* On Feb. 25th, 2013, Rifftrax set up a [[http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/90538351/rifftrax-wants-to-riff-twilight-live-in-theaters-n kickstarter account]] to get the rights to do a live-riff of ''Literature/{{Twilight}}.'' It took them a little over an ''hour'' to reach their goal of $55,000. By the completion of the campaign, they received nearly $265,000, nearly ''five times'' their goal. Unfortunately, they couldn't secure the rights.[[note]]Even more awesomely, they weren't told "no, never, get the hell out!" but just that they'd love to have a [=RiffTrax=] Live of it, but maybe some years down the line when the franchise has cooled off a bit.[[/note]] However, they picked up something that's just as cheesy. ''Film/StarshipTroopers''! And as a special bonus: ''Film/MrBNatural'' to Website/{{Kickstarter}} contributors. In its full, frightening glory.
