Empera's most powerful and reliable troops, the Dark Four Heavenly Kings are a cunning and deadly group that appears in the last arc of the series as the prelude to Empera's return and try to make sure Earth is ready for Empera to take over.

* BackFromTheDead: In ''Ghost Reverse'' they return to life thanks to an anomaly in the Monster Graveyard and plot to resurrect Empera using "Ghost Rebirth/Mechazam", a robotic being that would house Empera's soul, wield the Giga Battle Nizer and have none of Empera's weaknesses.
* CoDragons: Technically act as equals in their positions as Empera's top underlings, but some like Mefilas and Yapool often tend to stand above due to their intelligence and loyalty.
* DwindlingParty: They slowly lose members as Mebius defeats them in their focus episodes, with Mefilas being the only one to avoid that fate... [[spoiler:Only to be brutally executed by Empera for his failure.]]

He and his monster were resurrected by an alliance of evil aliens, and he escaped to his home dimension, where he would later resurrect some older Choju and team up with the rest of the 4 Heavenly Kings. He was the first of them to try and defeat Mebius by using more Choju and trapping the hero in his home dimension, attempting to break the hero's faith in humanity while he lured the rest of GUYS into a trap.

Her presence remained unknown to the team until Tsurugi's arrival forced her to change tactics, and she began to consume the monsters she summoned in order to transform into a more horrid and powerful form called Bogalmons.

Originally an Ultraman scientist tasked with looking over the Aarb for study, Ultraman Hikari became Hunter Knight Tsurugi through his thirst for vengeance when the Aarb were devoured by Bogal. He came to Earth for Bogal and took on the form of Ryu's late hero and previous leader of the GUYS team, Kazuya Serizawa. After the defeat of Bogal, he was healed by the Ultra Mother and freed from his Armour of Vengeance, becoming Hikari again. Afterwards, he would make sporadic appearances in the series, as well as later shows. He also starred in a 3-episode miniseries about his backstory.

* BareYourMidriff: Her biking outfit in "Marina of the Wind" has her wear a short white top under her leather jacket that stops just above her belly button.
