[[folder: Main Ninja Steel Rangers]]

!!Brody Romero[=/=]Ninja Steel Red II

->'''Portrayed by''': Will Shewfelt
->'''Voiced by''': Memo Aponte (Latin American Spanish dub)

Ten years ago, Brody's father vanished trying to defend the Ninja Nexus Prism from Galvanax, and Brody himself was abducted and imprisoned on the alien warlord's ship. After ten years of servitude he, along with his allies Mick and Redbot, are able to escape with the prism and land back on Earth. Used to being on his own, he can be headstrong and a little impulsive, but with the help of his new friends, soon settles into his role as leader of the Ninja Steel Power Rangers.

* AlienAbduction: He was kidnapped by Galvanax's forces as a child and doesn't escape to Earth until ten years later.
* BerserkButton: He is generally calm as a prisoner of Galvanax, but when Ripcon taunts him about his father's death, his face just ''screams'' TranquilFury.
* CatchPhrase: Tends to say "epic" a lot.
* CoolCar: While it doesn't seem to have any abilities, his father's old truck is repaired and gifted to him by the other Rangers in episode 4 of the first season.
* DisappearedDad: His father vanished in the act of splitting the Ninja Nexus Star to protect it from Galvanax ten years prior to the series and is presumed dead. [[spoiler:Until episode 21, when it turns out Dane's spirit was within the Ninja Nexus Prism the entire time, and is now freed.]]
* DullSurprise: He doesn't show too much emotion unless he's in an intense situation.
* HonorBeforeReason: He could have lied to Principal Hastings that he stole a compass, but he chose not to because he wanted to be truthful. [[spoiler:It actually played out positive for him as it turned out the compass fell into his bag due to Victor and Monty's antics and when Principal Hastings finds out, she apologizes for the misplaced blame and even gives him the compass as a reward for his honesty.]]
* TheLeader: Mick inspired him to become the team's leader in episode 3, and since he started the quest for the Power Stars, the other rangers refer to him as their field commander.
* LegacyCharacter: Technically he is the second Ninja Steel Red Ranger, with his father being the first.
* MissingMom: ''Family Fusion'' implies that his mother died sometime before the Ninja Nexus Prism came to his home.
* NewTransferStudent: He decides to attend Summer Cove High School at the end of the second episode.
* TheRival: To Ripcon. The two hate each other, and according to Brody, Ripcon bullied and treated him as a slave for years. The two's rivalry continues and they have multiple battles until [[spoiler: Ripcon's death]].
* RookieRedRanger: Inverted. All the other Rangers are rookies, but Brody actually has experience with ninjas and aliens. Justified since he's been stuck in space for ten years, giving him a lot of time to hone his skills.
* SiblingTeam: When Aiden returns in episode 10. [[spoiler:Turns out that it started from episode 8, since Levi is the real Aiden and the one that shows up is a fake.]]
* SuperMode: Can use the Lion Fire Armor.

!!Preston Tien[=/=]Ninja Steel Blue

->'''Portrayed by''': Peter Sudarso
->'''Voiced by''': Emilio Treviño (eps. 1-6, Latin American Spanish dub), Iván Bastidas (ep. 7 onwards, Latin American Spanish dub)

Preston is kind-hearted and loyal to his friends. He comes from a wealthy family, and is obsessed with stage-magic, hoping to become the best magician ever some day.

* {{Adorkable}}: He is rather goofy and energetic when it comes to his stage magic.
* AnimalMotifs: Dragons. Besides his Zord, it also comes up in one of the tricks from his act, as well as the dragon bracelet he had since he was a kid and a dragon wand he later receives from Princess Viera.
* AscendedFanboy: Was a fan of magic as a child, now the Ninja Nexus Prism has given him real magic.
* BadassInANiceSuit: He wears a sharp-looking magician's suit as part of his act, and he kicks copious amounts of ass as a Power Ranger.
* InSeriesNickname: Brody uses his stage name "Prest-o" as one.
* IneptMage: His magic doesn't work right all the time. Brody guesses that it specifically goes on the fritz when he's not using it selflessly.
* TheLancer: Preston is the more cautious and silent to Brody's optimistic and energetic nature. In battle, whenever Brody isn't around, he usually acts as second in command.
* MagiciansAreWizards: He's a stage magician who develops actual magical powers. Justified, as his interest in stage magic is ''why'' he got the real thing.
* MissingMom: ''The Ranger Ribbon'' effectively confirms that Ellen Tien is dead (though with NeverSayDie in effect, he and his father Marcus can only say they "lost" her).
* NiceGuy: Nice to pretty much everyone.
* NiceHat: He wears a top hat as part of his magician's ensemble.
* PullARabbitOutOfMyHat: One of his stage tricks. Pulling a second (and then third) rabbit out of his hat, when he knows he only has one (which is still in its cage in front of him) in the fourth episode clues him in that he's gained ''real'' magic as a result of exposure to the Ninja Steel.
* PunnyName: His name resembles "Prest-o!", a phrase used by magicians after performing a trick. Fittingly, he also titles his magic show "Prest-o Change-o".
* SpoiledSweet: Comes from a wealthy family and is nice to pretty much everyone.
* StageMagician: His first appearance has him trying to get people to come to his magic show. Episode four reveals he's wanted to be one since he attended a magic show as a kid and the magician there made a dragon bracelet appear on his wrist.
* SuperMode: Once used the Lion Fire Armor.

!!Calvin Maxwell[=/=]Ninja Steel Yellow

->'''Portrayed by''': Nico Greetham
->'''Voiced by:''' Alan Fernando Velásquez (Latin American Spanish dub)

Calvin is a cool and confident gear-head who loves building anything mechanical - especially vehicles. He’s also rather lackadaisical, at times too much for his own good! He is Hayley's boyfriend.

* BattleCouple: With Hayley.
* BatterUp: Uses a baseball bat against the monster attacking Mick in the second episode.
* TheBigGuy: Well, he does say "'''Strength''' of the ninja!'' Compared to the others, his Zord of choice (a giant dump truck) certainly fits and unmorphed he tends to fits hard-hitting with whatever he can use.
* BrilliantButLazy: He's great at building machinery, but a bit too lackadaisical for his own good. This agitated Hayley a bit when he once forgot to pick her up for school.
* CargoShip: Loves his truck, to the exasperation of his actual girlfriend. Because of this, his Zord ends up being a truck as well.
* ICallItVera: Nicknamed his truck Nitro, which ends up being carried over to his Zord.
* ImprovisedWeapon: Before he becomes a Power Ranger, he uses whatever he can get his grubby paws on during fights, such as broken pieces of a spaceship, enemy spears, and a baseball bat.
* IronicFear: Though he loves his truck and fixing her and other vehicles, up until episode 5, he was afraid of actually driving them.
* MrFixit: Very good at repairing cars, motorcycles and other mechanical things.
* OfficialCouple: He and Hayley are dating at the start of the series and have been steady for at least a year.
* SecondEpisodeIntroduction: He and Hayley only make a minor appearance in the first episode, their real introduction is in the second one where they get their powers.
* SuperMode: Once used the Lion Fire Armor.
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: A go-karting accident when he was a kid left him with a major fear of driving, he overcomes this fear to save his friends in the fifth episode.

!!Hayley Foster[=/=]Ninja Steel White

->'''Portrayed by''': Zoe Robins
->'''Voiced by:''' Alicia Vélez (Latin American Spanish dub)

Hayley is an adventurous, outdoorsy girl with a love of nature and healthy living. She is Calvin's girlfriend.

* ActionGirl: Kicks ass fighting evil aliens ''twice'' before she even becomes a Ranger.
* BattleCouple: When in danger or occasionally in battle, she teams up with her boyfriend Calvin. This has helped them such as when Ripperrat attacked them before they got their Ninja Power Stars.
* TheChick: The main kind, empathetic member of the team who is in a relationship with Calvin and values her friendship with the others.
* TheHeart: She's able to work and relate to almost of all the Rangers throughout the series.
* HerBoyfriendsJacket: In "Abrakadanger", after Preston accidentally turns Hayley invisible, Calvin offers her his hoodie to cover her up before her tennis match with Victor.
* HeroesLoveDogs: She owns a dog named Kody, which she brings to school with her. Her Zord even ends up being modeled on Kody, and she names it the "Kodiak" Zord after him.
* ImprovisedWeapon: Before she becomes a Power Ranger, she uses whatever she can get her grubby paws on during fights, such as broken pieces of a spaceship, enemy spears, and a tennis racket.
* JustAMachine: At one point, thinks that Redbot can't be hurt by her words because robots don't have feelings. She gets over it by the end of the episode when she realizes that he's a very special robot.
* MissingMom: Considering her dad is willing to go on multiple dates with Sarah's mom, it's clear that Hayley's mom is no longer in the picture, though why has yet to be said.
* OfficialCouple: With Calvin.
* SecondEpisodeIntroduction: She and Calvin only make a minor appearance in the first episode, their real introduction is in the second one when they get their powers.

!!Sarah Thompson[=/=]Ninja Steel Pink

->'''Portrayed by''': Chrysti Ane
->'''Voiced by''': Melissa Gedeón (Latin American Spanish dub)

A new student in Summer Cove, Sarah is the brains of the team and an adrenaline junkie. She intends to be a great engineer and is the person who designs gadgets whenever the Power Rangers need them.

* TheAce: Besides being a badass fighter as a Ranger, she is a top-grade high school tech genius who creates the impossible, a bold adrenaline junkie whom nothing seems to faze, and a natural in whichever school activity she and her friends take up.
* ActionGirl: Same as Hayley. A given for a female Power Ranger.
* BadassBookworm: The studious genius of the team who kicks as much ass as anyone else.
* BatmanGambit: After a villain absorbs her clone projector, she creates a "more powerful version" and tricks him into absorbing it. Turns out it contained a virus, and the villain is promptly sabotaged and disposed of.
* DisappearedDad: Considering her mom is willing to go on multiple dates with Hayley's dad, it's clear that Sarah's dad is no longer in the picture, though why has yet to be said.
* ExtracurricularEnthusiast: Tries to pull this off by joining four school clubs at once because it will look good on her college application. She abandons this idea when she learns the hard way that it's better to do one thing well than several things badly.
* FatalFlaw: Overconfidence. Time and again in several of her focus episodes, her arrogance at being good at doing things ends up getting her in trouble. Whether that's the above mentioned multiple clubs incident, or the time she arrogantly didn't study for a test because she got an A+ on the last one.
* GadgeteerGenius: She's designed plenty of gadgets, including her own HoverBoard.
* ItRunsInTheFamily: Turns out she gets some of her inventing talents from her mother but is better at making them actually work.
* JumpedAtTheCall: As soon as she sees debris falling from the sky (which turns out to be Brody and his friends escaping from Galvanax), her first instinct is to see what it is.
* MsFanservice: She is very beautiful and Victor even tried to hit on her once.
* NewTransferStudent: She transfers to Summer Cove High School in the first episode.
* TheSmartGirl: She's the brilliant technology whiz of the team.
* SmartPeoplePlayChess: She's TheSmartGirl and is shown beating Preston at the game in the seventh episode.

!!Levi Weston[=/=][[spoiler:Aiden Romero]][=/=]Ninja Steel Gold

->'''Portrayed by''': Jordi Webber
->'''Voiced by''': Ricardo Bautista (Latin American Spanish dub)

A popular country singer who was imprisoned aboard Galvanax's ship. After escaping, he joins the team as its SixthRanger.

[[spoiler: It eventually comes out that Levi is actually Brody's missing older brother Aiden, who was entrusted with the Ninja Steel by their father Dane when Galvanax attacked. Having witnessed his father's vanishing and his brother's abduction, Aiden hid the Ninja Steel, then himself under an alias, hiding out in the open. After the Ninja Nexus Prism found him and he was captured by Madame Odius, she copied his memories of being Aiden into a robot and replaced them with fake memories. Later, in battle with the robot, he damaged it in a way that led to his real memories being returned to him. After he heard Brody singing their father's song, his returned memories were fully restored, and he was able to explain the truth to the other Rangers.]]

* ChekhovMIA: [[spoiler: As Aiden, he's seen as a kid during the first episode's DistantPrologue, but has vanished in the ten years since. He eventually turns up as Levi Weston, though it takes a few episodes before his real identity is revealed.]]
* DistressedDude: He got jumped by [[spoiler:Madame Odius]] and captured as soon as he got the Gold Power Star. He breaks out at the end of episode 7 with the help of the Astro Zord.
* FakeMemories: While he was Madame Odius' prisoner, she drained his memories, [[spoiler:implanted them into a robotic Aiden]], and put fakes ones in their place to hide his true identity.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: He quickly befriends Brody due to the latter not recognizing him for his celebrity and treating him like an ordinary Joe. Averted when it comes to being a Power Ranger, though, as he loves it.
* MeaningfulName: His last name Weston sounds like "Western" and he's a country singer. [[spoiler:Turns out to be a [[JustifiedTrope deliberate]] example because he needed to hide his real identity.]]
* MusicalAssassin: His weapon is based on a guitar. Justified, since the Ninja Steel seems to personalize the Rangers' weapons and powers to fit them.
* NiceGuy: He's always cool and collected no matter the situation, and goes out of his way to help pretty much anyone he can. Even Brody, who assumed he would be a primadonna at first, was won over by his charm.
** ''Fan Frenzy'' shows that he does have his limits. When Levi meets up with a fan and discovered they invited their friends to tag along without informing Levi beforehand, the singer is understandably angry since his patience had already been worn thin by the fan monopolizing his time all day.
* NiceHat: His cowboy hat.
* NinjaPirateRobotZombie: He's a cowboy ninja singer.
* SiblingTeam: [[spoiler:With Brody since episode 8, although they don't realize it until four episodes later]].
* SixthRanger: Due to being held prisoner by [[spoiler:Madame Odius]], he is unable to join the team until Episode 8.
* SuperMode: Late into Super Ninja Steel, Levi gains the Superstar mode. He also used the Lion Fire Armor once.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Loves cheeseburgers, to the point he has a [[MythologyGag phone shaped like one, which he uses to take selfies]].[[note]]His phone is ''the same prop'' used as Starninjer's TransformationTrinket. It even has his Power Star still inside it.[[/note]]
* WalkingSpoiler: [[spoiler:His true identity and anything to do with it.]]

[[folder: Allies]]
!!Redbot

->'''Portrayed by''': Kohji Mimura
->'''Voiced by''': Bryan Coll, Héctor Ireta de Alba (Latin American Spanish dub)

A robot that Brody befriended while they were enslaved together on Galvanax's ship. He ends up being the model for Brody's Zord, the Robo Red Zord.

* CaptainErsatz: Moves and talks very similarly to [[Franchise/StarWars C-3PO]].
* CatchPhrase: Has a habit of saying "Suffering circuits!" when he's distressed, much like [[Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers Alpha 5]]'s "Ai yi yi yi yi!"
* {{Expy}}: Possibly of Nick from ''Series/TokumeiSentaiGobusters''. Their designs are pretty similar and they fill out the role of being a robotic friend of the red ranger.
* JetPack: Has built in rocket boots.
* OutOfFocus: At times, Redbot completely disappears from multiple episodes, and he's only been the focus and important for four episodes.
* RobotBuddy: To the Rangers, but especially to Brody.

!!Mick Kanic[[spoiler:[=/=]Ninja Steel Red III]]

->'''Portrayed by''': Kelson Henderson
->'''Voiced by''': Héctor Lee (Latin American Spanish dub)

An alien whom Brody befriended while they were enslaved together on Galvanax's ship. Despite being a "mechanical genius", he's also very cowardly. [[spoiler:In the season 1 finale, he becomes the third Ninja Steel Red, fighting alongside the rest of the team.]]

* EleventhHourRanger: [[spoiler:Becomes the third Red Ranger in the season 1 finale and joins the team in battle.]]
* BigBrotherMentor: While not the older parental figure that the franchise usually uses in the mentor role, Mick does know many legends surrounding the Ninja Steel, and he can usually identify when the Rangers are displaying character flaws and help point them in the right direction.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: [[spoiler:In "Magic Misfire", he is brainwashed by one of Odius's devices, and forced to build one big enough to affect the entire world. When the larger version is destroyed in "Reaching the Nexus", Mick is restored to normal.]]
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Originally from the Lion Galaxy, but was sold into slavery on Galvanax's ship by the royal family.
* EinsteinHair: Has messy, stuck-up hair that goes with his engineering skills. It also resembles a lion's mane, which is rather appropriate since he originally comes from the Lion Galaxy.
* GogglesDoNothing: Averted. He wears goggles at all times, but often uses them in situations where he ''would'' need eye protection, such as metalworking with the Ninja Steel.
* HumanAliens: And he passes for a schoolteacher when hardly even trying.
* IChooseToStay: [[spoiler: In the ''Super Ninja Steel'' finale, he decides to remain on Earth after Odius's final defeat.]]
* IncrediblyLamePun: His full name.
* MistakenIdentity: Is assumed to be the new shop class teacher because he looks like he belongs there.
* ProperlyParanoid: [[spoiler: When Aiden first shows up and the others offer to show him the Ninja Steel, Mick advises that's a bad idea due to it only working for Power Rangers and the fact he really doesn't know much about Aiden yet to trust letting him near it. Turns out he was right to be worried as Aiden is a robotic mole for Madame Odius.]]
* PunnyName: Mick Kanic, the mechanic.
* SadClown: While normally cheerful and helpful, his backstory shows that he carries a lot of baggage from being betrayed by his rulers and sold into slavery, not even wanting to tell his closest friend Brody about how he ended up on Galvanax's ship.
* ShapeshifterBaggage: When turning into a mop, he becomes as light as one, being easily held by Brody.
* TricksterMentor: Sometimes acts this way to get Rangers to a EurekaMoment.
* VisualPun: Makes use of one in ''Moment of Truth'' when he comments that "This, is quite a pickle." Then he holds up a literal pickle (and snacks on it), before adding "And these stars are in bad shape too."
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: He can turn himself into inanimate objects like a mop or a boulder. The closest he's gotten to turning into another living being was disguising himself as a biology class's human skeleton.

!!Kody

Hayley's faithful pet dog, a Siberian Husky. He serves as the model for her Zord.

* EvilDetectingDog: Kody can seem to tell when there's an enemy nearby, and tries to give the Rangers advance warning. He also appears to be able to see through Victor's schemes.
* HeroicDog: Episodes like "My Friend, Redbot" and "The Adventures of Redbot" show Kody helping to save the day as much as, if not more than, the Rangers do.
* TheNoseKnows: Well, he ''is'' a dog. It's used in the sixth episode.
* OutOfFocus: Doesn't appear in a lot of episodes, often only showing up when he's going to do something important.
* TeamPet: Belongs to Hayley specifically, though he seems to be friends with the team as a whole.

!!Victor Vincent

->'''Portrayed by''': Chris Reid
->'''Voiced by:''': Pablo Mejía (Latin American Spanish dub)

The class president of Summer Cove High School, Victor believes he is the greatest student at the high school - while he may have the trophies to back it up, he's pretty lacking in the charm and common sense department.

* AbhorrentAdmirer: Most women he hits on aren't appreciative of his interests.
** Towards Sarah in the first episode. He tries to impress her by riding her hoverboard and ends up crashing through Preston's magic show and into the trash.
** Toward the monster of the day from "Tough Love" in the disguise of a girl named Jess. Even though she was pretending be a good girl that Levi would be interested in, she still didn't hide her dislike of Victor.
** Towards Sandy, a classmate, in "Love Stings", when he tries to ask her to the Valentine's Day dance. In fact, the only way he can get a date at all is by finding a girl willing to be bribed.
* AlliterativeName: '''Vi'''ctor '''Vi'''ncent.
* AttentionWhore: Craves the spotlight, and doesn't care if he has to lie and cheat to get it.
* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: He attacks a MonsterOfTheWeek to become popular; the video of him humiliating himself gets over 4 million views. Subverted when he is perfectly satisfied with this conclusion.
* BookDumb: Though he and Monty are both good at scheming, he's not so great academically. He's known to fail tests and lacks basic knowledge such as ''finding out where to milk a cow''.
* BreakTheHaughty: After making millions of dollars selling a supposed monster repellent, he and Monty arrogantly quit school, saying so right to Principal Hasting's face. After the repellent is proven to be useless, causing their company to go bankrupt, the pair are forced to come crawling back, begging Hastings to let them back into school.
* BullyAndWimpPairing: One of ThoseTwoGuys with Monty.
* ButtMonkey: Him being humiliated is a OnceAnEpisode occurrence.
* CasanovaWannabe: Has attempted to charm Sarah, Jess, and Sandy, each time failing miserably.
* CatchPhrase: "Watch the master at work."
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Jess told him he wasn't her type, he started presenting himself as a dancer, tennis player, etc. It never occurs to him that she meant he as a person wasn't her type.
* DisqualificationInducedVictory:
** In "Monkey Business", Calvin and Hayley are running for School Council President and the rules say that, as the position's current holder, he'll keep it if both candidates are disqualified. He tries to make it seem like each candidate is sabotaging the other. [[spoiler:It doesn't work but the two candidates leave the run and he gets to keep his presidency.]]
** While playing against Hayley to defend his title as the school's tennis champion in "Abrakadanger", Victor briefly gets this kind of victory when, to cover a magical mishap, Preston makes it seem like he and Hayley are trying to distract Victor and Principal Hastings disqualifies her for it. However, when the Principal offers a handshake to congratulate Victor, she finds out he's using a bionic arm and decides both players must redo the match the next day. [[spoiler:Hayley wins and [[AvertedTrope it's not that kind of victory]].]]
* TheDogBitesBack: [[spoiler:After he and Monty were kidnapped and forced to act as clowns by Badonna and Cosmo, they get the last laugh by throwing the exploding spheres they were forced to juggle at the monsters, blasting them to bits.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards: Having agreed to help Madame Odius since she was going to use his and Monty's Mega Magnet against Galvanax, he's horrified when, after it's complete, she reveals she plans to use it against the Rangers too.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Well, nobody except Monty. The rest just tolerate him. It makes you wonder how he became class president.
* GloryHound: In Episode 3, he tries to fight the MonsterOfTheWeek so he can become more popular than the Power Rangers. See above for what happened next. In another episode, he pretended to have been injured saving a group of people from a monster attack, but was shortly after exposed as lying about his actions, and even faking his injuries.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: [[spoiler:As the last part of his plan to trick the Principal into disqualifying his rivals for School Council President, Victor set a water balloon trick for when the winner is announced. The other candidates renounced and Victor becomes the victim of his own trick.]]
* {{Hypocrite}}: In Episode 3, he calls out Brody for cheating on his test. However, he has Monty do all of his work for him. Furthermore, his arrogance even leads him to believe that his cheating is justified because "he deserves to win."
* IRejectYourReality: In "The Ranger Ribbon", he cannot comprehend why Marcus would fire him, claiming that it "defies logic". This is in spite of the fact that Victor failed to accomplish anything as Marcus's intern.
* InformedAttribute: Despite having several trophies for various accomplishments, he's always relying on Monty to help win his 50th trophy or to keep the ones he currently has rather than any actual skills that are necessary.
* ItsAllAboutMe:
** In "Ace and the Race", he decided to run the relay race by himself, due to not wanting to share the trophy with anyone.
** In "Caught Red Handed", this is the reason he interferes in the Rangers' battle with Rygore; he believes Rygore to be a mythical creature from Summer Cove legend, and doesn't want the Rangers stealing his thunder by "capturing" the monster before he can.
* {{Jerkass}}: For as much as he likes to brag about his own accomplishments, he's quick to look down on and scoff at the accomplishments of others.
* JerkJock: Immediately establishes himself as one in his first scene.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Despite his JerkJock tendencies, he really isn't a bad guy at heart and has proven so in "Reaching The Nexus" when he and Monty selflessly saved the civilians by helping them escape from the Warrior Dome.
* LeeroyJenkins: Recklessly attempts to fight a MonsterOfTheWeek and fails spectacularly.
* LockedOutOfTheLoop: Isn't aware that his classmates are Power Rangers.
* MoralMyopia: He's quick to look down on and try to shame those who seem to have done wrong, even though he himself has no problem resorting to lying, cheating and stealing to get what he wants. In "Caught Red Handed", he mocked Brody for supposedly being a thief while he and Monty were sneaking out of detention.
* NotCheatingUnlessYouGetCaught: As said by Victor himself, "It's not cheating if you deserve to win."
* OddFriendship: He's a jock and Monty is a nerd who does Victor's work for him, but they seem to actually be friends.
* RagsToRiches[=/=]RichesToRags: The start of season 2 had he and Monty becoming rich from selling their monster repellent. While it does work, the monster of the week manages to sniff it all up, proving it ineffective to their customers. They're forced to refund the money not long afterward and return to school.
* SensitiveGuyAndManlyMan: The jockish manly man to Monty's sensitive guy.
* SmallNameBigEgo: He believes himself to be good at everything, and his self-righteousness even makes him believe that he is not cheating because "he deserves to win".
* SoreLoser: When he lost the "biggest fan" competition for one of Levi's concerts to Mary, he wasted no time booing and protesting the decision.
* UnsportsmanlikeGloating: When Sarah decided to leave the school archery club, thus forfeiting an attempt to beat Victor's record, he quickly started mocking her for it. He does the same when reminding the school of his easy win over Hayley at the previous year's tennis tournament.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: In ''Helping Hands''. [[spoiler:His bungling with the magnetic invention causes the Rangers to lose all their ninja stars, which are then promptly snatched by Galvanax.]]

!!Monty

->'''Portrayed by''': Caleb Bendit
->'''Voiced by''': Daniel Lacy (Latin American Spanish dub)

A nerdy student who serves as Victor's right-hand man - which is to say, he spends his time agreeing with him and doing all his homework.

* AmbiguouslyGay: Some of his interactions with Victor suggest he might actually be attracted to him, such as the way he comments on how good his hair looks in the third episode.
* BreakTheHaughty: After making millions of dollars selling a supposed monster repellent, he and Victor arrogantly quit school, saying so right to Principal Hasting's face. After the repellent is proven to be useless, causing their company to go bankrupt, the pair are forced to come crawling back, begging Hastings to let them back into school.
* BrilliantButLazy: He's smart enough to invent things and scheme along with Victor but is known to fail tests because he doesn't study enough. In fact, helping Victor is often the only thing he puts an effort into.
* BullyAndWimpPairing: One of ThoseTwoGuys with Victor.
* BunglingInventor: Has shades of this. He's good at putting things together to serve Victor's desires but not so good at making them work.
* ButtMonkey: Like Victor, he never seems to catch a break.
* DitzyGenius: He can create incredible devices and was easily able to figure how to work the teleporter on the Warrior Dome, but has been known to commit some stunning lapses in judgment (like attempting to keep his and Victor's chocolate mix from melting by adding ''glue'' to it). In "Prepare to Fail", he failed the initial test.
** In "Reaching The Nexus", he and Victor were able to outsmart Cosmo Royale and Badonna.
* TheDogBitesBack: [[spoiler:After he and Victor were kidnapped and forced to act as clowns by Badonna and Cosmo, they get the last laugh by throwing the exploding spheres they were forced to juggle at the monsters, blasting them to bits.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards: Having agreed to help Madame Odius since she was going to use his and Victor's Mega Magnet against Galvanax, he's horrified when, after it's complete, she reveals she plans to use it against the Rangers too, admitting that he never would have built it for her if he'd known it would hurt the Rangers.
* {{Fartillery}}: In the season one finale, Victor and he try to escape Galvanix's ship by dressing as Kudabots but are quickly found out. However this causes Monty to fart out of nervousness, the smell which ends up repelling the monsters and allow them to escape. Later when talking to a reporter, she gives them the idea to make it into a repellent so they can get rich.
* {{Jerkass}}: Not quite as bad as Victor, but he is still willing to mess with others in order for Victor to get what he wants.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Much like Victor, he really isn't a bad guy at heart (mostly forced into Victor's schemes) and has proven so in "Reaching The Nexus" when he and Victor selflessly saved the civilians by helping them escape from the Warrior Dome.
* LockedOutOfTheLoop: Isn't aware that his classmates are Power Rangers.
* NerdGlasses: Sports a pair.
* OddFriendship: Victor's a jock and he's a nerd who does Victor's work for him, but they seem to actually be friends.
* OnlyFriend: He seems to be the only person who genuinely likes Victor.
* OnlyOneName: Unlike Victor, his last name hasn't been revealed.
* RagsToRiches[=/=]RichesToRags: The start of season 2 had Victor and him becoming rich from selling their monster repellent. While it does work, the monster of the week manages to sniff it all up, making it ineffective to the customers. The two are forced to refund the money not long after and return to school.
* SensitiveGuyAndManlyMan: The nerdy sensitive guy to Victor's manly man.
* YesMan: He'll always take Victor's side, even if Victor is being a complete idiot.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: In ''Helping Hands''. [[spoiler: By inventing the magnetic ''thingy'' and letting Victor use it without thinking, he causes the Ninja Steel Stars to fall into Galvanax's hands.]]

!!Dane Romero [=/=] Ninja Steel Red I

->'''Portrayed by''': Mike Edward
->'''Voiced by''': Arturo Mercado Jr. (Latin American Spanish dub)

Brody and Aiden's father. Ten years ago the Ninja Nexus Prism crash-landed in his back yard, and after chipping away the Ninja Steel covering it Dane was able to obtain the Ninja Power Star and become the Ninja Steel Red Ranger. Unfortunately, he wasn't strong enough to defeat Galvanax and vanished during the battle, leaving Aiden in hiding and Brody to be kidnapped.

* DisappearedDad: Vanished during his fight with Galvanax. [[spoiler:It turns out the blow that shattered the Ninja Nexus Star seriously injured him, but the Ninja Nexus Prism captured his spirit and kept it safe until he healed.]]
* ItRunsInTheFamily: Both of his sons are talented with a guitar and singing; [[spoiler:Aiden/Levi even spun it off into a career while he was still in hiding]].
* NeverFoundTheBody: After Galvanax hit him with a powerful blow, Dane simply... vanished. [[spoiler:The Ninja Nexus Prism absorbed him into it when he was seriously injured and kept him safe until he healed enough to leave.]]
* PapaWolf: Jumps into action as soon as Brody's in trouble.

!!Princess Viera

->'''Portrayed by''': Ruby Love

The princess of the Lion Galaxy and the owner of the Lion Fire Zord. [[spoiler:She originally came to Earth to challenge the Power Rangers with Drillion, but changes sides after being rescued by Sarah.]]

* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler:She originally came to Earth challenge the Power Rangers, but after being rescued by Sarah (who did not know at the time she was the one that sent Drillion), and seeing Sarah help a petty thief who stole cookies for his starving sister, she decided to side with the Rangers]].
* HumanAliens: A human from the Lion Galaxy.
* MightMakesRight: The reason she went after the Rangers was so she could prove she was strong enough to rule the Lion Galaxy.
* PetTheDog: [[spoiler:Allows Mick to contact his parents after helping him and the Rangers, and sincerely apologizes for her family selling him.]]
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: [[spoiler:She helped the rangers out by personally piloting the Lion Fire Zord to force Drillion to retreat]].
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: She can turn herself into inanimate objects, like Mick [[spoiler:(which makes sense, since they're both natives of the Lion Galaxy)]].

!!Space Sheriff Skyfire

--> '''Voiced by''': Mark Mitchinson

A Space Sheriff who protects the universe. He was tricked by Madame Odious into fighting the Rangers, but after both him and Brody rescue an old lady during the crossfire, he sides with the Rangers. See ''Series/SekaiNinjaSenJiraiya'' for information on his Japanese counterpart.

* AmbiguouslyHuman: He has noticeably human-like fingers, visible via FingerlessGloves.
* CoolSword: Wields a traditional katana.
* HandSeals: He places his hands together to teleport similar to the ninja vanish, or as he calls it, ''Space Jump''.
* LockedOutOfTheLoop: He did not know what Galaxy Warriors was as he only watched cooking shows. As such, it was easy for Madame Odious to manipulate him.
* PoliceAreUseless: Averted. He is strong in his own right, and was able to keep up with the Rangers during their fight against Blammo.

[[folder: Legendary Rangers]]

!! Wesley "Wes" Collins

->'''Portrayed by''': Jason Faunt

The second and current Red Time Force Ranger.

* InTheHood: He, along with Gemma and Koda, appear in cloaks to help the Rangers unlock the Blaze Zords.
* TheLeader [=/=]TheLancer: In the beginning of the special, he was the former as he led both groups to both Tommy's house in Reefside, and had access to dimension travelling devices. It's only when Tommy comes back when he takes the later role.

!! Tommy Oliver

->'''Portrayed by''': Jason David Frank

The Original MMPR Green Ranger, Red Zeo Ranger, Red Turbo Ranger and Black Dino Thunder Ranger.

* ArtifactOfPower: He has a Master Morpher, which not only morph into a Ranger, but also use to switch to any Ranger form of his choice.
* HappilyMarried: A blink and miss it moment, but it looks like he and Kat are married.
* MirrorMatch: Had one against his robotic clone with the Black Dino Thunder powers [[note]] Only in the deleted scene sadly [[/note]].
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: While he did use most of his Ranger forms, the Red Turbo Ranger powers were never used.

!! Katherine "Kat" Hillard

->'''Portrayed by''': Catherine Sutherland [[note]] Credited as Cat Chilson [[/note]]

The Pink Turbo Ranger and the former MMPR Pink Ranger and Pink Zeo Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.
* TheBusCameBack: First time she's appeared unmorphed since ''Turbo''.
* HappilyMarried: A blink and miss it moment, but it looks like she and Tommy are married.
* TheUnreveal: There's no explanation on how she managed to regain her powers, especially since she gave them to Cassie during ''Turbo'', and they were lost during the finale of that season.

!!Rocky [=DeSantos=]

->'''Portrayed by''': Steve Cardenas

The second Red MMPR Ranger and former Blue Zeo Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.
* TheBusCameBack: First time he's appeared unmorphed since ''Turbo''.
* CoolOldGuy: Admittedly he's not ''that'' old, but he seems to be impressed with the Ninja Steel Rangers skills.
* TheUnreveal: There's no explanation on how he managed to regain his powers, especially since Jason used the exact same powers during ''Forever Red''. Although, it might confirm a long running fan theory about how the Sword of Light copied the powers instead of transferring them during ''The Power Transfer''.

!!T.J. Johnson

->'''Portrayed by''': Selwyn Ward

The Blue Space Ranger and former Red Turbo Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.

!!Trent Fernandez-Mercer

->'''Portrayed by''': Jeffery Parrazo

The White Dino Thunder Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.
* TheUnreveal: There's no explanation on how he managed to regain his powers.

!!Gemma

->'''Portrayed by''': Li Ming Hu

The Silver [=RPM=] Ranger.

* InTheHood: She, along with Wes and Koda, appear in cloaks to help the Rangers unlock the Blaze Zords.
* OlderAndWiser: Gemma seems more mature compared to ''[=RPM=]'' and is less likely to jump into action without a second thought.
* ThePollyanna: She seems a little chipper telling the Rangers that her universe was an apocalyptic wasteland thanks to Venjix. Then again, given her and her brother's chipper personality already, this isn't too surprising.

!!Antonio Garcia

->'''Portrayed by''': Steven Skyler

The Gold Samurai Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.

!!Gia Moran

->'''Portrayed by''': Ciarra Hanna

The Yellow Megaforce Ranger.

[[folder: Villains]]
!!Galvanax

->'''Voiced by''': Richard Simpson, Gerardo Vásquez (Latin American Spanish dub)

The champion of an alien gladiator show, he sets his sights on Earth in the hopes of stealing the Ninja Nexus Prism.

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: His Sentai counterpart is TheConqueror instead of a game show host.
* AscendedExtra: In a way; his counterpart Kibaoni spent most of the series as a disembodied voice we only heard saying the same phrase when creating the MonsterOfTheWeek. He only gets a body in the last arc, and even the final episodes are more about TheDragon Kyuemon's character development instead of putting Kibaoni in center stage. Traditional BigBad duty is done by a different DragonInChief each arc similar to Magiranger/Mystic Force. On the other hand, Galvanax is out and about from the beginning, and holds the reins personally.
* BigBad: Of the first season of the show.
* DeadlyGame: His fights are to the death, the prize the opportunity to try to reach into the Prism and obtain the Ninja Power Stars.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[spoiler:He is killed off in the season finale of Ninja Steel, ultimately halfway through the series.]]
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: He was aware that only special people could pull the Power Stars out of the Prism, but it never occurred to him that it might be looking for ''moral'' qualities, not simply power or skill as a warrior. As a result, he spent 10 years trying to get random alien warriors to pull the Stars via GladiatorGames for nothing.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Taken out for good by the combined forces of the rangers in ''Galavanax Rises'', with Madame Odius taking over from him in the next season.]]
* OrcusOnHisThrone: Subverted, in a way. When he first came to Earth he averted this, but now that he's back he mainly hangs out in his spaceship for fear of looking weak in front of his followers. However, he's more active in the planning phase of things than the main villains who were ''really'' bad about this.
* SlaveToPR: Avoids directly confronting the entire Ranger team out of fear of being knocked down or made to seem weak in front of his followers.
* WantsAPrizeForBasicDecency: Calls Brody ungrateful and acts like he did Brody a favor by "taking him in" (read: killing his father and enslaving him) as a child. Brody disagrees.

!!Madame Odius

->'''Voiced by''': Jacque Drew, Rebeca Manríquez (Latin American Spanish dub)

Galvanax's advisor, with a surprising amount of knowledge on both the Ninja Nexus Prism and the Earth.

* AdaptationalVillainy: No last episode HeelFaceTurn for her.
* TheChessmaster: In ''Super Ninja Steel'', she hires the Galactic Ninjas to destroy the Rangers. [[spoiler: However, her true plan is to let the Rangers defeat the Galactic Ninjas so she can steal their Ninja Medallions.]]
* CoDragons: Alongside Ripcon to Galvanax.
* CunningLikeAFox: She's themed after a kitsune, and both Galvanx and Ripcon are suspicious about her intentions, [[spoiler:which are proven to be correct as she has taken the Gold Ninja Star for herself.]]
* TheDeterminator: One good thing that can be said for her is that she never gives up. Even when she's clearly outmatched, she'll keep on fighting.
* DragonAscendant: [[spoiler: Becomes this after Galvanax is defeated by the rangers, taking over his spot as Big Bad in ''Super Ninja Steel''.]]
-->[[spoiler:'''Odius''': The game's not over yet... not by a long shot!]]
* DragonWithAnAgenda: She's clearly hiding back information from her boss considering [[spoiler: she possessed the Gold Power Star for several episodes]] and didn't bother telling Galvanax. She still seems to be supportive of Galvanax's plans in general, but has her own secret plans to undermine both him and the rangers.
* EvilGenius: Appears to be much smarter than her boss and cohort and her plans tends to revolve around intelligence in comparison to them as well. [[spoiler:She's also been keeping a secret lab within the ship where Galvanax's show is done.]]
* HumongousMecha: Got one in the form of Foxatron after collecting the Galactic Ninja's medallions.
* ManipulativeBastard: Odius doesn't fight normally, preferring to plan around the field to get what she wants. She also tends to think long term, such as her plans to [[spoiler:use Aiden's memories in a robot to find their base and steal the ninja steel]]. And even after that plan fails, she managed to trick Galvanax into sending Ripcon to his death.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: [[spoiler:Due to trying use the Ninja Nexus Prism. She inadvertently recreated the Power Stars for the Rangers after they were destroyed in the first season, allowing them to regain their powers.]]
* RuggedScar: She ends up with one of these over her eye after her defeat in Foxatron at the hands of the Ninja Blaze Megazord.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her Sentai counterpart, Kyuemon Izayoi, is male (though voiced by [[Creator/MegumiHan a woman]] and was not known to be male for a long time).
* TeamKiller: Is directly and indirectly responsible for [[spoiler:Ripcon's and Galvanax's]] deaths respectively at the hands of the rangers and later kills [[spoiler:Wolvermean]] herself after he fails to destroy the rangers.
* TheStarscream: [[spoiler:A rare successful one, as she uses the Ninja Steel-attracting magnet-beam to pull on the Ninja Steel powering up Galvanax, restricting his movement and enabling the Rangers to finish him, leaving her in charge.]]
* ThisCannotBe: Invokes this in "Reaching the Nexus" [[spoiler:when the Rangers succeed in overpowering her powered-up form]].
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: Her Sentai counterpart was the son of Galvanax's counterpart and older half-brother of Brax's counterpart. Here, none of them are related at all.
* VillainBall: [[spoiler:In "Outfoxed", she literally stabs Wolvermean in the back while he's in the midst of battling the Rangers' new Blaze Megazord, and takes it on herself, leading to her Foxatron being destroyed. She might have stood a beter chance if she had worked with Wolvermean, rather than take him out for no real reason.]]

!!Ripcon

->'''Voiced by''': Campbell Cooley, Luis Alfonso Mendoza (earlier episodes, Latin American Spanish dub), Gerardo Alonso (later episodes onwards, Latin American Spanish dub)

One of Galvanax's generals, an arrogant swordsman that only seems to respect Galvanax.

* AcquittedTooLate: Ripcon is framed as a traitor by Madame Odius, and is subsequently destroyed in episode 12. In episode 21, nine episodes after his death, Odius gloats to Galvanax that Ripcon was never the traitor: she was. Unusually for this trope, it's not Galvanax who executed him - he was destroyed by the Rangers while trying to prove his innocence and get back on Galvanax's good side.
* AdaptationPersonalityChange: Raizo was never a ButtMonkey nor a MommasBoy in ''Ninninger''.
* {{BFS}}: In his final battle, a pair of Skullgators combine into one for him. It doesn't last.
* BizarreAlienBiology: In episode 4, Galvanax is considering a pig monster (recycled from ''Jungle Fury''), but considers them "too ugly". Ripcon's response?
-->'''Ripcon''': That's my mother you're talking about.
* ButtMonkey: Tends to get blamed and kicked around by Galvanax when one of the monsters fails against the Rangers.
* CoDragons: Alongside Madame Odius, to Galvanax.
* DualWielding: Carries a pair of katanas with him everywhere.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Played for laughs. When Galvanax was looking for a new contestant, he came across a hideous pig-like monster, which he declares exceptionally strong but too ugly. Ripcon angrily takes offense, pointing out that the monster in question is his mother.
* {{Frameup}}: Madame Odius lies to Galvanax that Ripcon is responsible for [[spoiler:hiding the Gold Ranger on their ship and for the scheme with the robot Aiden]], leading to his being sent into battle with the Rangers for the last time, ending in his [[CharacterDeath death]].
* {{Jerkass}}: Taunting Brody about his father's death is only the beginning and he enjoys antagonizing anyone he perceives to be below him. He comes off as more sadistic than the all-business Galvanax and Madame Odius.
* ProperlyParanoid: Warns Galvanax against trusting Madame Odius. [[spoiler:And likely with good reason, considering she secretly has the Gold Power Star.]]

!!Cosmo Royale

->'''Voiced by''': Campbell Cooley, Raúl Anaya (eps. 1-5, Latin American Spanish dub), Alfredo Gabriel Basurto (ep. 6 onwards, Latin American Spanish dub)

The host of Galaxy Warriors, observing the events of the show with his Buzzcams.

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: His sentai counterpart, Baron Nero, was a dour, dutiful nobleman. Cosmo Royale is not.
* CanonImmigrant: With the exception of his head, which is an original creation, his suit originated from ''Series/ResshaSentaiToQger'' (the previous Sentai that did not receive a Power Rangers adaption), as opposed to ''Ninninger''.
* CatchPhrase: Always says "Gigantify!" when he enlarges a monster, often preceded by some variant of "Should we give X another chance?"
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Is rather eccentric, energetic, and happy on stage.
* DeadpanSnarker: Is not afraid to mouth off to contestants should they fail.
-->'''Cosmo Royale:''' "While you didn't earn a Power Star, you did earn a trip to the hospital."
* EnemySummoner: His "Gigantify" machine can also be used to summon [[GiantMook Skullgators]] by pressing its red (center) button.
* GameShowHost: He hosts the ''Galaxy Warriors'' broadcast.
* LadiesAndGerms: He uses "monsters and maidens" in "Poisonous Plot", and "Ladies and gentlemonsters" regularly.
* LargeHam: But of course.
* LaserGuidedKarma: In "Reaching The Nexus". [[spoiler:After forcing Victor and Monty to juggle with explosives, he and Badonna are blown up when Victor and Monty throw those same explosives right back at them.]]
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: His purpose. When a monster is destroyed at normal size (or requests it earlier), he has a special machine with three buttons (blue, red and yellow) wheeled onto stage. If the audience's outcry is loud enough, he 'gigantifies' the monster by pushing the blue (left) button on the machine, which fires an energy ray from the bottom of the ship.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: He usually stays on the ship and is seen as goofy comic relief who cares only about their ratings, causing Galvanax to treat him as a nuisance. However, in "Grave Robber", he personally set the Rangers up, forcing them to play his board game, where if they lose then they're destroyed. Had it not been for Levi, he would have actually won.
* PunchClockVillain: Given how much he seems to care about their ratings, it seems like he's only helping Galvanax because it is literally his job.

!![[spoiler:Fake]] Aiden Romero

->'''Portrayed by''': Nick Beckwith
->'''Voiced by''': Miguel Ángel Leal (Latin American Spanish dub)

[[spoiler:A robot replica of]] Brody's brother, who comes to find the team at the end of ''The Ranger Ribbon''.

* ChekhovMIA: He's seen as a kid during the first episode's DistantPrologue, but has vanished in the ten years since. He eventually comes to find the team after seeing them on the news. [[spoiler: It eventually turns out the real Aiden has been with the team for longer than they expected, but without his memories since they were stolen and transferred into the robot.]]
* TheMole: [[spoiler: Turns out to be a robotic spy for Madame Odius.]]

!! Sledge
-> '''Voiced by''': Adam Gardiner, Gabriel Pingarrón (Latin American Spanish dub)

The former BigBad of the previous season, ''Dino Charge''. This is the Sledge who got sucked into the black hole at the end of that series. He somehow survived and managed to arrive in the dimension where ''Ninja Steel'' takes place along with his wife, Poisandra, and tech expert, Wrench.
----
* BackForTheFinale: Shows up in the final episode of the series (a Christmas one, no less) long after Madam Odius has been taken care of. He tries his hand at getting the Ninja Stars, but Brody manages to escape his grasp and Koda helps to defeat him.
* TheCameo: He appears at the start of the second season of Ninja Steel. Though more than likely will come back later since Madam Odius tricked him into taking the asteroid that had the Super Ninja Steel on it, unaware that Odius took it all before he did. Sure enough he did but by then, the events of the series had passed and he's more or less a loose end.
* FinalBoss: Oddly enough, he's the last villain faced in this series. Though only in the last episode rather then a series wide one.
* HistoryRepeats: Ends up foiled by the Rangers again and, for an added kicker, ends up once again with a bomb exploding in his face.
* NotQuiteDead: He was destroyed twice over in the ''Super Dino Charge'' finale. But while the one the Dino Charge Rangers defeated in the past was indeed destroyed after being flung into the sun, the one who got sucked into the black hole caused by the Dark Energem survived, and since he's in another dimension, that prevented him from becoming a time paradox.
* UnexplainedRecovery: Apparently you ''can'' survive a black hole, as he's none the worse for wear when he comes into the Ninja Steel dimension.

!!Badonna
->'''Voiced by''': Marissa Stott

One of [[spoiler: Sledge's prisoners]] who joined up with Galaxy Warriors after he repaired their ship.
----
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Toward Brax, who doesn't appreciate the multiple fan letters she sent him.
* AdaptationalPersonalityChange: Her Sentai counterpart, Ariake no Kata is not a SocialDarwinist, but a [[ItsAllAboutMe selfish]] and [[VanityIsFeminine vain]] {{Narcissist}} who [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes loves Mangetsu as much as a mother would love her son]], even though Mangetsu himself is an EnfantTerrible.
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: In ''Ninninger'', Mangetsu was the son of Ariake no Kata and Gengetsu, and she was very loving towards him. Here, they are not related (in fact, [[spoiler:they originate from separate dimensions]]), and Badonna is instead an overbearing {{Fangirl}} toward Brax.
* CombatHandFan: In battle, she wields a fan capable of firing energy blasts at the Rangers.
* IFightForTheStrongestSide: Feels she can serve Odius better than [[spoiler: being Sledge's prisoner, even proving her loyalty by revealing to Odius why Sledge really wants the asteroid - for the Super Ninja Steel, thus allowing Odius to preemptively take the Ninja Steel for herself while letting Sledge believe the asteroid still has it.]].
* LaserGuidedKarma: In "Reaching The Nexus". [[spoiler:After kidnapping Victor and Monty and forcing them to be clowns, she and Cosmo are blown up when Victor and Monty throw the explosives they were made to juggle with right back at them.]]
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: In ''Ninninger'', she was Gengetsu's wife and Mangetsu's mother. Here, she never even ''met'' Galvanax, and is a huge fan of Brax rather than his mother.

!! Lord Draven
-->'''Voiced by''': Rajneel Singh

The main villain of the special episode ''Dimensions in Danger''.
----
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: [[spoiler:The last of the "Mega Arrows" he intended to use to destroy the barriers between dimensions ended up being used to finish him.]]
* MultiversalConqueror: His goal is to break down the barriers between dimensions and conquer them all.
* TwoFaced: The right and left sides of his body have different designs.

!!Brax
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

A famous fighter of at least 12 Solar Systems, Brax and General Tynamon were summoned by Madame Odius to defeat the Power Rangers.
----
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul: In ''Ninninger'', Mangetsu was the son of Ariake no Kata and Gengetsu. In ''Power Rangers'', he's just a general with no family relationship between the two.
* BashBrothers: With Gorrox.
* {{BFS}}: Wields a huge barbarian like sword.
* TheDreaded: The strongest of the generals, and before "Doom Signal", he bested the Rangers in most of their matches.
* FamousLastWords: "I'm sorry, Badonna! I failed!"
* UnrelatedInTheAdaptation: In ''Ninninger'', Mangetsu was the son of Ariake no Kata and Gengetsu, and half-brother of Kyuemon Izayoi. Here, he never even ''met'' Galvanax, and just works on Galaxy Warriors as a contestant under Odius and Badonna rather than being related to them.
* WoundedGazelleGambit: He pretends to be weak during his first fight against the Rangers in order to make them overconfident the next time they fight. And it worked.

!!General Tynamon
-->'''Voiced by''': Estevez Gillespie

The manager of Brax, the two were called in by Madame Odius to defeat the Power Rangers. He has a big secret that he doesn't want anybody to know about.
----
* DarkSecret: In "Prepare to Fail", Badonna claimed to know a secret about him that he wouldn't want anyone else to know about. [[spoiler:"Magic Misfire" reveals that Tynamon is actually a very small monster operating a [[MobileSuitHuman robotic suit]] created in his image.]]
* DemotedToExtra: Somewhat downplayed, but his Sentai counterpart, Maskage Tsugomori, was one of the main members of the Ninninger villain group (his place being essentially usurped by Cosmo Royale) and lasted far longer due to being introduced immediately after the death of Ripcon's counterpart.
* FamousLastWords: "NO! NOO!! I made a big mistake!"
* MeaningfulName: [[spoiler:"Tynamon" sounds like a warped version of "tiny man". He is ultimately revealed to be a miniscule creature operating a human-sized suit.]]
* VoiceChangeling: In "Happy to Be Me", he swaps voices with Levi in order to activate the stolen Fusion Star.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Foot soldiers]]
!!Kudabots

The standard robotic {{Mook}}s that serve aboard the Warrior Dome. Armed with spiky spears.

* AllAsiansWearConicalStrawHats: Their hats are designed after feudal Japanese footsoldiers.
* AscendedExtra: Retired very early on in Ninninger, but persisted throughout Ninja Steel.
* BladeOnAStick: They carry spears.
* BoomStick: Spears that [[StuffBlowingUp blow stuff up]]!

!!Basher Bots

More powerful robotic soldiers that serve Galvanax. Armed with large forked swords.

* CoolSword: Armed with pronged swords (sort of combining a sword and a Satsumata, another kind of BladeOnAStick.
* {{Oni}}: They ditch the hats for a more Japanese-ogre-like appearance. Other than that, they’re the same as Kudabots.

!!Foxbots
Special robotic soldiers directly under the command of the Galactic Ninjas.

* FusionDance: Odius's magic combines four of them into her Foxtron Zord.

!!Skullgators
Giant creatures armed with pick-like weapons that get sent out to battle the Zords if the Monster Of The Week doesn't get enough support from the Galaxy Warriors audience.

* {{BFS}}: Two of them combine into a single sword for an enlarged Ripcon to use. However, it winds up breaking back apart into its component Skullgators after the Ninja Fusion Zord is formed and brings out ''its'' [=BFS=] against them.
* TheBrute: As villains who rely on physical abilities.
* CoolSword: Two of them can ''become'' one of these.
* DemBones: Per the name, they're essentially made up of bones.
* DumbMuscle: They're pretty much just brute force with no strategy.
* {{Kaiju}}: A naturally giant species of monster which get sent down to fight the Megazords from time to time.
* MoreTeethThanTheOsmondFamily: They're about as toothy as the Greenzillas from ''Series/PowerRangersDinoCharge''.

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Galaxy Warriors Contestants]]
!!Lavagor

A warrior who was briefly seen fighting Korvaka.

* FlatCharacter: He doesn't have much character, not even any speaking lines. He just shows up to be destroyed.
* PropRecycling: His suit was originally used as Venjix's first body in Power Rangers RPM.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: He is revealed in episode 4 to have an identical brother.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Is only seen on screen for a brief fight before being destroyed.

!!Korvaka
->'''Voiced by''': Tim Raby

The first warrior sent to Earth by Galvanax to retrieve the Ninja Nexus Prism from Brody Romero.

* CatsAreMean: If he's supposed to be a cat just like Mig, then he's definitely this.
* CurbStompBattle: Gives one to Brody before he became a ranger. Of course, this turns the other way around once Brody, Preston and Sarah retrieve their Power Stars.
* MythologyGag: He is said to be the champion of the Ninninger Galaxy, a reference to ''Series/ShurikenSentaiNinninger'', the Sentai which Ninja Steel is adapted from.
* PropRecycling: His suit was originally used for the cyborg form of the Fearcat Mig from ''Series/PowerRangersOperationOverdrive''. His sword belonged to another Fearcat by the name of Benglo.
* StarterVillain: Is the first monster to be fought by the rangers while morphed.

!!Ripperrat
->'''Voiced by''': Adrian Smith

A weasel monster with chainsaw-like claws sent to Earth to retrieve the Ninja Power Stars and the first monster to fight all five core Ninja Steel Rangers.

* {{Expy}}: Of Jason Voorhees. He wields two chainsaw claws and the pattern of his armor strongly resembles a hockey mask, even donning some red markings that resemble those on Jason's mask.
* RazorWind: One of his main attacks.
* {{Sadist}}: He really enjoys and emphasizes the idea of inflicting pain upon the rangers.
* SchrodingersCast: In Ninninger, the ranger's Zords formed together into Shuriken Gattai Shurikenjin (the Ninja Steel Megazord) to destroy Ripperrat's Sentai counterpart. As the Megazord wasn't to appear until the next episode, Ripperrat only fought the ranger's individual zords and was destroyed by a combined blast from the ranger's Ninja Blasters. The show worked around this by giving Ripperrat an identical twin brother, Trapsaw, and used the Megazord footage for ''his'' death in a later episode.

!!Spinferno
->'''Voiced by''': Greg Ward

A fire themed monster donning roller skates.

* ZeroPercentApprovalRating: The audience was completely dissatisfied with his performance, which led to him not being allowed to grow giant.
* BackFromTheDead: Is one of four monsters to fight the rangers as ghosts in Ninja Steel's Halloween special.
* PlayingWithFire: Most of his attacks revolve around him shooting fire.
* {{Pride}}: He's very egotistical and full of himself. Ultimately this is what led to his downfall.
* SchrodingersCast: In Ninninger, he was killed off by Ripcon's Sentai counterpart as opposed to being destroyed normally by the rangers. Since this would probably come off as confusing, he was instead destroyed by a combined attack from the rangers in Ninja Steel.
* SuperSpeed: One of his main abilities.
* TooDumbToLive: He didn't seem a bit suspicious that Calvin offered him his Power Star if he could simply beat him in a race, nor did he notice that Calvin slowed down halfway through. And ultimately this leads to him being ambushed and destroyed by the other rangers.

!!Slogre
->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

A kappa/fire extinguisher monster that can create a mist that makes people move more slowly.

* TheAce: Is hyped up by Galvanax to be this.
* AmbiguousDisorder: His Cloudcukoolander tendencies along with sounding nearly on the verge of tears before being destroyed implies he could suffer from emotional instability. The fact that he mentions having a therapist at one point doesn't help either.
* BackFromTheDead: Is one of four monsters to fight the rangers as ghosts in Ninja Steel's Halloween special.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: He's rather odd in nature. He's tends to act goofy and child-like around his opponents and does strange things such as make odd noises while stealing the ranger's Ninja Power Stars.
* {{Flight}}: Achieved by using the extra nozzles to propel himself like one would use a rocket pack.
* HilariousInHindsight: The monster before him, Spinferno, is a fire themed monster who was known for his speed. Slogre is a fire extinguisher monster that can slow people down.
* {{Kappa}}: What he's based on.
* NearVillainVictory: Was probably the most successful monster up to this point, almost getting away with three Ninja Power Stars.

!!Tangleweb
->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

A spider themed monster that can consume and trap people and things in the container on his back.

* BigEater: Ate a Kudabot prior to his introduction. Also one of the reasons he attacked the rangers was because of his big appetite.
* FamousLastWords: "Down came the Rangers and washed the spider out!"
* FatBastard: He's noticeably a bit shorter and pudgier compared to the other contestants.
* GiantSpider: Very much so. Even moreso after he's Gigantified.
* MultiArmedAndDangerous: It comes with being a spider monster.
* NearVillainVictory: If it wasn't for Calvin, he would have gotten away with a full stomach and four Ninja Power Stars.
* {{Sizeshifter}}: Could shink himself to the size of an ordinary spider, even able to keep the strength of his normal sized form. His VacuumMouth attack could also be considered this.
* VacuumMouth: Can turn into a large cloud-like vortex to suck up and eat what or whomever may be in his way.

!!Badpipes
->'''Voiced by''': Kelson Henderson

A Scottish Tengu monster that can hypnotize people using his bagpipes.

* BizarreAlienBiology: He has a clarinet shaped nose that he plays his bagpipes with.
* BraveScot: Is Scottish and not afraid to fight the rangers.
* FacialHorror: His nose is ripped right off his face and crushed by the Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord.
* FamousLastWords: "This is a real bum note!"
* MindControlMusic: The music from his bagpipes make his victims do whatever he wants. He demonstrates this on Cosmo and a group of Kudabots by making them dance in front of the Galaxy Warriors audience. He later uses this against the rangers to try to force them to give him their Power Stars.
* NoSell: His music doesn't work on Kody, or Redbot.
* PinocchioNose: Can extend his nose out as an attack when he went giant. This gets crushed when the Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord's trunk coiled around it when he tries it a second time.
* {{Tengu}}: The monster he's based off of.
* WeaponOfChoice: His bagpipes. Later uses a fan after the bagpipes are destroyed.

!!Hacktrack
->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

A satellite dish monster that steals Sarah's cloning technology in order to make clones of Galvanax.

* AmbiguousRobots: While he has a somewhat natural appearance, his voice sometimes has a robotic tone to it and glitches out at times, he emits beeping and buzzing sounds constantly, and he short circuits a few times, most notably when he was tricked into stealing a virus, afterwards stating that he needed to reboot.
* BackFromTheDead: Is one of four monsters to fight the rangers as ghosts in Ninja Steel's Halloween special.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Kind of a villainous example. He doesn't come off as much of a {{Jerkass}} compared to other monsters in the season. Doesn't change that he's loyal to a crazed alien gladiator that wants the rangers' source of power regardless of the cost.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: He has a silly and somewhat innocent demeanor. Despite this, he is still evil and a dangerous threat to the rangers.
* CloneArmy: Created eight giant clones of Galvanax that were just as strong as the real Galvanax. The only way to stop them was to destroy Hacktrack's cloning technology.
* VerbalTic: His voice glitches out, causing him to stutter and repeat words.
-->'''Hacktrack''': I need to reboot... bootbootbootboot...\\
'''Hacktrack''': I'm back online and I'll make you pay for w-w-what you di-zzt-did!

!!Stonedozer
->'''Voiced by''': Phil Brown

A hulking rock and bulldozer monster who creates a chain of massive earthquakes in Summer Cove.

* BizarreAlienBiology: While the padding on his legs and feet could be seen as boots, his claw and scoop arms seem to be physically attached to his body. It's unknown if they're natural or cybernetics that replaced Stonedozer's real arms.
* BodyHorror: Referring back to Stonedozer's BizarreAlienBiology, he could be seen as this if his arms actually are thought of as cybernetic replacements.
* EarthquakeMachine: His main ability makes him this. Also helps that he appears to be part machine.
* GeniusBruiser: Despite his brutish demeanor, he seems to be as intelligent as most of the contestants sent after the rangers.
* {{Jerkass}}: He has no qualms against destroying a large stadium, potentially killing many innocent bystanders who had nothing to do with his mission, just to get the Power Stars.
* NearVillainVictory: Not only almost got all six Power Stars, but almost ''killed'' the rangers at the same time.
* WouldHurtAChild: One of Levi's young fans was almost crushed by a piece of the falling stadium that Stonedozer destroyed.

!!Trapsaw
->'''Voiced by''': David Van Horn

Ripperrat's physically identical brother.

* BackFromTheDead: Is one of four monsters to fight the rangers as ghosts in Ninja Steel's Halloween special.
* {{Foil}}: To his brother Ripperrat. Ripperrat was sadistic, cunning, and intelligent, while Trapsaw is bumbling, absent-minded, and cowardly.
* DirtyCoward: He tries to flee most of the fights he instigated when the odds end up against him.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: He waves and calls out to his mother when he finally finds the Galaxy Warriors audience.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Two of his three traps wind up hitting ''him'' instead.
* IdiotBall: His dimwitted personality is apparent throughout the episode and is even quickly pointed out by Galvanax. Examples of his rather idiotic escapades include not being able to find the audience when Cosmo tried to introduce him as the next contestant, failing to demonstrate his trap ability by hitting himself in the head with an anvil, walking straight into his own trap after it failed to work on Brody, and even forgetting where he laid one of his traps.
* TrapMaster: He tries (and fails) to be this, with all three of his shown traps failing to hit their intended target.

!!Toxitea
->'''Voiced by''': Yvette Parsons

A tea and steam monster that poisons Brody.

* AdaptationalBadass: She is much more aggressive than her sentai counterpart.
* OminousFog: Is briefly seen creating a steam-like fog while fighting the rangers.
* PlayingWithFire: One of her attacks is shooting large (sometimes poisonous) fireballs at her opponents.
* PoisonousPerson: Her main ability and schtick revolves around her shooting poison.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her sentai counterpart, Yokai Enraenra, is a male.
* TakingTheBullet: She originally intended to poison Levi and Hayley, but hit Brody instead, who jumped in the way to defend Levi.

!!Shoespike

->'''Voiced by''': Rowan Bettjeman

A living sneaker monster who loves competition.

* AWolfInSheepsClothing: Disguises himself as a human runner under the name Bob Shoespike.
* AffectionateParody: Has a voice that sounds just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, though it's clearly not him.
* CollectorOfTheStrange: Turns losers into trophies for him to collect.
* CombatPragmatist: In a non combat example. During the three legged race with Brody, Levi, and Calvin, he switches out his Basherbot teammates with fake and light dummies, allowing him to run faster.
* {{Cyclops}}: Naturally, due to his Sentai counterpart being based off of a Yokai that is commonly depicted as one of these.
* FamousLastWords: "I thought I was a shoe-in to beat you!"
* MorphicResonance: The shirt worn by his human form has the same colors as his monster body.
* SuperSpeed: His main power is his immense and superhuman speed.
* UnsportsmanlikeGloating: His entire personality is centered around being a poor sport, often belittling those who lose to him and despises the idea of him losing. He also has a magic baton that makes others like this should they touch it.

!!Drillion
->'''Voiced by''': Joseph Wycoff

A lion and toolbox monster. He was originally Princess Viera's bodyguard, [[spoiler:but betrayed her in order to take the throne of the Lion Galaxy]].

* AdaptationSpeciesChange: He's a monkey in ''Ninninger'' instead of a lion. This is due to the Yokai he's based off of, Nue, commonly being depicted as a monkey.
* BodyguardBetrayal: [[spoiler:Betrays Viera when she proves to be "too soft".]]
* CurbStompBattle: Almost the entirety of the first episode he appears in is him basically beating the living crap out of the rangers.
* DragonWithAnAgenda: [[spoiler:He claims that he always viewed Viera as a weak ruler and fancied himself as a better ruler of the Lion Galaxy, showing that he planned to overthrow her long before Galvanax's interference]].
* FamousLastWords: "This is not a drill!"
* ImprobableWeaponUser: He uses a lot of construction tools for combat (wrench, drill, buzzsaw) but they are effective against the rangers.
* TheStarscream: [[spoiler:Planned on usurping the throne from Viera as he saw her to be too weak for the throne]].
* ThisIsADrill: Sports one on his right arm.
* WakeUpCallBoss: The first Galaxy Warrior to actually give the Rangers trouble, damage their weapons, and destroy the Ninja Fusion Zord. The only reason he doesn't destroy them here and now is because the Lion Fire Zord [[spoiler:piloted by Viera]] forces him to retreat.
* TheWorfEffect: Got hit by this once Brody got access to the Lion Fire Armor and the Lion Fire Zord.

!!Phonepanzee
->'''Voiced by''': Simon Mckinney

A chimpanzee and telephone monster that can imitate others' voices.

* BewareTheSillyOnes: As ridiculous as he looks, he put together a genuinely clever plan, and almost succeeded in capturing all the Rangers. [[spoiler:He only failed due to circumstances beyond his control, as he called Levi while pretending to be Hayley, unaware that Hayley was right next to him.]]
* BizarreAlienBiology: He appears to be organic, yet has a phone and dial physically attached to his body and a speaker poking out of his mouth.
* EverythingsBetterWithMonkeys: He's a chimpanzee and has the erratic behavior of one too.
* FamousLastWords: "I've been disconnected!"
* {{Gonk}}: A hunched, furry creature with no noticeable head or shoulders, strange rabbit-like ears, and a barely simian face stretched across his chest twisted in a goofy and somewhat creepy grin. Even for a monkey he looks weird.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: He calls Levi pretending to be Hayley [[spoiler: when Hayley was standing next to him the entire time]], which is what led to his plan falling apart.
* MakeMeWannaShout: He can produce a sonic shockwave that briefly immobilized the Rangers' Zords.
* VineSwing: He would swing on a vine to ambush the rangers and steal their Power Stars.
* VoiceChangeling: He could imitate a person's voice perfectly once he recorded a sample of it.

!!Cat O'Clock
->'''Voiced by''': Charlie [=McDermott=]

A cat and watch monster who can freeze people in time.

* AbsurdPhobia: Despite being a lumbering behemoth of a monster, he is still scared of dogs like a normal cat.
* AttackItsWeakPoint: To disable his time freezing powers, you need to destroy the source. [[spoiler:The clock on his chest.]]
* CatsAreMean: He is a cat and villain after all.
* FamousLastWords: "My entire plan has been an utter cat-tastrophe!"
* TimeStandsStill: Has a version of this as his main ability. While he can't make time itself stand still, he can put a spell on objects, which will freeze whomever touches them in time.
* TooDumbToLive: He all but outright told the Rangers that [[spoiler:the clock on his chest]] is the source of his powers and his weakness, which leads to his plan completely failing.
* VerbalTic: He tends to say 'meow meow' after his sentences.
** He also tends to hiss and growl when angry.

!!Abrakadanger
->'''Voiced by''': Murray Keane

A magician monster with various powerful spells.

* TheAce: Openly proud of his powerful and advanced magic skills. Even Preston acknowledges this.
* BalefulPolymorph: He turns Brody, Sarah and Calvin into a teddy bear, heart and rubber duck.
* TheBlank: He doesn't seem to have any form of face.
* BlownAcrossTheRoom: More like ''blown across the United States'', which is what he does to Levi using his magic.
* EvilSorcerer: A villain who is a master of various spells.
* FamousLastWords: "Now you see me, now you don't!"
* ImpossiblyCoolClothes: He wears a red robe and hood with various elaborate designing on it.
* MagicStaff: His main weapon is a staff that doubles as a witch's broom.
* TakenForGranite: Turns the Megazord into stone. [[spoiler:However Levi returned at the right time to stop the monster.]]

!!Forcefear
->'''Voiced by''': Darren Young

A monster who can create a powerful force field.

* DeflectorShields: His main ability is to create powerful force fields that strongly resemble brick walls.
* FamousLastWords: "I hit a wall!"
* PsychopathicManchild: His voice and personality are similar to that of a mischievous child instead of a monster.
* PintSizedPowerhouse: He's noticeably pretty small, appearing to be slightly shorter than Cosmo. Regardless he's still a fairly strong enemy for the rangers.
* ShoulderCannon: Has two that resemble railroad crossing gates stretching from his back.
* SuperToughness: Even when he isn't using his force field, Forcefear can easily shrug off the Rangers' attacks.
* WakeUpCallBoss: The first one since Drillion. Not only was he a fairly strong opponent, but absolutely none of the Rangers' attacks or initial weapons could break his force field.

!!Cleocatra
-->'''Voiced by''': Chelsea [=McEwan=] Miller

A cat and watch monster who can freeze people in time. ...again.

* DistaffCounterpart: Is female, though identical to the male Cat O'Clock.
* FamousLastWords: "And this was my ninth life!"
* KnowWhenToFoldEm: She tries to escape when her plan is foiled, though once Brody accidentally becomes giant, she doesn't hesitate to grow herself as well and attack him.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: Her time control device also has a gigantify option, since the Warrior Dome (still damaged from the previous episode's events) isn't up to firing the beam.
* {{Revenge}}: She wants to make the Rangers pay for the death of her cousin Cat O'Clock.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her sentai counterpart Mataneko was male, with the same voice actor as Cat O'Clock's counterpart Nekomata.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: A RunningGag this season, yet another monster who is an identical relative of a past monster.

!!Smellephant
-->'''Voiced by''': Stephen Brunton

An elephant monster that can find anything via smell.

* FamousLastWords: “All I smell is defeat!”
* TheNoseKnows: Can sniff out anything, including the Ninja Nexus Prism. Even if it's on another planet.
* SuperSenses: Has a heightened sense of smell.

!!Deceptron
-->'''Voiced by''': Mark Wright

A Frankenstein themed monster who can power himself up through lies.

* DemotedToExtra: In ''Ninninger'', he is one of the Western Yokai, a group of three powerful monsters who are based on European monsters as opposed to Japanese folklore.[[note]]Wolf Man was later adapted as Dreadwolf, and Dracula was later adapted as Fangore[[/note]] In Super Ninja Steel, he is just another monster of the week with no actual distinction over the other contestants.
* FamousLastWords: "Oh, no! The truth hurts!"
* FrankensteinsMonster: His Ninninger counterpart was themed after this.
* GeniusBruiser: He's one of the smarter contestants, and one of the larger and more powerful ones at that.
* LivingLieDetector: He knows exactly when someone is lying, which will power up his Bolt Blaster.
* MadeOfIron: Is very strong, and one of the harder enemies to take down.
* WeaponOfChoice: His Bolt Blaster, a flashlight shaped bolt on his stomach which fires purple bolt shaped energy, which he tries to use to disable the Rangers' Power Stars. It works until Calvin admits the truth, negating the specific lies that partially powered up the Bolt Blaster and making the bolts disappear.

!!Spyclops
-->'''Portrayed by''': Becky [=McEwan=]
-->'''Voiced by''': Teulia Blakely

A fountain pen/cyclops/umbrella themed monster that was sent to hypnotize Levi by posing as a human named Jess.

* AWolfInSheepsClothing: Disguises herself as a human named Jess.
* FamousLastWords: "This whirlwind really blows!"
* IronicEcho: While Spyclops is disguised as a human, Victor continually tries to woo her, and after his latest attempt, he asks "Am I your type now? Be honest." Spyclops responds by turning back into her true form and asking the same question back at him, who promptly gets scared off by her terrifying appearance.
* ShesAManInJapan: Her sentai counterpart, Yokai Kasabake, is a male.

!!Doomwave
-->'''Voiced by''': Adrian Smith

An inflatable raft/wave/octopus themed monster sent to cause a tsunami to flood Summer Cove.

* BladeOnAStick: Wields one.
* FamousLastWords: "I've got a sinking feeling!"
* ShockAndAwe: Can shoot lightning bolts from his eyes.

!!Game Goblin
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

A lawnmower themed monster that sends the rangers to his own video game to steal their Power Stars.

* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Can inflict this with his "Controller Beam". At least until he was gigantified.
* FamousLastWords: "Are you using cheat codes?!?!....Oh, no!"

!!Galactic Ninjas

A group of four monsters summoned by Badonna to take on the Power Rangers. They are Wolvermean, Speedwing, Rygore, and Venoma.

!!! General Tropes
* AdaptedOut: So far, Kuroari's ''Super Ninja Steel'' counterpart has not been seen. [[note]]In Ninninger, Venoma's counterpart was a previously unknown fifth member of the group who appeared after this arc had ended. The insect member of this quartet was instead an ant.[[/note]]
* AnimalMotifs: All of them are based on an animal.
* BeePeople: Venoma.
* FeatheredFiend: Speedwing.
* PsychoRangers: Of a sort. They have their own ninja abilities to counter against the Power Rangers' abilities. They could also be compared to the Five Fingers of Poison from [[Series/PowerRangersJungleFury Jungle Fury]].
* QuirkyMinibossSquad: A themed team of ninjas, each interested in pushing the rangers to their limits with their own unique ninja powers.
* RhinoRampage: Rygore.
* UnwittingPawn: They were hired by Odius supposedly to destroy the Rangers. [[spoiler:In truth, Odius wants the Rangers to destroy ''them'' so she can collect their Ninja medallions.]]
* WickedWeasel: Wolvermean.

!!!Wolvermean
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

The wolverine themed leader of the Galactic Ninjas and self-proclaimed "Thief of Memories."

* AdaptationSpeciesChange: In ''Ninninger'' Wolvermean is a badger. Here, he's a Wolverine.
* AscendedExtra: In ''Ninninger'', he is just another member of his counterpart's ninja clan and has no known authority over his comrades,[[note]]The clan was instead led by Odius' counterpart.[[/note]] while in Super Ninja Steel, he is the undisputed leader of the Galactic Ninjas.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: Arguably this for the Galactic Ninjas arc. Despite being the leader, he is the third out of the four members to be killed, with Venoma lasting a couple episodes longer than him. He's also the ''first'' to be fought, and lose his medallion, so he spent most of his time in a state where he's known to be weaker than his compatriots. He ''does,'' however, remain a force to be reckoned with when he returns to the battlefield.
* EpicFlail: Can use his shield attached to his chained ax.
** AnAxeToGrind: Attached with a chain at the end of its handle.
** LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: It even has razors all around.
* FamousLastWords: “Curse you Odius, you treacherous, wicked witch!”
* InTheBack: [[spoiler:How Odius kills him during his second giant battle, with the katana from her Foxatron.]]
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: Can steal people's memories in the form of orbs.
* JackOfAllTrades: Although he isn't overpowering, Wolvermean is effective in all areas of combat. His chain has enough power and versatile range, skilled enough in ninjutsu, quick enough to blindside half of the team and steal almost all of their memories, and his shield is useful for close range combat and defense.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler: Is stabbed in the back by Odius using her Foxatron Zord due to him taking too long to destroy the Rangers and their new Ninja Blaze Megazord.]]
* NotQuiteDead: [[spoiler: He survives the Ninja Ultrazord's attack and swears revenge before returning to the Warrior Dome.]]

!!!Speedwing
-->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

A falcon themed Galactic Ninja and self-proclaimed "fastest ninja alive."

* FamousLastWords: "You've made quick work of me!"
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Brody accidentally stuck Speedwing's own Speed Power Star from behind, making his speed uncontrollable and falling into the rangers line of attack.
* IronyAsSheIsCast: Ian Hughes previously voiced Slowgre.
* LightningBruiser: It's no wonder he names himself the fastest Galactic Ninja. His speed, even when reduced, is still fast enough to run circles around the rangers. That doesn't ignore his strength and defense. He can knock out the Rangers with just a sword slash, has enough range to keep his opponents at bay, and can deflect elemental ninjutsu with little difficulty. The only way the Rangers win is through [[HoistByHisOwnPetard making him unable to control his own speed star]].
* SuperSpeed: With his Speed Power Star.
* ToothyBird: His mouth resembles a bird's beak, but also has teeth.

!!!Rygore
-->'''Voiced by''': Charlie [=McDermott=]

A Rhino themed Galactic Ninja and self-proclaimed "Master of Surprise attacks and Strategy."

* EvilGenius: Claims to be the Galactic Ninja of strategy and surprise attacks, but is more like TheBrute except with more creative attacks.
* FamousLastWords: "I just need one more roll of the dice!"
* GeniusBruiser: He claims that he is the master of surprise attacks and strategy. What we saw of him, however, is using a dice to create attacks, making his earlier claim an...
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: The Rangers defeat him by creating a new strategy with their clones to overwhelm him with a new attack while he's busy trying to spin the dice and when he grows giant, his focus on that distracts him from the Rangers just deciding to finish him off already.
* InformedAbility: The "master of surprise attacks and strategy" is anything but. Because he chooses his attack with a roll of the dice, the Rangers can't guess his attacks because even ''he'' can't, not strategy but random chance. Also, having to wait for the dice to land and then begin his attacks makes him ''anything but'' a master of ''surprise'' attacks. He meets his end the ''instant'' it occurs to the Rangers to just blast him before he can do all that.

!!!Venoma
-->'''Voiced by''': Aidee Walker

A bee/wasp themed Galactic Ninja and self-proclaimed "Ninja of Dangerous Love."

* CupidsArrow: She can fire arrows that can cause anybody to fall in love with the first person they saw. Her and Madame Odius' plan is to make the Rangers fall in love with her, which would be easy to collect the Power Stars from them.
* DarkChick: The only female ninja in the Galactic Ninjas.
* FamousLastWords: "The Galactic Ninjas are no more!"
* LastOfTheirKind: After Wolvermean's death, she becomes the last Galactic Ninja the Rangers have to face.
* TheWorfEffect: Got hit by this in Episode 9 due to Madame Odius holding onto her medallion for Foxatron. However, with it, she becomes a force to be reckoned with.

!!Dreadwolf
-->'''Voiced by''': Emmet Skilton

A wolf themed monster who can turn people into werewolves using his Cursed Claws.

* DemotedToExtra: Like Deceptron before him, his Sentai counterpart was one of three Western Yokai in ''Ninninger'', and was also directly responsible for murdering Starninger's father and brother. In Super Ninja Steel he has no direct backstory with any of the other rangers.
* FamousLastWords: "You've scratched me out!"
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: Can turn people into werewolves if they are struck by one of his claws. Slowly becoming increasingly savage, they remain as werewolves until the claw is removed.
* SavageWolves: A wolf like monster with a cruel and vicious personality to boot.

!!Blammo
-->'''Voiced by''': Tarun Mohanbhai

A barbell themed monster who was arrested for 73 unauthorized uses of explosives. He was sent down to use his bombs to destroy the Power Rangers.

* {{Gonk}}: He has a gray, shrivelled-up face set in a [[PerpetualFrowner perpetual frown]]. When Sheriff Skyfire shows the Rangers his "wanted" poster, Sarah calls him "the ugliest monster [she's] ever seen".

!!Typeface
-->'''Voiced by''': Andrew Faulkner

A keyboard themed monster with a powerful computer virus.

* EyeBeams: From the spacebar eyes.
* FamousLastWords: "I should have backed myself up!"
* TeleportSpam: By pressing the spacebar, he moves himself through space. You'd think that'd be the "escape" key instead...

!!Voltipede
-->'''Voiced by''': Andrew Faulkner

A millipede electric monster sent down to zap the electricity of cars in Summer Cove.

* FamousLastWords: "Oh, no! A shocking defeat!"
* ShockAndAwe: Fitting for his name, he has electricity based powers

!!Megamauler
-->'''Voiced by''': Jeremy Birchall

A steamroller-skeleton monster created by Tynamon by fusing six Skullgators together with the stolen Fusion Star.

* AdaptationalIntelligence: Downplayed; while he's no genius, he's still smarter than his Sentai counterpart, who was DumbMuscle of the highest order.
* DemBones: Makes sense given what he was created from.
* FusionDance: Created by joining six Skullgators together.
* TheJuggernaut: He overwhelmed the Ninja Steel Megazord with ease, and was too strong for the Blaze Megazord to hold off for long. It took the new Blaze Ultrazord combination to finally bring him down.
* OneOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: He is the only monster so far this season that was created, and not an already existing contestant.
* OurGiantsAreBigger: Most monsters are usually the same size or shorter than the Megazord while giant. Megamauler, on the other hand, seems to massively tower over both the Ninja Steel Megazord and Blaze Megazord. Even when seen next to the Blaze Ultrazord, which is also very massive, Megamauler still looks slightly bigger.

!!Gorrox
-->'''Portrayed by''': Michael Saccente
-->'''Voiced by''': Jay Simon

A pirate-bull monster sent down to hold auditions for Madame Odius' new show.

* AWolfInSheepsClothing: Disguises himself as a producer.
* BashBrothers: With Brax.

!!Snow Fright
-->'''Voiced by''': Sarah Hart

A snow/shaved ice maker themed monster that is one of Sledge's outlaws.

* AnIcePerson
* BladeOnAStick: Wields one as her main weapon.
* FamousLastWords: "I didn't have a snowball’s chance!"

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Gruesome Grunts]]

The main antagonists of Super Ninja Steel's halloween special. A group of seven monsters who swap bodies with the rangers in hopes that they would be destroyed in the Halloween Intergalactic Court.

!!Versix
-->'''Voiced by''': Jay Simon

The leader of the Gruesome Grunts who swaps the bodies of his underlings with the rangers.

* DrivenByEnvy: He despises Odius and Galaxy Warriors. His goal is to have the Power Rangers vaporized in the courtroom so that he and his crew could become more popular than Odius.
* FreakyFridayFlip: Swaps the bodies of the other Gruesome Grunts with the rangers.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: Is able to make himself grow using his magical staff.

!!Ackshun
-->'''Voiced by''': Gareth Williams

A movie/camera themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Brody's.

* CanonImmigrant: His suit is from ''Series/ZyudenSentaiKyoryuger'' instead of ''Ninninger'', and was the only Debo Monster to not be adapted into ''Series/PowerRangersDinoCharge''.

!!Stabberous
-->'''Voiced by''': Emmet Skilton

A knife/lobster themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Preston's.

!!Fangore
-->'''Voiced by''': Stephen Brunton

A vampire themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Calvin's.

* DemotedToExtra: He was one of three Western Yokai alongside Deceptron and Dreadwolf in ''Ninninger''. Arguably the one that was hit the worst by this, as while the former two were still main threats in their respective episodes, Fangore is nothing more than a minor villain, with the main antagonist role for the special belonging to Versix.
* VampiresHateGarlic: Is absolutely disgusted by garlic as most vampires. This weakness even transfers to Calvin after the two swap bodies.

!!Plasmora
-->'''Voiced by''': Lauren Jackson

A vampire/demon themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Sarah's.

!!Jabberon
-->'''Voiced by''': Daisy Lawless

A mouth themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Hayley's.

!!Shelldax
-->'''Voiced by''': Jeremy Birchall

A turtle/shell themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Levi's.

!!Brody Romero[=/=]Ninja Steel Red II

->'''Portrayed by''': Will Shewfelt

[[Characters/PowerRangersNinjaSteelHeroes Heroes]]

->'''Portrayed by''': Peter Sudarso

->'''Portrayed by''': Nico Greetham

* BattleCouple: With Hayley.

->'''Portrayed by''': Zoe Robins

* OfficialCouple: With Calvin.
* SecondEpisodeIntroduction: She and Calvin only make a minor appearance in the first episode, their real introduction is in the second one when they get their powers.

!!Sarah Thompson[=/=]Ninja Steel Pink

->'''Portrayed by''': Chrysti Ane

->'''Portrayed by''': Jordi Webber

* NiceHat: His cowboy hat.
* NinjaPirateRobotZombie: He's a cowboy ninja singer.

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Allies]]
!!Redbot

->'''Portrayed by''': Kohji Mimura

->'''Portrayed by''': Kelson Henderson

* IncrediblyLamePun: His full name.

->'''Portrayed by''': Chris Reid

* AlliterativeName: '''Vi'''ctor '''Vi'''ncent.
* DisqualificationInducedVictory:
* ItsAllAboutMe:

!!Monty

->'''Portrayed by''': Caleb Bendit

* NerdGlasses: Sports a pair.

->'''Portrayed by''': Mike Edward

->'''Portrayed by''': Ruby Love

--> '''Voiced by''': Mark Mitchinson

->'''Portrayed by''': Jason Faunt

->'''Portrayed by''': Jason David Frank

->'''Portrayed by''': Steve Cardenas

!!T.J. Johnson

->'''Portrayed by''': Selwyn Ward

The Blue Space Ranger and former Red Turbo Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.

!!Trent Fernandez-Mercer

->'''Portrayed by''': Jeffery Parrazo

The White Dino Thunder Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.
* TheUnreveal: There's no explanation on how he managed to regain his powers.

!!Gemma

->'''Portrayed by''': Li Ming Hu

->'''Portrayed by''': Steven Skyler

The Gold Samurai Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.

!!Gia Moran

->'''Portrayed by''': Ciarra Hanna

The Yellow Megaforce Ranger.

* BadassInDistress: Was one of the Rangers captured by Lord Draven.

!!Koda

->'''Portrayed by''': Yoshi Sudarso

The Blue Dino Charge Ranger.

* InTheHood: He, along with Gemma and Wes, appear in cloaks to help the Rangers unlock the Blaze Zords.

[[Characters/PowerRangersNinjaSteelVillains Villains]]

-->'''Ripcon''': That's my mother you're talking about.

* LargeHam: But of course.

->'''Portrayed by''': Nick Beckwith

!!Badonna
->'''Voiced by''': Marissa Stott

!! Lord Draven
-->'''Voiced by''': Rajneel Singh

!!Brax
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

* BashBrothers: With Gorrox.
* {{BFS}}: Wields a huge barbarian like sword.
* TheDreaded: The strongest of the generals, and before "Doom Signal", he bested the Rangers in most of their matches.
* FamousLastWords: "I'm sorry, Badonna! I failed!"

-->'''Voiced by''': Estevez Gillespie

* BladeOnAStick: They carry spears.

!!Korvaka
->'''Voiced by''': Tim Raby

!!Ripperrat
->'''Voiced by''': Adrian Smith

!!Spinferno
->'''Voiced by''': Greg Ward

!!Slogre
->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

* {{Kappa}}: What he's based on.
* NearVillainVictory: Was probably the most successful monster up to this point, almost getting away with three Ninja Power Stars.

!!Tangleweb
->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

!!Badpipes
->'''Voiced by''': Kelson Henderson

!!Hacktrack
->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

-->'''Hacktrack''': I need to reboot... bootbootbootboot...\\
'''Hacktrack''': I'm back online and I'll make you pay for w-w-what you di-zzt-did!

!!Stonedozer
->'''Voiced by''': Phil Brown

!!Trapsaw
->'''Voiced by''': David Van Horn

!!Toxitea
->'''Voiced by''': Yvette Parsons

!!Shoespike

->'''Voiced by''': Rowan Bettjeman

* FamousLastWords: "I thought I was a shoe-in to beat you!"

!!Drillion
->'''Voiced by''': Joseph Wycoff

->'''Voiced by''': Simon Mckinney

* FamousLastWords: "I've been disconnected!"

->'''Voiced by''': Charlie [=McDermott=]

->'''Voiced by''': Murray Keane

!!Forcefear
->'''Voiced by''': Darren Young

A monster who can create a powerful force field.

* DeflectorShields: His main ability is to create powerful force fields that strongly resemble brick walls.
* FamousLastWords: "I hit a wall!"

!!Cleocatra
-->'''Voiced by''': Chelsea [=McEwan=] Miller

-->'''Voiced by''': Stephen Brunton

!!Deceptron
-->'''Voiced by''': Mark Wright

!!Spyclops
-->'''Portrayed by''': Becky [=McEwan=]
-->'''Voiced by''': Teulia Blakely

!!Doomwave
-->'''Voiced by''': Adrian Smith

An inflatable raft/wave/octopus themed monster sent to cause a tsunami to flood Summer Cove.

* BladeOnAStick: Wields one.
* FamousLastWords: "I've got a sinking feeling!"
* ShockAndAwe: Can shoot lightning bolts from his eyes.

!!Game Goblin
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

* BeePeople: Venoma.
* FeatheredFiend: Speedwing.
* RhinoRampage: Rygore.
* UnwittingPawn: They were hired by Odius supposedly to destroy the Rangers. [[spoiler:In truth, Odius wants the Rangers to destroy ''them'' so she can collect their Ninja medallions.]]
* WickedWeasel: Wolvermean.

!!!Wolvermean
-->'''Voiced by''': Jamie Linehan

-->'''Voiced by''': Ian Hughes

!!!Rygore
-->'''Voiced by''': Charlie [=McDermott=]

!!!Venoma
-->'''Voiced by''': Aidee Walker

!!Dreadwolf
-->'''Voiced by''': Emmet Skilton

!!Blammo
-->'''Voiced by''': Tarun Mohanbhai

!!Typeface
-->'''Voiced by''': Andrew Faulkner

!!Voltipede
-->'''Voiced by''': Andrew Faulkner

A millipede electric monster sent down to zap the electricity of cars in Summer Cove.

* FamousLastWords: "Oh, no! A shocking defeat!"
* ShockAndAwe: Fitting for his name, he has electricity based powers

!!Megamauler
-->'''Voiced by''': Jeremy Birchall

!!Gorrox
-->'''Portrayed by''': Michael Saccente
-->'''Voiced by''': Jay Simon

A pirate-bull monster sent down to hold auditions for Madame Odius' new show.

* AWolfInSheepsClothing: Disguises himself as a producer.
* BashBrothers: With Brax.

!!Snow Fright
-->'''Voiced by''': Sarah Hart

A snow/shaved ice maker themed monster that is one of Sledge's outlaws.

* AnIcePerson
* BladeOnAStick: Wields one as her main weapon.
* FamousLastWords: "I didn't have a snowball’s chance!"

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Gruesome Grunts]]

The main antagonists of Super Ninja Steel's halloween special. A group of seven monsters who swap bodies with the rangers in hopes that they would be destroyed in the Halloween Intergalactic Court.

!!Versix
-->'''Voiced by''': Jay Simon

!!Ackshun
-->'''Voiced by''': Gareth Williams

-->'''Voiced by''': Emmet Skilton

A knife/lobster themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Preston's.

!!Fangore
-->'''Voiced by''': Stephen Brunton

!!Plasmora
-->'''Voiced by''': Lauren Jackson

A vampire/demon themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Sarah's.

!!Jabberon
-->'''Voiced by''': Daisy Lawless

A mouth themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Hayley's.

!!Shelldax
-->'''Voiced by''': Jeremy Birchall

A turtle/shell themed Gruesome Grunt whose body is swapped with Levi's.

This bomb is different and far more destructive than the one that Sledge survived, since the last one only damaged his ship. But this one blew up the whole Warrior Dome, so there's no way he could've survived.

* UncertainDoom: The rangers claim the bomb took him out. But considering he survived two of them blowing up in his face previously, it's a little hard to take their word at face value.
