** In Chapter 3, part 5, has [[spoiler:two victims]] just like the chapter 3 cases of both Dangan Ronpa games but with a twist: [[spoiler: Souda survived despite being attacked]] not unlike what happened to Leon, [[spoiler: before he killed his attacker instead]], and Hifumi, [[spoiler:only without dying from his injuries soon after being discovered by his friends or faking said injuries in the first place]].

So how "villainous" they are seen depends on how much [[spoiler: one blames pre-despair Mikan for her own SHSL Despair actions in either case]] since the situations are the same.
* ADayInTheLimelight: The bonus chapter 'Ibuki's Greatest Ambition' gives her perspective on the events of the first two chapters, particularly focusing on her pursuit of Togami.
