* Nosaka and Nishikage are always seen together and have quite a bit of this, from Nosaka buying ice cream for both and giving Nishikage a bigger one, to Nishikage saying with a smile on his face how happy he is that he met Nosaka, who changed his life for the better, and Nishikage becomes angry when he finds out Nosaka told Anna and not him about his brain tumour.
** At the beginning of episode 16 of ''Orion'', Nishikage becomes jealous when he sees Nosaka and [[spoiler:Ichihoshi]] getting along so well.
** In episode 20 of Orion no Kokuin. Ichihoshi impressed Nishikage by remembering his favorite food. Nishikage seems to grow a little fond of him.
* In ''Orion no Kokuin'', there is the new pairing of Nosaka Yuma and Ichihoshi Hikaru.

** After the Ichihoshi ordeal, these two are more often seen together side by side. The Nosaka/Ichihoshi pair gets their own combo license with the title “Tactics Masters”. They have a combination hissatsu tactic “The General” and according to newest information from Inazuma AC, they will get a new hissatsu shoot together called “Blizzartornado”. It looks like the Orion version of Cross Fire and Fire Blizzard.
** WordOfGod even refers to Nosaka and Ichihoshi as “Reinhard and Kircheis” from Literature/LegendOfTheGalacticHeroes. And those two are something of an item in that franchise...
* Of all hissatsu wazas seen so far, Flash Dance involves two boys dancing with each other slowly. Goujin getting angry at Hiyori for stealing his dance is the same as [[CrazyJealousGuy getting angry for stealing his boyfriend]].

* Fudou and Kidou enter this realm shortly after Fudou's [[spoiler:HeelFaceTurn]]. Especially after Kageyama's [[spoiler:death]] when -- in the videogames -- Kidou gets a CryCute moment and Fudou seems to be comforting him.
