* DepthOfField: The director wanted to permeate the film with realistic visuals to contrast with the SciFi shenanigans going on in the plot and to further add to the dystopian grittiness. For that purpose, the film was shot with a very large depth of field in outdoor sets so the sky and the mountains stood sharply along with the characters.
