A popular boy from Garou's childhood who often bullied him.

Sourface was once a disciple of Bang, but left after Garou's rampage in the dojo. Sometime afterwards, he created the Sourface Style Martial Arts and started his own dojo. He falls for Saitama's disguise and believes he is Charanko.

* DirtyCoward[=/=]LovableCoward: He falls mostly in the former category, but he doesn't abandon people. While Bang and Bomb see forming a dojo as a noble past time, Sourface never technically finished his training with Bang. This is something that even an amateur like Saitama realizes and calls him out on. He fails to understand the point until after the Tournament. He and the other tournament losers [[spoiler:who refused to become monsters]] were still too terrified and weak to make a difference. They decide to follow the heroes to the Monster Association, but become paralyzed by fear. Suiryu says they aren't ready yet to join them, but that he wants to become a hero too someday implying that, someday, Sourface and the others will be ready as well. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, we know from the Webcomic that Suiryu goes to the Neoheroes which are more corrupt and maybe outright evil compared to the Hero Association, so that might be where he drags the tournament goers to as well.]]
* DumbMuscle: Not really a genius. For example, when Saitama loses his wig, Sourface is the only guy who doesn't understand that was a disguise and Saitama is not Charanko.

* {{Gonk}}: His most noticeable feature is his taut face, strained to the point where it appears that he has been eating foods that were too sour, and a cleft chin.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Originally bullied Charanko and still acted quite roughly to him in the present (actually Saitama disguised as him) but also showed surprising consideration such as helping him tie his belt properly, defending him when he was being trash talked by Zakos and showing concern at the opponents he would face. Also, in the one match he participated in, he showed great sportsmanship and praised his defeated opponent.

* ArrogantKungFuGuy: He's both an allegedly major martial artist and also incredibly conceited towards his opposition, mocking "Charanko" at every opportunity as well as shooting jabs at Sourface. Turns out he's all bark and no bite, at least against Saitama.

* EveryoneHasStandards: Very arrogant, but [[spoiler:unlike few other fighters, he rejected eating monster cell, thus choosing to keep his humanity.]]

* {{Jerkass}}: He's a SpoiledBrat who seems to think it's a privilege for others to do things for him and can't spare a moment of thanks when they help him or save him. Eventually he becomes JerkWithAHeartInGold.

* KilledOffforReal: [[spoiler:Gets heavily beaten by Suiryu to a point of no chance of recovering, [[AssholeVictim not that many people will miss him.]]

Once his transformation completes, his first act is to brutally stomp Suiryu]].

* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler: He gets heavy wounds from robots's attack in most recent webcomic chapter, but he's able to say his last words of courage for Genos and give him a final upgrade.]]

* TokenFemale: The only female member participating at tournament in Super fight arc.

* BullyTurnedBuddy: Downplayed, he's not much of a "bully" but have acted very selfish towards Tareo. Despite that, he gets founded of hjm and at the end of an arc invites Tareo to his rich house.

* JerkWIthAHeartOfGold: Despite lying about other's kid location, he feels deeply saddened over it, and is seen weeping with joy upon seeing Tareo being rescued.
