Bonnie Wright is a British actress born February 17, 1991, best known for playing Ginny Weasley in the ''Film/HarryPotter'' movies. Wright auditioned for the role of Ginny Weasley because her brother said she reminded him of the character. In the first four films, her role was minor, but come ''Order of the Phoenix'', she was one of six to participate in the battle at the Ministry of Magic, and she and Harry hooked up in ''Half-Blood Prince'', increasing Wright's importance in the ''Harry Potter'' cast.
