He gained the allegiance of [[TheDragon the mighty warlord]] [[TheGhost Ostragoth the Grim]], using his formidable armies to destroy the city of Zamarra (along with the Mage Order he belonged to) before taking over the continent. He is depleting the fire of the Fangs of Fury: the titular volcano powering the magic Dragon Statues making the city impregnable, the only threat to his forces. Time runs low before the city's defences fall, but the king and the Mage Order tasked one of their officers to thwart his plans...

* AntagonistAbilities: A powerful MagicKnight you cannot defeat in a straight fight, who can [[MakeMyMonsterGrow grow gigantic]] and cast vicious spells. [[spoiler: The volcano is indeed your only hope, not only against his forces but against him as well.]]

* EvilIsSexy: Downplayed, as Morgana is indeed beautiful but a bit too much on the wild side to be really alluring. The narration never mentions her to be as beautiful as other villainesses of the franchise.

** It can get even worse if you hit him with the HolyHandGrenade but fail your second Luck roll. He avoids the full force of the blast, but enough of it hits him so that he's not just a gigantic walking pile of Body Horrors, he's a gigantic walking pile of Body Horrors maimed by an explosion. You still have to fight him, but he's significantly weakened. His SKILL and STAMINA scores take a huge drop from their base totals.

* ClippedWingAngel: He becomes this if you attack him with a HolyHandGrenade and fail your second Luck test. He avoids the full explosion, but he's still badly mutilated and suffers a massive drop to his SKILL and STAMINA scores.

* DespotismJustifiesTheMeans: He coveted to control Khul and impose his twisted cult to everyone. He still does but what he would make of it after centuries of festering madness would be even uglier...

* FinalBoss: An enormously powerful foe with skill 14 stamina 32 (2 over the regular maximum in the former, 8 in the latter). You stand no chance without the [[InfinityPlusOneSword Trident of Skarlos]]. [[spoiler: It raises your skill scores and deals huge damage, and the Talisman of Loth costs him -1 skill. With both, you can defeat him quite easily. You also have means to destroy him without a fight or to drastically weaken him.]]

* ManipulativeBastard: He selected people in dire need of help knowing that they would be more receptive to his "teachings" and knew which buttons to push to make them the fanatical army confronting you.

* NinjaPirateZombieRobot: An EvilSorcerer slash HighPriest slash EvilutionaryBiologist slash TheUndead slash EldritchAbomination slash whatever...

* StuffBlowingUp: You can inflict this on him with a HolyHandGrenade. You need to succeed a LUCK test to hit him with it. If it hits him, you need to roll a second LUCK test. Being Lucky on the second test means you win automatically as Xakhaz takes the full-force blast and is blown to pieces. Being Unlucky on the second test means Xakhaz avoids the worst of the blast, but it still shreds a large part of him. You are forced to fight what's left of him, but he's now a ClippedWingAngel and lost a massive amount of both SKILL and STAMINA.

* UndeadAbomination: One of the most hideously twisted and atrocious undeads in fiction, being an undying soul incarnate in a huge EldritchAbomination of sewn-together corpses who can only function through dark magic of the foulest kind.

* KillItWithWater: As an undead, running water is deadly to Mortis. [[spoiler: If you destroy the Dam of Bones with the Charm of Unbinding, the released river sweeps him away and dusts him without fight.]]

* AuthorityGrantsAsskicking: Feior's fighting skills and deadly magic makes him the mightiest fighter in his army. While one of his officers is much better than him in battle, his powers keep him firmly on top.
