The son of the [[Series/UltramanAce Father]] and Mother of Ultra, Ultraman Taro is the sixth and youngest of the iconic Ultra Brothers ([[Series/{{Ultraman}} Zoffy, Ultraman]], Series/{{Ultraseven}}, [[Series/ReturnOfUltraman Ultraman Jack]], and Series/UltramanAce) who has trained as a warrior since he was just a boy. He merged with a young man named Kotaro, who was revived by the Ultra Brothers when he was killed trying to battle Astromons. Ultraman Taro has gone on to become one of the most important Ultra heroes in the franchise, as he trains newer heroes in the Land of Light, has appeared as a major character in other series, and even had his own movie.

The film's BigBad. Juda is a malevolent devil-like being originally defeated 50 thousand years ago by the Father of Ultra. He seeks to destroy the Ultra Brothers, resurrecting many of their old foes to do the trick and unleashes the mighty Grand King. However, little does he expect that one young Ultra by the name of Taro is rising his way to the top.
