environment (as a shock absorber or unorthodox projectile attack). However, his body has a limit to the amount of momentum it can redirect, meaning someone with enough speed or brute force can overpower this ability.
** Weapons: Duty and Morality, a pair of durable vermilion coloured metal tonfas housing double-edged blades on the end perpendicular to the handle that can extend up to 4 feet in length. There is a small socket on Morality that allows Duty to be inserted into it to be used as a greatsword or dancer's sword a la Grøh from VideoGame/SoulCaliburVI . For emergencies, the tonfa includes a small gun mounted just to the side of where the blades extend which can use 9 2.5mm bullets or up to 6 Dust cartridges housed within the handle.
** Description: With a human father and Faunus mother who were both middle-class, Vermilion was taught about the value of kindness and hard work from an early age. When not reading or training, he liked to go out and explore Mistral, although his introverted nature meant he rarely interacted with anyone beyond family and the few friends he could muster up the courage to talk to. Due to his upbringing, Vermilion has a fondness for literature and music, although he is no slouch with technology. Since he could walk, Vermilion has always wanted to help others and create a world of equality and peace where all races are equal. So he set his sights on becoming a Huntsman and, due to his exceptional test results and physical conditioning, was accepted into Beacon Academy at 16. A fair skinned, 5 foot tall person with vermilion hair, his outfit consists of a short [[InTheHood hooded]] blue coat (meant to evoke the look of a musketeer) which tapers to two prongs at the back, leather spaulders (for freedom of movement and to reduce weight), a grey sash with a leather belt over the top (with holsters for Duty and Morality) and simple breeches with leather boots and kneepads. Every item of clothing has Dust sewn into it by Vermilion himself to allow him to change its colour at will, allowing him (when combining this with his natural abilities) to [[StealthHiBye simply vanish into crowds]] or blend into the environment almost seamlessly. Since arriving at Beacon, Vermilion has taken precautions to try to pass off as a human to avoid unnecessary conflict among his peers, although only a select few know about his Faunus heritage. Vermilion's fighting style combines elements of the LightningBruiser and the CombatPragmatist to create a graceful yet unpredictable fighting style where most opponents struggle to guess what his next move will be. The reduced amount of nerve endings in his body resulting from a rare birth defect dull some of the pain he feels from impacts, allowing him to push his body to its limits for greater potential. Although he tends to work alone he is a great team player when you need him. Due to the years of training spent learning to control his emotions(and by extension, his colour-changing abilities), Vermilion is a patient listener able to defuse conflicts with a few well-placed words, although he has a tendency to be a DeadpanSnarker in tense situations. Despite his shyness hindering his ability to make friends (and is the main reason he wears his hood up nearly all the time), he has UndyingLoyalty to his friends and family, and woe betide you if you [[BerserkButton hurt an innocent person, threaten/harm his friends or abuse your authority]], because he will [[GoodIsNotSoft make you regret it]]. As a part of his desire to ensure peace, Vermilion always uses [[MartialPacifist non-lethal force unless in dire circumstances]].

** Weapon: Falchion Lyric, a broadsword that doubles as a shotgun. It can use a variety of different types dust for different effects.
** Ashamed of his faunus heritage, Verse vowed to forever hide his wings. After watching his sister die, he set out from Mandala Village to attend the elite Beacon Academy. He realized that he could summon anything into being, just by writing them by name with his quill pen. He soon net Orion, who would be one of the only people he would ever trust with his secret. Unfortunately, his secret couldn't last forever. In a tournament match, he was badly injured by a finishing blow that broke one of his wings, revealing them to the audience. After several months of hospitalization and healing, he had finally been able to rejoin his team in the fight against the Grimm. Now, Verse is not ashamed of his wings, and is in fact proud of them. Since he was injured on a live broadcast, he has gained some notoriety as a spokesperson for the Faunus. Despite this newfound fame, Verse has decided to focus on fighting to defend Remnant as a huntsman.

** Weapon: Day's End, an extended double-bladed axe that doubles as a minigun. It can be rearranged to dual wield hatchets.
** Orion was born into nothing between the kingdoms. He didn't have a good father, so he ran away. While he was on his own, he ran into a Huntsman named Mars who became a father figure to him. After his death, Orion picked up Mars's weapon to fight in his name. Having to fight for his life every day has toughened him to the point where he was invited to attend Beacon Academy. There, he met Verse, who would quickly become one of his only friends while others teased him for his lack of formal combat training. His life would change forever when Team VOLN was attacked by Ursae. During the battle, Orion managed to save Noir's life, and they had a moment to look into each other's eyes. Now they share a love too powerful for words.

** After watching her brother killed by the Grimm at an early age, Lyla swore to avenge his death by becoming a huntress. She would spend the next four years training at Signal before finally being accepted into Beacon. Once she was at Beacon, Lyla quickly formed bonds with her new teammates thanks to her Semblance. Now, any time a member of Team VOLN needs emotional support, she will gladly be there.
