Does Not Like Shoes has been renamed and redefined to focus on characters that explicitly or implicitly state a preference for going barefoot. Removing misuse

* DoesNotLikeShoes: As a serf, he wasn't even allowed these. As a dragon boy, shoes would impede with his work in the compound. By the time he becomes free, he tends to opt to be barefoot in certain situations simply because by this point they've toughened up.

misuse

* AnimalLover: Baken ''actively despises'' people who abuse animals and claim to be masters at working with said animals.

* CourtroomAntics: Khefti attempts this while trying to get his serf Vetch back. It backfires in a big way when Vetch ([[spoiler:with some help from Ari's dragon Kastet]]) demonstrates just how good a dragon boy he is, and the magistrate hearing the case gets tired of Khefti's histrionics. The magistrate's ruling stays perfectly within the bounds of the law, but Khefti is far worse off afterward than he was before.

* PintsizedPowerhouse: Granted he wasn't the [[ComicBook/IncredibleHulk Hulk]] when he was a kid but, he was surprisingly strong for someone his size. Justified in that he's spent his entire childhood doing borderline backbreaking labor, and after he arrives at the Jousters Compound, he gets much more food to support this.
