* On a meta-level, an interview with Tadashi's voice actor has him reveal that if the show ever needs him to voice-act more of Tadashi, he's more than happy to lend his talent.
* Baymax taking a moment to give a little girl who is dressed as his hero self a lollipop. D'aww.

** It takes a double heartwarming meaning when you see Mr. Frederickson's portrait: it's his first {{cameo}} since Season 3 started, where Creator/StanLee passed away while it was still in production and couldn't record any lines before his death. Seeing how the series doesn't forget his character or legacy is very touching.

* Low-battery Noodle Burger Boy acting like a SentimentalDrunk, telling his sisters to hold back their attacks on Big Hero 6 and getting them in a family hug. Even [[GrumpyBear Hangry Panda]], who HatesBeingTouched, can't help but eventually melt into the hug.

* Hiro's hug with Baymax [[spoiler: after he rebuilds him becomes even sweeter when you know how much time and effort he put into restoring him, along with risking his life to get the new body back.]]

* After spending the episode worrying about the opinions of [[RichBitch Binky]], Fred's mother [[spoiler: firmly establishes herself as an [[UnclePennybags Aunt Pennybags]] and [[GoodParents good parent]] by declaring that earning Binky's favor is overrated, happily enjoying the second Bro-Tillion at the humble Lucky Cat Cafe, and outright saying [[SoProudofYou how proud she is of Fred!]]]]
* Fred waltzing with his mother [[spoiler:in the Lucky Cat Cafe.]]

** Fridge Heartwarming: One upgrade given is the ability for his car to operate underwater. Never again will he lose it to the bay! [[spoiler:Unless it falls into the bay outside of underwater mode...]]

* Although it's mitigated by [[spoiler: the context that it's an illusion and a trick, the interaction between Hiro and the Tadashi illusion was nice while it lasted. For an instant, one wants to believe that in the least, Tadashi's spirit manifested for Halloween just to talk with his brother. The conversation even feels as though the two brothers are picking up where they left off.]]
** Afterwards, when all is said and done, [[spoiler: Hiro tells his friends about what happened, and is saddened by how it was just an illusion. What more can you expect; his friends comfort him and express how low it was for [[YankTheDogsChain Obake to manipulate Hiro emotionally like that]].]]

* Baymax discovering that Obake [[spoiler:is suffering from a brain injury that essentially lobotomized his sense of morality, suggesting that his evil may be involuntary as opposed to self-imposed]], and he offers to get him help if he stands down.

* When Wasabi, standing on top of a school bus with elementary students, awaits for the outcome of [[spoiler:Hiro and Fred's stopping the catastrophe]], a little girl holds his hand. The scene is quite adorable.

* The episode was made InMemoriam of Creator/Stan Lee, and what better way to do so than with having his character defeat two long time super villan rivals, all without missing a trick.

* It's revealed that the reason that Momokase blackmailed Hiro was to get his help in order to steal swords from Yama. Said swords are [[TragicKeepsake tragic keepsakes]] from her father, who gave them up to protect his family from danger, and Momokase sought them out because they were all that she has to remember them from. Hiro [[NotSoDifferent admits he can relate.]]

* Noodle Burger Boy understanding how Baymax looks out for his family [[NotSoDifferent just like him]] and [[PetTheDog gives his power to Baymax and Mini-Max so they can defeat Steamer and save both their families]].

* The entire ending. Hiro and Karmi {{almost kiss}}... until Karmi stops "Captain Cutie", basically confessing that she's in love with someone else "who doesn't know"... that someone being Hiro's ''real identity''. Behind his armor, Hiro gets giddily flustered. Their interactions are too adorable [[ShipperOnDeck (and fuel for the Karmiro shippers).]]

* The episode was made InMemoriam of [[Creator/Stan Lee]], and what better way to do so than with having him defeat two long time super villan rivals without missing a trick.
