* PowerUpLetdown: Going from the Ikv 65 to this is a very rough and stats on the garage screen fail to provide the full truth. Despite sharing the 9 cm Bofors L/53 (the 65's top gun and the 90's starting gun), the Ikv 90 loses all DPM improvements to its abysmal accuracy stats. As discussed above, the 90 Typ B also has worse ground resistance stats, giving it a slower effective speed than the 65 Alt II and can only beat its soft terrain speed by 3 km/h with Additional Grousers equipment, ties it on soft ground, and still loses by 1 km/h on hard ground. While the 9 cm kan m/F module solves the firepower issues, the rest of its issues involve having to choose equipment to either improve its concealment, mobility, or vision.

* ArmorIsUseless: With only 15/12/12 Front/Sides/Rear armor. its subject to the overmatch "three calibers" rule from all AP/APCR shells at Tier 7 and most of Tier 6, and tier 5 as well. HE will deal full damage most of the time.
* MuckingInTheMud: Despite weighing in at around a relatively light 13 to 14 tons with its top configuration plus equipment with a maximum capacity of 16 tons, its track system has absolutely awful ground resistance on ''all terrain'', even hard pavement. It has no chance of reaching its stated top speed of 65 km/h except going downhill and normally tops out at 50 km/h on flat hard terrain, 43 km/h on medium terrain and 26 km/h on soft ground. Additional Grousers end up improving its effective top speed more than a standard Turbocharger.
