He goes as far as resurrecting Jack, an Autobot friend of Chromedome who was murdered by Sixshot over the events of ''Headmasters''. Jack becomes his Headmaster partner for a while, but eventually Greatshot gains a new head of his own and the two part ways, with Greatshot eventually joining Star Saber's forces in ''Victory''.]]

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: His IDW incarnation portrays him as a horrible, fascistic, religious KnightTemplar.

Large, transforms into a huge aircraft/spacecraft to transport the others inside, also a powerful warrior on his own but generally tends to be kept irrelevant to the plot. Design wise, he got his own {{Expy}} in the form of ''Armada'' Jetfire, aptly enough.
