* "Artifacts": Bruce, Barbara and Dick's relationship when Dick and Barbara are adults. Unlike in the [[WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries other]] [[WesternAnimation/BatmanBeyond timelines]], it's obvious they never became estranged and Bruce never had any sort of relationship with Barbara; Oracle and Batman still call him "Robin," even though he's been Nightwing for a decade, and Dick affectionately calls Bruce "old man" as they fight Mr. Freeze. It's Bruce's way of saying, "You may be all grown now, but you'll always be my son."

* Joker and Harley's relationship, compared to other versions. Usually, Joker is abusive toward Harley ([[AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther though there have been a few times that imply he does return her feelings]]) but in this version it's clearly more mutual. He even stole a diamond that was roughly the size of a ''softball'' for her for Valentine's Day. And even when it does look like they're veering towards the typical Joker/Harley relationship dynamic, it only lasts a few seconds, and he never lays a finger on her.

* In the episode "A Dark Knight to Remember" Bruce gets a hit to the head during a fight with Penguin. Unfortunately Bruce gets a bad case of memory loss, and forgets he's Batman. After getting attacked a dozen times, thoroughly confused by the way everyone has been treating him, and finally putting on the cowl without having a ''clue'' about being Batman, seeing Barbara/Batgirl in trouble is enough to get him back in the field.

* Batman wins the final battle in "Everywhere Man" by getting the villainous clones to turn on each other by pointing out how at least some of them are going to be deleted after [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness outliving their usefulness.]] Amid the fighting, there are a few oddly touching moments of loyalty by some of the clones, such as several trying to protect their leader and one saying if just one of them survives, then they all do.
* Catwoman gets several moments.
** In her debut, when she has a chance to unmask an unconscious Batman, she just takes his utility belt.
** In "Ragdolls to Riches," she saves Batman's life when his cape becomes caught in clock gears.
** At the end of "Ragdolls to Riches," she donates the money from the emeralds to a pet shelter.
** In "Rumors," she's the only one of the freed villains not to try and kill their former captor, and before leaving, coyly tells Batman that she still thinks he's doing an effective job as Gotham's crimefighter.

And on the rare occasions when Bruce ''does'' consider giving up the cowl, Alfred actually encourages him to keep going, because he knows how dedicated Bruce is to crimefighting.
