* BrainComputerInterface: The Equestria System uses one à la ''Franchise/TheMatrix''. Pinkie Pie latter develops the omni-hoof, a version of the omni-tool that uses this to work around their lack of fingers. It's noted to be the first successful omni-tool to use such, but is currently only viable for Equestrians since their physiology has had millennia of of alteration for ease of such.

This or these examples of Surprisingly Realistic Outcome seem to violate at least one of these rules, which disqualifies them: No character reactions (characters get angry, don't forgive, don't change their personality instantly, etc.); Too fantastical (depends on the properties of magic, powers, sci-fi tech, monsters, etc.); Not surprising (a character was warned about the outcome, it's used to provide Karma or An Aesop, or it simply follows normal conventions for this genre or medium); Plot happens (the example only describes an event, but not why audiences would expect a different, unrealistic outcome); Not an outcome (a character just explains why something wouldn't work as expected); More of a Deconstruction (the event has major, lasting effects on the plot, make something more realistic, but not completely realistic, or a parody/fanwork applies realistic consequences to the events of a different work); or fits better under a different trope. See the trope's definition for more details. If you believe a removal was a mistake, please bring it up in the cleanup thread.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: The equestrians face this a lot, starting with their [[FingerlessHands seeming incompatibility with most equipment]] and liabilities from employing an EndangeredSpecies deterring their attempts to find jobs.
** Applejack learns that [[spoiler:kidnapping someone, even with good intentions, ''won't'' be easily forgiven just because you apologize. She faces decades of jail time she only avoids via legal trickery and loses a lot of good will over the scandal]].
** Rainbow Dash charging into [[spoiler:a squad of enemies gets her beaten and shot because such recklessness won't work in the real world when the odds are against you like that]].
** Twilight tries telekinetically wielding a pistol, she ''[[ATeamFiring misses every shot]]'' since she has no training to aim or deal with recoil, she can't even figure out how to reload it by the time she decides it's [[AwesomeButImpractical not worth it]].

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

* TwoScenesOneDialogue: Happens when Princess Luna is [[InfoDump explaining]] to Shepard various facts and details relevant to Equestria and the history of the Equines. At the same time, the members of his crew inside the Lunar Base in orbit are receiving similar information from a [[VideoWills recording]] made by the long-dead Doctor Hour Glass. [[UpToEleven Twilight is also getting the same information via direct neural download straight from the Archive.]]

No longer applies, moved to Trivia.

Unfortunately, in September 2017, the series was officially cancelled after ''Shades of Twilight'' posted its final chapter (its first update in more than 2 years), citing the author's departure from the fandom... for a while.

[[UnCanceled And now it's back]].
