* Top 10 Retcons has him spell out why Ashi's death in ''WesternAnimation/SamuraiJack'' went over so poorly and why so many people were happy it was retconned in ''VideoGame/SamuraiJackBattleThroughTime'': By making it look like Ashi and Jack could get their HappilyEverAfter and then cruelly ripping it away from Jack ''during his wedding'', it was pretty much one big KickTheDog moment to a hero who many had watched growing up and who many wanted to see finally get his happy ending.

*** Meta-wise, disaster actually struck Josh as he lost some of his equipments due to some unforeseen events of his apartment running out of lease. Therefore, right on the beginning and even the trailer, Josh, unlike all these other companies have been doing... comes clean and states that there will be a dip in quality in the video. Aside of a dip in audio as well as how the interlude segment looked justifiably very bare-boned, Josh still delivered the video exceptionally well that one may wonder what the video would look like if he wasn't being held back with those circumstances, and he walks the talks that the companies tend to fail to do: If you have some difficulties that will affect your product, ''be transparent about it''.

Critical Research Failure is a disambiguation page

** When Josh gets to the moment where Lily stated [[CriticalResearchFailure he wasn't a real Marine because he was in the Marine Band,]] he calmly refuted that claim, not only explaining the people in the Marine Band still go through boot camp, get trained for combat, and even get deployed and serve tours overseas, but also pointing out how a quick Google search would've had plenty of evidence to the contrary.

Ignoring that fact that Josh effectively declared open season on the entire year in gaming, he even opened the whole video up with a song! Specifically, [[WeDidntStartTheBillyJoelParodies "Fails Fill Us All With Ire", a parody of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire"]] which effectively covers a good chunk, if not ''all'', of the year of 2020 right from the outset.

** The Top 10 Nintendo Fails also did not disappoint, with both Josh and his guest Green Scorpion fairly picking part Nintendo’s mistakes. The video itself also serves as a moment of awesome for Nintendo; Josh and Green Scorpion naturally make fun of them, but both are noticeably respectful and polite to Nintendo. It especially stands out with how strictly Josh treated every game company before. It shows how much right they find Nintendo has done that they treat it more genially, Josh even goes so far as to admit sometimes Nintendo’s mistakes tend to help the industry.

* After ''much'' teasing, the promised moment comes at the end of the Valve Fails video. Josh suddenly gets put into a spotlight and the screen started to slowly turn orange. And Josh's eyes widen as he saw the face of [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mario]] made of fire. Top 10 Nintendo Fails is coming at March 15th 2020. Does this sound familiar to you? ** When it comes to Blizzard, Josh has a lot to say about the story direction of ''VideoGame/WorldOfWarcraft''. But since he knows how subjective it is, he decided to explain that via texts in the video. And it shows how much of a sane, neutral fan of WOW he was; he's ''not'' amused with how much Sylvanas AND the Horde has been reduced into a cartoonish evil FemmeFatale (or 'diet-Arthas', as he coined too), comparing that WOW was intriguing in the first place because it looked like World War I between Britain and Germany, where both sides did terrible things, and yet the latter story made it look like World War II Britain and Germany, at cost of the Horde being made to look like the latter (which was always the bad party). Josh is more of an Alliance player, by the way, but he expressed his opinions in a most neutral and eloquent way that it may distract you from the actual meat of his spoken parts of how flawed ''Battle for Azeroth'' was (those concerned with the gameplay would definitely enjoy his ripping, though)
