* RescueRomance: Had a crush on Ash for rescuing her; this aspect seems to be dropped by the Pokémon Village arc.
** She outright states in the Safari Arc that she grew out of her crush as she started seeing Ash as a younger brother.

** Exemplified by that they think the "Good Guys" do terrible things and the "Bad Guys" are the ones that help people.
