** It could also just be for the sake of a gag and they don’t actually have prosthetics but that would just imply the girls mutilated themselves.

** It also raises into question how many of Lumpus' exploits and supposed history like in "Battle of Pimpleback Mountain" were even truthful. There's also the episode where Lazlo tries to prank Lumpus by putting his own photo on the moose's family tree.. which ''works'' and leads him to believe Lazlo is his father, making one wonder if the tree just made up and Lumpus is crazy enough to have something of a psychosis. From never earning the Handy Helper badge, which implies he ''did'' get the rest through some means or another (if they didn't come with the identity theft), to the fact that Lumpus' parents never actually visit, the entire series retroactively makes him an UnreliableNarrator when it comes to anything he says.

* "Call Me Almondine" reveals that several of the Squirrel Scouts had prosthetics to replace missing body parts and various deformities that they hid with makeup and wigs. Just what happened to these girls?

* The discrimination between Squirrel Scouts and Bean Scouts initially has some girls versus boys element to it -- until you realize that Ms. Mucus is absolutely respectful to Commander Hoo-Ha. The ''kids'' drew their line in the sand and Jane Doe never actually cares for it, which means Mucus is just straight up assaulting any Bean Scout that gets in her way solely because she hates Bean Scouts on a personal bias. Probably another good sign that the camp authorities simply don't care about these kids getting harmed and hire anyone with the right badges.

* In ''Boxing Edward'', after finding out that Dave sends letters to his grandma (and needing the stamps anyway to mail himself out of camp), Edward tricks him into giving him all his stamps by going into this sob story about how Dave's grandma's eyesight is probably not what it used to be and she probably won't be able to read his letters anyway. Dave then declares he'll never send letters to his grandma again. That's gonna have some dire consequences.

* ''Dead Bean Drop'' shows that Slinkman and Lumpus have been around for a good number of years at Camp Kidney, with the implication that this could be upwards to twenty or even thirty years if you consider the period style of Super Slug and the afro-like hairdo Lumpus used to have. Then GrandFinale happens and Lumpus stole the scoutmaster role and job the entire time. Either it's NegativeContinuity and the finale was written independently of any past episodes, or Lumpus really has been around that long.. and that leaves the implication that he has continuously come back to Camp Kidney under false pretenses for potentially ''decades'', only being caught by his latest victim of identity theft at last for it.

** Even worse is the idea that an unhinged, cruel crook of a man was in charge of supervising children in ways that tried to bully and even outright abuse for an entire summer, and no one knew. Slinkman presumably never bothered to check the credentials and has been with Lumpus for years without realizing anything was wrong. Jane Doe started a relationship with a man that has been defined as legally insane. The big Commander Hoo-Ha that is a bit of a militaristic bully himself never noticed and probably didn't ''care'' so long as Lumpus didn't screw up the job and get them in legal trouble. Camp Kidney might as well be every adult's worst nightmare of a camp for their children.

* In "Beans and Pranks" after Lumpus wakes up and thinks the Jelly Bean scouts have made his face ugly with a prank he goes furious into the cafeteria. He complains about his face and most of the scouts clearly express their fear of Lumpus' face, but then it turns out his face was alright. So why would the scouts be afraid? Simple, Lumpus was angry and him frowning did make his face look scary.
