* HeroesWantRedheads: PlayedWith. Nanaka is a redhead and Keima makes her develop a crush on him to drive away her Runaway Spirit, but like other capture targets, he doesn't actually see her as a love interest.

* PlayingDrunk: After winning against Diana, Nanaka pretends to get drunk off of ginger ale.

* SoreLoser: Diana (while possessing Tenri) beat Nanaka in a shogi match, causing the gap in Nanaka's heart because she had ''never'' lost in shogi before and hates how it feels like. After Keima helps her win in her rematch, Nanaka can accept that it isn't bad to lose once in a while because she got even better at shogi thanks to it.

* AmnesiacLover: After Keima succeeds in becoming the girl's lover, her Runaway Spirit gets out and Hell erases her memories of her love for Keima, to a greater or less extent depending on Keima's level of involvement during a capture. Some of the girls still know who Keima is even if they don't remember kissing him, but others don't seem to recognize him at all since Keima isn't part of their everyday life.

* {{Bokukko}}: During her FreakyFridayFlip with Keima, Yui picks up the habit of calling herself with the boyish pronoun ''boku''. She keeps doing it after the capture and even starts wearing the boy's uniform.

* BuxomBeautyStandard: She has the biggest bosom out of Keima's capture targets, which is the main reason the men of the dojo find her hot.

* MartialArtsUniform: Other than her school uniform, she is mostly seen wearing this.

* BoobsOfSteel: The strongest normal character in the series, she also has a bust surpassed only by Nora and possibly Hinoki, and the latter is no slouch herself.

* BoobsOfSteel: She's even more well-endowed than her younger sister and just as proficient in martial arts.

* SenpaiKohai: She went to highschool with Nikaido and was apparently a first year right before Nikaido graduated. Keima uses this connection to get some critical information from her.

* BladeOnAStick: One image shows her wielding a su yari.

* ContraltoOfDanger: She's ''the'' ActionGirl of the series and has the deep voice to show it.

* CelibateEccentricGenius: No matter what Keima tried, he couldn't spark any romantic attraction in Akari. She even kisses him repeatedly like it's nothing. Keima then realized that he could never fill her "heart's gap" with love because all Akari cares about creating a perfect ArtificialHuman.

Member[=/=]Head of the Biology Club. Older than Keima, but smaller. Has a frail appearance. Wants to create a "Perfect Human" (using a robot). In truth, she was acting as bait to draw out an enemy target, but the one who responded was Keima. Though he concludes that it was a failed capture, he actually has more success than he assumed: He caught her interest enough for her to actually remember his name. Elsie failed to meet her throughout the entire capture operation.

* AbsentMindedProfessor: She appears to have trouble remembering people, since she forgets about Keima at least twice.

* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Wears one being a member of the Biology Club. It reeks of oil.

* PeekABangs: Her hair often covers her face that at least one eye is seen.

* WhipItGood: She once threatens to attack Keima with a horsewhip, but she was most likely messing with him. After the capture, Morita sees her blush on seeing him and is touched... until she wonders aloud why she has the urge to start whipping him.

* PolarOppositeTwins: Asami is a reserved introvert. [[spoiler:On the other hand, her twin sister Ikumi is a cheerful extrovert, the polar opposite of her.]]

Her rich upbringing causes her to act superior towards those around her, until she grows out of it thanks to Keima making her fall in love with him. At one point, she threatens to hit Keima with a horsewhip in the same way Louise does with Saito in ''LightNovel/TheFamiliarOfZero''. Keima immediately identifying her as the archetype makes Mio into a deliberate homage to the trend.

* ShanaClone: Not as blatant as Mio, but Tsukiyo still exhibits several traits of the archetype. She's a childlike high school student with long orange-blond hair, dresses in ElegantGothicLolita fashion and is a highly aloof {{Tsundere}} to the main character.

* BareYourMidriff: After her OvernightAgeUp, her pajamas are small for her older form, leaving her midriff bare.

* {{Expy}}: Of Shinku from ''Manga/RozenMaiden''. Like Shinku, Tsukiyo is an aloof, snobbish TinyTyrannicalGirl who has long, curly blonde hair, wears a frilly dress and likes to drink tea. During her arc, Tsukiyo gets shrunk to the size of a doll, making the similarities to Shinku even more obvious.
