''Somewhere'' is a 2010 drama, writer and director Creator/SofiaCoppola's fourth feature film, starring Creator/ElleFanning and Stephen Dorff. The film examines similar themes of success and isolation as Coppola's previous works, particularly ''Film/LostInTranslation''. Once again, the protagonist is a celebrity suffering from ennui. [[RichIdiotWithNoDayJob Johnny Marco]] finds himself forced to spend time with his estranged daughter during an Italy tour, and though the two bond, this isn't enough to keep from experiencing an existential crisis.

* {{Manchild}}: [[PlayedForDrama]]. Johnny is a grown man in his forties who gets drunk, pops pills, parties and orders strippers day in and day out. He does seem to be maturing out of this by the movie's end, though: he makes pasta rather than ordering room service like he usually does, moves out of the Chateau Marmont, and leaves his flashy Ferrari by the side of the highway.
