Added DiffLines:

* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's annoying, selfish and impulsive, but he will ''occasionally'' PetTheDog, albeit in the most obnoxious manner possible.

Added DiffLines:

* MotiveDecay: In the original [[WesternAnimation/Birdman1967 Birdman]] cartoon, X was tasked to eliminate Birdman and swore to bring back the crest as proof. Now he's just focused getting the crest, and doesn't particularly care about killing Birdman.

* FailedASpotCheck: In the ending of "Attorney General", he fails to notice that [[spoiler:his wife Gigi was shot in the head in her chair]]. And in "Birdgirl of Guantanamole", he apparently hasn't seen the incredibly obvious surveillance camera X installed on his wall for a couple of ''years.''

It actually varies like him thinking that his client wearing a hair net was a key part except for the fact that he attacked customers viciously

* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: Downplayed. He's actually pretty competent and is probably one of the less eccentric characters of the cast. The only reason why he loses his cases are because they were unwinnable anyways (and, being the hero that he is, he refuses to turn clients away) either because [[FailureIsTheOnlyOption his clients were obviously guilty]] or [[NotHelpingYourCase they don't]] [[SurroundedByIdiots make their defense look good]].

Added DiffLines:

* OurPresidentsAreDifferent: In ''Harvey Birdman: Attorney General'', he's sworn into office as a pawn as part of some insidious conspiracy. Being a CloudCuckoolander, he fal's under the "President Lunatic" category of the trope. While he's lucid enough to know that he's too crazy to be president, he demonstrates this by launching a nuke on Washington just to give everyone a good enough reason to impeach him.
* PointyHairedBoss: When he's not [[BadBoss overworking Harvey or hitting on female employees]], he's presented as a total lunatic that makes brash decisions and other eccentric behaviors that stand out even in the WorldOfHam the show is set in.

* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: He does a Creator/JamesMason impression when he's not The Unintelligible.

Bi The Way is a disambiguation page, and therefore not a trope. Do not pothole or wick to Bi The Way.

* BiTheWay: Whilst he was married to Gigi at some point, and does repeatedly hit on women, he's also had sexual relationships with male characters.
