She's quite observant of her surroundings, and able to make astute judgement about other's personalities, her current situation, as well instantly deducing the nature of the Moon Cell and it's goal of picking the Victor of Holy Grail War and it's purpose just from some explanation, and she is able to see through [[BigBad Archimedes]] lies and deceit more easily than Nero was. But then, she was also keep believing that ''[[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder LU BU]]'' of all people, would be loyal towards her.

* MakeMeWannaShout: One of his combos has him yell a shockwave of force at an enemy.

* OhCrap: See DidntSeeThatComing to know her most prominent moments. If by chance you end up pitting Altera against [[BonusBoss Artoria]], Altera's dialogue to the latter is essentially this seeing how she very much remembers Excalibur and fears it with her life. Another subtle one is whenever she realizes that she's about to awaken as Sephyr or in her own route which she gets not too soon after realizing that she'll become Sephyr, she horribly understands ''why'' the humans have come to fear her. Archimedes somewhat lampshades this after Altera comes to see why she is feared.

* TheDreaded: A few Servants either ''fear'' her based on their brief suggestions to you if you decide to fight her as a BonusBoss or are surprised to see Artoria show up on the Moon Cell. Archer's tone when he tells you to avoid fighting Artoria and stay focused on defeating Ruler (on Nero's route or Free Battle on the required stage) has him break out of his DeadpanSnarker attitude as he ''knows'' how powerful Artoria is. Altera on the other hand doesn't really fear Artoria as much as she absolutely ''hates'' and ''fears'' her holy sword, Excalibur but she has a very ''strong'' reason for this. Likewise, Artoria is the only other sole Servant who Archimedes really doesn't want to see at all and doesn't want her to ruin his plans (Archer's final Side Story has Archer point out by intuition that Artoria has already started to ruin his plans the moment she arrived). On the other side, Gilgamesh is [[WorthyOpponent completely thrilled]] at seeing someone who he's known for two previous Holy Grail Wars.

* BoobsOfSteel: One of the best physical fighters amongst the female servants, and has the largest bust size.

* BoobsOfSteel: She's easily one of the strongest Servants in the game physically-wise (likely tied with Medusa in terms of female Servants) and rivals Medusa and Tamamo in terms of bust size.

* MemeticHandGesture: As part of her battle intro cutscene in ''Extella Link'', Tamamo makes the fox-head hand-sign, which is traditionally associated with ''kitsune''.

* DoesNotLikeShoes: The female Hakuno is inexplicably barefoot this time around. She does however wear footwear in ''Extella Link''.

* ContraltoOfDanger: She has a rather deep voice to match her power and skill.

** It seems this Gilgamesh has taken up Iskandar's offer from ''LightNovel/FateZero'' to unite forces and conquer even the stars, considering they're on a team. Additionally, one of the levels they both appear as enemies on has an area that has giant pouring jugs of wine (they're drinking buddies in Zero and Carnival Phantasm).

** Her third DLC costume is the French school uniform of her former human host [[LightNovel/FateApocrypha Laeticia]].

* EvenTheGirlsWantHer: In ''Extella Link'', Nero praises Artoria's beauty as being a near-match for her own (high praise coming from a narcissist) and invites her for some private time in her Roman baths. Saber -- already livid over Gilles repeating his ThoroughlyMistakenIdentity complex from ''LightNovel/FateZero'' -- [[RageBreakingPoint politely declines]].

** In ''Link'', Gilles de Rais [[ThoroughlyMistakenIdentity mistakes]] Artoria for Jeanne d'Arc [[LightNovel/FateZero again]], infuriating her.

* SharedFamilyQuirks: While not obvious at first unless one has read ''LightNovel/FateApocrypha'' or played ''VideoGame/FateGrandOrder'', Artoria's method of information-gathering is ''exactly'' the same as Mordred's... and by that we mean "beat the crap out of people until they tell her what she wants to know". [[LikeFatherLikeSon Like Father, Like Son]]?

* ObviouslyEvil: While he introduces himself in a manner that makes him seem well-meaning, the fact that he looks like the lovechild of [[LightNovel/FateZero Kiritsugu Emiya]] and [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight Kirei Kotomine]][[note]]Even striking Kotomine's famous "Rejoice" pose[[/note]] tips fans off that he's likely not as benign as he seems.

* MixAndMatchWeapon: Her weapon is a hybrid of dagger, nail, and [[ChainPain chain]] [[WhipItGood whip]].

* GenderNeutralWriting: Averted, curiously enough. Though the game was written with the male Hakuno in mind, the female Hakuno's gender will be referenced fairly frequently in the narration, with correct pronouns and plenty of characters referring to her as "woman", "girl", etc, not to mention that all CGs in which Hakuno appears have both a male and a female version. Only very few lines of dialogue erroneously refer to the female Hakuno as "him", and those are likely a result of the original Japanese using the (more common) gender-neutral pronouns to refer to them and the translators deciding to go with "him" instead of "they" for whatever reason.

* SenpaiKohai: Charlie calls other Servants his senpais or antecessors, particularly Nero, whose empire became the inspiration for the Holy Roman Empire he led.

* BareYourMidriff: For the last battle of the True Route, Nero combines Altera's sword with her own mana to transform into Saber Venus, who wears very revealing bikini armor.

* BareYourMidriff: The Void markings over her upper body leave her stomach area bare, giving this impression.

* AsskickingEqualsAuthority: He's officially a Top Servant, brought forth by the Moon Cell to protect it from major threats. This grants him command of attack programs as readily as the bearers of the Regalia, but he never would have achieved this privilege if he wasn't considered one of the strongest within SE.RA.PH.

Jeanne is the only Servant who is capable of keeping Altera from going around and [[KillEmAll killing everything]], not to forget that she is the only one who treats Altera as a human who has a will of her own and not a being that is just meant to kill.
