Bruce does mention possibly having inherited a gene that allowed him to survive lethal levels of radiation, but he's still powered by gamma energy. About the closest thing to this trope is an offhand mention of ComicBook/CaptainAmerica's SuperSerum altering his DNA, but that might just be a case of LamarckWasRight.
