* How is it that humans evolved on Counter-Earth to be ''exactly'' like the humans of Earth, with the same clothing, more or less the same cities (at least before the High-Evolutionary's takeover), the same languages and cultures and jobs and architecture, and the same pastimes (like baseball)? The High-Evolutionary claims to have come from Earth, but is revealed to be lying and to be a native denizen of Counter-Earth, so... how?

*** My point was that makes Peter's civilian identity an "accessory" ''at best'', especially if Peter was going under his own free will.

** Even though there are several changes that keep it from being fully in continuity with ''WesternAnimation/SpiderManTheAnimatedSeries'', Spidey's been around by this point long enough that he doesn't find stuff like that weird.

* Did Peter not consider the legal ramifications form himself regarding the ''Solaris II'' theft? Putting aside the fact that Spider-Man was already considered a menace, he publicly dragged his civilian identity along for the ride during the heist. Pre 9-11 or not, stealing government property is sure to get Peter himself and quite possibly MJ on the feds' shit list.
** Everyone blames him for Jameson being gone in the first place, so its not like his reputation could get any worse. He's also probably hoping that bringing Jameson back safe and sound will make up for 'borrowing' the ship. As for Peter, he made sure to make it sound like Peter went of his own volition, so no problems there.

** Kinda-sorta. It's got broad strokes to connect it and how Eddie Brock got the symbiote is nearly identical to TAS, but there are several continuity problems that come up if you try to connect the two shows. To further confuse things, while they are listed as taking place in separate universes in the official databooks, Dan Slott and Nick Lowe consider Unlimited to be a sequel to TAS, and featured the former setting in Spider-Verse.

* In this show, Peter tries to keep that he's on Counter-Earth a secret from John Jameson, saying that he may figure out he's Spider-Man... I kinda fail to see how this is a huge issue. John would probably be willing to keep it a secret so Peter could better aid the resistance. Also, Peter could have just easily done what he did on Earth in the first episode and said he tagged along to help tell the story of what happened to John and Spider-Man on Counter-Earth.
