Starting in 2015 Warner Brothers tasked Turbine with the creation of the very short lived VideoGame/InfiniteCrisis MOBA, a game that did not even last a full year in service after release. After Infinite Crisis, Warner Brothers refocused the studio on mobile game development, creating IP [[{{UsefulNotes/Shovelware}} cash grabs]] ''Batman: Arkham Underworld'' and ''Game of Thrones: Conquest.''

After the retooling of the studio to be more or less fully devoted to mobile shovelware the existing developers and the MMORPG products left to form Standing Stone Games in 2017. Notably missing from this exodus was [[ScrewedByTheNetwork Asheron's Call]], which was shut down instead of going with Standing Stone Games and the IP promptly buried in Warner Brother's vault, never to be seen again.

In 2018, Turbine was renamed to WB Games Boston. They have not created any games since Game of Thrones: Conquest.
