** When Shar calls out Kundo’s hypocrisy in making a deal with an outsider despite his hatred of them, he blames Rook for making him resort to it.
** Kundo also blames Rook for dousing him in depleted blastonium, when he actually attacked Rook first with the “Stone Cutter”, only to get send flying by the recoil at a tank full of blastonium when it was blocked by the Proto-Tool’s shield. Rook even tried to save his teacher only for the substance to spill onto him.

He notably retains an air of dread and fear around him that makes him stand out in ''Omniverse'' compared to many others.

* BerserkButton: Saying that Galvan's are smarter than Cerebrocrustacean's. Blukic and Driba told him that the dumbest Galvan is still smarter than the most intelligent Cerebrocrustacean and he went totally ballistic.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: Psychobos is simultaneously the silliest but also the nastiest out of the Faction. For one he's the mastermind of the Nemetrix plot and the Azmuth assassination attempt. Along with the fact he's a MadScientist who has been responsible for some of the more horrible human/alien experiments seen in the series, with him mutating Bill into a HalfHumanHybrid that is played up as straight BodyHorror, as well as genetically engineering the mutated Way Bads when they are typically peaceful creatures.

* DarkIsEvil[=/=]EvilWearsBlack: Their uniforms are a black PaletteSwap of Rook's Proto-Tech Armor. They tested the design in the Null Void before it made its way to the Plumbers.

Their master plan to reach this goal involves [[spoiler:giving alien-based superpowers to ''several'' random kids they collected, which they eventually left running on Earth with no control]]. And to add to the hypocrisy, [[spoiler:this little hit squad was led by ''Kevin'', a superpowered kid who already had a criminal record back then and whose ability specifically causes him to turn psychotic whenever he gets in contact with the Omnitrix]]. For people so concerned about [[spoiler:killing a child for being dangerous, they sure are good at creating ''more'' dangerous superpowered kids. WordOfGod is they were responsible for creating Aggregor as well, someone ''massively'' more dangerous than Ben ever could be, making then look even more hypocritical if possible.]]

* WellIntentionedExtremist: ZigZagged. They do make a [[JerkAssHasAPoint legitimate argument]] about questioning the wisdom of [[spoiler:letting a kid wield a watch that can turn him into anything from a [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever skyscraper-sized alien]] to a being who literally [[RealityWarper recreated the universe]]]]. The problem is [[MadScientist their methods are]] [[MurderIsTheBestSolution far from what you would call moral]]. In addition, the whole premise behind their methods is the idea [[spoiler:Ben '''might''' become a threat to the universe, not '''is''' a threat]]. [[spoiler: The fact they apparantly created [[BigBad Aggregor]] and just let him loose on the universe, really undermines any point they have by their sheer irresponsibility.]]

* BeardOfEvil: Has a goatee, both as a human and an evil HalfHumanHybrid.

* BoobsOfSteel: She has very buxom breasts in addition to being very strong.

* SanitySlippage: Before he was simply a xenophobic bigot who wanted to protect Revonnahgander culture. After his operation, he's all that, plus a complete maniac bent on the destruction of the Plumbers.

* HeroicSacrifice: Rook manage to saved him from another her chemical ships.

While he was part of the Faction TerribleTrio, where they mostly had equal say, Malware still poses the biggest threat and it is his vendetta against Ben and Azmuth which drives the conflict. He also serves as the final threat that needs to be dispatched after Psychobos had been defeated and Khyber had bailed.

* ImplacableMan: He nearly rivals Vilgax in this regard. The amount of damage he's survived throughout the season arc is astounding.

* KickTheDog: [[spoiler:He destroyed Ben's Feedback transformation solely for the sake of hurting Ben by obliterating his favorite alien.]]

* LeanAndMean: The thinnest Rooter, and the leader who [[spoiler: expiremented on children so that they could kill Ben.]]

* {{Gonk}}: Even among Omniverse's simpler art style, his design stands out as disproportioned and notably uglier than most human characters.

* BadassNormal: He's human, yet he's able to hold his own against Shocksquatch, albeit with insulated boots. He still was remarkably easy to beat up for Kickin Hawk, though.

* TheBeastmaster: In ''Bros In Space'' he managed to turn Revonnah's Muriods into a formidable army, teaching them how to stand on two legs, operate machinery, and even taught them how to talk, though they could only say "Bro". Worth noting is that unlike Dr. Animo, he didn't use any machinery to do so.

* ArchEnemy: While only appearing in one series Malware's many battles with 11 and 16.5 year old Ben and the level of terror, dread, and disdain between the two gives Malware a claim to the title. [[spoiler: Killing Feedback, more or less, for half a decade is a very personal blow and Malware of one of a very few number who Ben has shown to be afraid of]]. He notably retains an air of dread and fear around him that makes him stand out in Omniverse compared to many others.

* BackFromTheDead: [[spoiler:He somehow came back to life 5 years after his "death". And in "Malgax Attacks", it's implied that he might have come back to life due to him seeping out of the remains of the fight with Ben and Vilgax, who was wearing Malware.]]

* KickTheDog: [[spoiler:Destroyed Ben's Feedback transformation solely for the sake of hurting Ben by obliterating his favorite alien.]]

* VillainDecay: He never quite regains the danger he posed in the first two arcs via being humiliated in a later arc. His last appearance brings back some of his intimidation factor, though he makes a ''major'' mistake in judgment in trusting Skurd, who latches himself to Ben's Omnitrix due to containing more DNA.

* EverythingsDeaderWithZombies: Though instead of craving flesh, he's just kinda [[DumbMuscle brainless.]]

* DemotedToExtra: He barely appears much after his role in ''Mud Is Thicker Than Water''. [[spoiler: His last appearance in ''Omniverse'' has him pass out via Skurd in ''Stuck on You'', [[WhatHappenedToTheMouse but that's about it]].]]

* BadassBaritone: It comes with the voice acting of Creator/CoreyBurton.
