* Irma is quickly attached to Will, giving her a playful wink when Will reads the fortune "You will make a new best friend" in "It Begins" and openly declaring that she likes Will and thinks she's sweet during the rescue effort in "It Resumes".
* In "It Resumes", when the other Guardians find and rescue Will, Will's first words after flying out of the pit are "You came for me; you really are my friends." Cornelia, who still hasn't undergone her CharacterDevelopment, responds "Well, of course, Silly."; even at that point, Will was hers and she protects her own.
* Susan Vandom kissing her (pretending) SleepCute daughter's head after she ran away in "Ghosts of Elyon".
* Cornelia and Will reconciling, with the former calling Will "one of her [Cornelia's] girls" in "The Mudslugs".
* Cornelia secretly sneaking off to Meridian with the Heart of Kandrakar and infiltrating the castle disguised as a maid to see Elyon and reassuring her she's still her best friend and despite Elyon imprisoning her in a magical bubble and sending her to Phobos, Cornelia was still concerned by Elyon's wellbeing when Phobos magically puts her to sleep with sleeping sand and ran to her room to wake her up in "The Mogriffs".
** Also when Caleb found Cornelia in Elyon's room, he bowed to the latter, stating the rebels are to serve her which makes her smile and to start doubting her brother slightly.
* Caleb reuniting with his [[{{DisappearedDad}} father]] in the first season episode "The Underwater Mines".
--> '''Caleb''': Welcome back to the rebellion, Dad.
* This moment from episode 24 "The Rebel Rescue", when Caleb thinks Blunk is dead or captured.
--> '''Caleb''': (''grabs one of Phobos' guards'') Where is he?! What did you do to my friend?!
--> '''Blunk''': (''pops up seemingly out of nowhere'') Caleb call Blunk friend!
** From the same episode, the Guardians take Tynar, a castle guard who was injured while trying to capture Caleb and Blunk, and nurse him back to health. This act of kindness results in Tynar pulling a HeelFaceTurn and siding with the rebellion against Phobos.
* In the second music opening of the series, Cornelia sees a saddened Lillian. Who is sad that the flower sitting on the windowsill is wilting. Without a word, Cornelia magically helps the flower grow strong and healthy once more. Lillian immediately brightens up.
* At the very beginning of the second season, the Oracle sees that the Guardians are in danger, and gives Blunk a mystical artifact that can cross realities so he can go help them. Blunk has never been given a gift before, and now he's given one by the most powerful man in the multiverse. He's so touched he cries (and wipes his nose with the Oracle's robe).
* Another touching ''WesternAnimation/{{WITCH}}'' moment appears in the episode "E is for Enemy". Will's mom, dismayed with her daughter's slipping grades, has decided to move Will and herself back to Fadden Hills, away from her four best friends. The girls use this as an excuse to have a sleepover, which helps them defeat Nerissa, who had been intruding dangerously into the girls' dreams. Their victory celebration, however, wakes up Will's mother, causing her to charge into the room. She prepares to give Will a scolding when Taranee pleads with her not to move Will away. Will's mom dismisses the girls' pleas, saying that her decision is a "family matter". Hay Lin immediately chimes in with "we are Will's family!" and the four girls form a circle around Will, hugging her tightly. Her friends promise to help her with her studies, and Will gives a passionate speech about how much she cares about her friends and how moving back to Fadden Hills isn't the answer. Will's mother decides to let Will stay in Heatherfield, and the girls happily hug again.
* Another sweet moment occurs when Cornelia finds out Caleb is alive at the end of "F is for Facades" and promptly [[TheGlomp glomps him.]]
* Will, near the end of "H is for Hunted".
--> '''Will''': I always wanted a sister.
** Turns into a TearJerker moment seconds later.
* In the second season episode "L is for Loser", even after Mr. Huggles is transformed into an EmotionEater that feeds off anger by Nerissa. He is still loyal to Matt, not her. Which surprises Nerissa greatly.
** Also from "L is for Loser":
--> "You'll ''never'' be a loser."
* In the second-season episode "S is for Self", Will finally reunites with Matt, who has been possessed by the demon Shagon for several episodes. Once Matt breaks free of the demon's control with Will's help, the two share a tender kiss atop the roof of a building. Matt then re-unites with the members of his garage band.
-->'''Nigel''': Matt! Sweet! Where you been?
-->'''Matt''': Finding my will to rock. Speaking of which, we're doing... "The Will To Love".
-->'''Nigel''': But we didn't rehearse it...
-->'''Matt''': Trust me. We'll nail it.
** Matt then proceeds to do just that, singing a heartfelt rendition of the song as Will, the girl he wrote it for, watches from the front row with TearsOfJoy streaking down her face.
* The episode right after it, "T is for Trauma", features [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gOKtFTboXQ a heartwarming moment]] between Hay Lin and her boyfriend Eric. Hay Lin gets a new pair of braces, contributing to her HeroicBSOD later on in the episode after she is led by Nerissa to believe that own boyfriend has rejected her because of them (in addition to believing that her grandmother has [[FaceHeelTurn turned to the side of evil]]). When Eric is released from Nerissa's spell...
-->'''Eric''': Hey, you! When did you get braces?
-->'''Hay Lin''': I know, they're... kinda ugly? *covers up her mouth*
-->'''Eric''': How could anything look ugly on you? Besides, they're only temporary. *adorably* And they're so SHINY!
-->'''Hay Lin''': *{{squee}}s audibly, then [[TheGlomp glomps]] Eric and kisses him, lightly kicking her legs for a moment*
* Similar to Hay Lin's experience, a tender moment is also shared between Taranee and Nigel at the end of "K is for Knowledge":
-->'''Nigel:''' Sorry I got you into trouble again. Your mum sounded pretty mad.
-->'''Taranee:''' That's her problem. I'm sick of always being the good girl, the smart one, the ''perfect child''.
-->'''Nigel:''' I don't know. The sweet thing is, that's kinda what I like about you. ''*returns Taranee's glasses*'' Glasses and all. ''*kiss*''
-->'''Taranee:''' ''[[CrushBlush *blushes* ]]'' ...Sweet!
* After watching "O is for Obedience", Nerissa trapping Caleb in a lightning cage during the showdown in "K is for Knowledge" becomes this (in a really weird way): since Caleb is her son, she is deliberately trying to keep him out of harm's way.
** Her protectiveness of him in "Y is for Yield" counts as well. Concern of his safety is the only way the others can convince her to work together to get a message to the Guardians.
* In the end of "U is for Undivided" when Cornelia ends her bedtime story for Lillian and kisses her goodnight.
** Despite Lilian annoying her a lot and being forced to babysit her in the same episode, Cornelia WILL NOT allow Nerissa to lay a finger on her to gain Lillian's powers.

* When Taranee found out she was adopted she was at first upset, especially at how abrupt the reveal was (she had found that a friend from her former hometown had baby child pictures identical to hers, and Theresa had to explain her which one was adopted and who borrowed the other family's pictures). After having some time to think thing through (and discovering her biological parents had given her up when a fire caused by Dark Mother trying to kill her early via ''meteor strike'' destroyed their home), Taranee goes home, Theresa reveals she made sure to keep tabs on her biological parents in case she wanted to meet them... Ana Tara grabs the papers and throws them in the fire, because, for all their conflict, Theresa Cook is her real mother and Lionel her real father.

* Irma is quickly attached to Will, giving her a playful wink when Will reads the fortune "You will make a new best friend" in "It Begins" and openly declaring that she likes Will and thinks she's sweet.

* At the beginning of the story, while not as much of a jerk as she was in the cartoon, Cornelia and Will are a little at odds (especially when Taranee is captured in Meridian), yet in issue #6, they make amends and Cornelia says there's a reason for the Heart to have chosen Will and she can see that now.
* Cornelia's decision to go to Meridian to see Elyon. Despite her friends pointing out this is a bad idea, she still goes by herself hoping to somehow talk to Elyon. Best friends indeed.
** Likewise, when they meet, Elyon admits she was wrong in following Cedric and that she doesn't know what to do or even who she is now. It's the first time we see that having her world turned around like that left Elyon vulnerable to manipulation and that she is still a kind girl. Cornelia's immediate response is to soothe her friend and promise they will find a solution.
* The reaction of Meridian's people when Caleb reveals Elyon. They didn't know the Queen was back and they happily gather around her promising to be at her side (one old lady says she carried Elyon when she was a baby). Elyon had just told Cornelia she didn't think Meridian wanted her at all and she now sees that her people do love her.
