* In Zelda's Adventure, Ganon summons a BossRush at the end. Malmord, however, takes only one hit before dispersing into enemies that all drop hearts when defeated. Perhaps, she had seen Zelda's destiny was to defeat Ganon - and thus, intentionally vanished to help her fulfill said destiny.

* The King sentences a traitor to scrub all the floors in Hyrule. Seems like a dumb punishment for treason, then consider he said '''"Hyrule"''' not Hyrule Castle. Meaning the traitor may have to clean ''every floor in every building in Hyrule.'' It ain't prison, but it certainly seems on that level.

* Those metallic, robot-like soldiers with the spears that appear in several levels? One cutscene shows that they're ordinary (possibly innocent) people being transformed into enemies, likely against their will, and [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwashed]] into killing Link. Or perhaps [[AndIMustScream they're mentally aware of what they're being forced to do, but helpless to stop themselves]]. Keep in mind, these are just run-of-the-mill baddies that as Link and Zelda you're killing off on a regular basis.

* Multiple enemies [[WasOnceAMan were once people]], as depicted by Harlequin and Lupay's scenes in ''Faces of Evil''. A woman tells Link that her husband is an abominom now - meaning Link and Zelda were probably killing innocent people who were brainwashed.

* Why did Link get imprisoned in the mirror? He didn't have the COURAGE to face Ganon by himself! Because Harkinian took the TRIFORCE OF COURAGE.
* The TRIFORCE OF WISDOM said the King would safely return. Nothing was said about "when" or "with whom".

* Why are the citizens of Gamelon so rude to Zelda sometimes and they don't make any discounts for her, even though she is a princess? Because Gamelon's Duke, Onkled, is not an ally to the royal family.

* Gibdo is defeated by a Magic Shroud because the dead are traditionally wrapped in a shroud in several cultures to keep their bodies safe from the elements until their burial. Gibdo, being a mummy who has already freed himself from his gauze, is thus forced to accept that he is dead and has no business in the world of the living.
